HISTORY

Established in 1993.
Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was founded in 1990 by its President, Michael W. Hensley. The company began with Mike working full time at another job and working in the evenings contracting from other plumbers for any work they could not handle. When this became too much, Mike decided it was time to go on his own. Mike Hensley Plumbing was a one-man van. He and his wife would take all calls and he would work 24 hours a day, seven days a week. He never gave up. Finally in 1994, when things became too much, Mike's wife Kelly quit her job at a law firm and came to work full-time running the office. By this time Mike Hensley Plumbing, Inc. was growing very fast and out of necessity hired more and more employees . Our business has grown to 20 employees which we take care of with great benefit packages and retirement options.

I have used this plumber twice in the past and would recommend with confidence to friends, family and colleagues.

I made the mistake of calling Roto-Rooter. After they made me wait during a four window and no showed, Mike Hensley stepped in and sent a plumber right out. He was amazing. He worked fast and efficiently and made sure to help me understand he would try to fix it as cost effectively as possible. I definitely felt like he cared about his craft and was interested in helping me fix my issue without going broke.

A++ Use them. You will not regret it.

Terrible service!!! Wish I could attach a picture...poop all over the toilet, ground and wall!
When asked if he was going to clean up he said he was going to get a shop vac then left and never came back! This is the second time this has happened at our place of business. Would never recommend!
