Spartan Plumbing

Spartan was responsive in the beginning, but after they did the initial job and we continued to have leaks, they were less eager to help. This company overcharged us by 3x the amount. If you charge this much, you should have better solutions for customer instead of trying to nickel and dime them. We ended up needing to do a reroute and this other company charged us much less than than our costs for the initial leak. Please make sure you get multiple quotes before deciding who will do your plumbing work. I made the mistake of not doing this and we suffered the consequences.

Installed new tankless hot water system. Pleased with service. Would recommend their services.

Sean was the plumber that was sent to do the work on our plumbing. He provided excellent service! Sean stayed past 5:00 which was his quitting time. It took awhile to find the leak on the kitchen plumbing but he did find it and came back the following Thursday to finish the job. Sean let us know what the problem was and the steps he took to fix it.
Sean was professional and courteous. He cleaned up afterwards and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up unlike previous plumbers we have hired.
The lady answering the calls was very nice and provided us with updates on the time Sean would be sent out.
Overall Spartan provided excellent service. We plan to use them in the future for any plumbing problems!

Never had so many issues with my plumbing since they came out. Now everything is leaking but they always have an excuse to why it's not their fault. Some of the plumbers are extremely rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend

VERY overpriced.  I recommend shopping around before settling on their price.  Seems like they're trying to take advantage of people.

Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and timely. He was able to come before our scheduled appointment, and Bryan called ahead of time with a no pressure offer for Mike to come early with plenty of notice. If we weren't moving, this would be our go to plumbing service. Thank you Mike and Bryan for an outstanding customer experience.

Mistake!!

The technician Brandon was unprepared for the job.  I waited for him for 1 hour, after he initially showed up without the proper tool to shut the ware off at the curb and he showed up again with the wrong tool to shut the water off from the street and could not do the job until the city turned the water off.  After he told
me he would wait, I incurred a $55 charge because of his incompetence and lack of preparation.  I told him I would be right back while he waited on the city to come and turn the water on.  After allegedly 34 minutes he left.  If I waited for him for 1 hour plus he could have done the same.  Nonetheles, I will not be using them again.  Can I get refund for the $55 i spent for Brandon to be able to do his job and he didn't??

I I wouldn't give one star but I had to give a rating ! They came out worked 4 hours on the job . Supposed to be professional . He was doing a drain clean out . He couldn't find the clean out . So I found it in about less than 2 minutes . I had to pull the toilet that I just installed . Because he couldn't find a clean out . He started sneaking my drain . Couldn't get the snake through and told me the bottom of my pipe was gone and that I would have to pay a minimum of $8,000 to have my whole line dug up. I called a different company they came out they found that the clean out cap had fell down in the pipe they pulled the pipe out cleaned out my roots in about an hour and everything's fine . So I don't have to dig my whole yard up . I called and talked to the owner and he told me there was nothing he was going to do to help me he would not refund my $275 so I ended up paying $275 + 550 to have a simple drain clean out so no don't have Spartan do your work for you !

Spartan contacted for a sewer back-up. Cleaned out the pipes and drain, but overcharged for this service. When I called to ask some questions on the bill, no one called me back.. Horrible customer service. They did not investigate the issue in advance, had wrong equipment and left and came back and then charged for all the hours for the back and forth nonsense. A 2 hour rooter service call was charged at nearly $900!! Plenty of other companies to call when you need a drain unclogged or leak fixed.
