Apparently I wasn't too confused when I wrote my review last month about my personal, firsthand experience with Diamond Plumbing Services in Murrieta. Had that been the case, perhaps you could share your thoughts on how this card from your business and your company from your technician Mr. A. Briceno wound up at my residence and in my possession in Coachella.

As the owner of this business Mr. Esteban, my expectation was that you would take full responsibility for your employees and their actions instead of insulting my intelligence by insinuating that I must have been confused and have the wrong company. I needed some plumbing work done in two of my bathrooms and the guy came at 7 PM on a Friday night, who does that? Totally fit me in because I wanted it done immediately, same day service! It was such a pleasure to have Ray from Diamond Plumbing Services come and fix our leaking pipe. He was very professional and extremely thorough with everything he had to do. Ray greeted us with a friendly smile, replaced our pipe with no issue, and left with a friendly smile. Our kitchen faucet quit swivel due to internal leaks, service technician Raymond decided to drive to HomeDepot to get a new faucet. The old faucet was rusted and couldn't be pulled out. Finally he cut the old faucet and managed to removed it from the counter. After installation, he showed us how to use a spare tool to remove the spray disc for maintenance. He was knowledgeable and courteous. I will definitely call Diamond Plumbing Service again for plumbing issues.

Diamond Plumbing is LEGIT! I contacted 4 companies after 10 pm. Rec'd a response within 5 minutes. Scheduled a free inspection of my water heater problem (pilot light wasn't lighting) for the next morning.
Albert showed up on time, was very professional and found the problem in a few short moments. Gave me a price and repaired the damaged part quickly. No other company was as responsive. Provided an electronic receipt and was on his way, and we had hot water again within the hour. That was a good thing, because my wife needed a shower...she was starting to stink...JK. I hope she doesn't see/read that joke -ha

Called Ray Velez (Diamond Plumbing Services), which was assigned to us by Sears Home warranty, to repair a leaky kitchen faucet. Ray gave me the soonest available next day appointment in the afternoon. He came took the information he needed to order the cold and the hot replacement cartridges. Then he came the day after to replace them in the after noon. So in 48 hrs I have my kitchen faucet repaired and running. Ray is personable and competent and I am well pleased with his quality of work !

I was referred to Diamond Plumbing. They sent someone out right away and told me what the problem was and quoted what it would cost to do the job. Nathan Nielsen was great. My dog that can nip even liked him! I like they stuck to what they quoted even when they found something more they could have charged me for. Nathan was really good keeping me informed and showed up when he said he would. I was very pleased and will use them again the next plumbing problem I have.

Very unsatisfactory
Had my toilet repaired and three days later it wasn't working right
$75.00 charge for nothing and I'm on disability which paying this amount is really hard on me
I never received a free of charge offer and the tone of business owner's response was very rude
Most of us live on a tight budget and if recommendations are too high; then we have to look for other options
Some business look for excuses to charge more which is not ethical

I used these guys to replace a hose bib outside that was leaking. I was moving from this home so I needed to replace it! They were able to swap it out with a new one and upgrade it to one that can be replaced, via unscrewing versus resoldering! Communication was fantastic and the work great!

We came home late last night to find that our hot water heater had burst and started leaking all over the garage and down the street. The next morning I called I.E. Plumbing, who was busy on a job but referred us to Esteban Velez at Diamond Plumbing. Within the hour Diamond Plumbing showed up, assessed the situation, and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the water heater.

It's not often home repairs like this is needed, but when they are you would expect great service from guys like Esteban and Wayne at Diamond Plumbing. We will definitely be calling these guys back for any future plumbing needs at our house.

Diamond in the rough is kind of what this was. Having had nothing resolved with this ongoing issue I've had with the washer drain for the past month and a half, I had no idea what to expect when the plumber came out 10 days ago on a Fri evening but Ryan was straightforward, which I like because I'm a results oriented person. He communicated his availability with me throughout the day and was prompt on both arrival times. In the first visit, he assessed the situation and stopped at nothing to get in touch with the owner to communicate cost of labor and materials (which was way less at 3 digits compared to what the previous company had quoted at 4 digits) along with the estimated time frame to complete the job. He couldn't complete the job in the first visit because it was after 5pm and he had another job to do right after so he scheduled the first available time he had for the next day after he picked up the required parts. All within a 12 hour time period, they emailed photos of the findings of the drain with quotes to the owner for approval to do the job. What took other companies some dilly-dallying over the course of several hours to diagnose, Ryan got the job done in the next visit the following day on Saturday in less than an hour. The problem was fixed just like that and I'm able to use my washer now thanks to this commendable company. There are things I look for when it comes to service and this professional company definitely provides. Ryan is also a great asset to the company as he was also nice enough to care about the customer and retrieve my earring from the drain of the sink without being a stickler for charging on something so quick and simple, even learned something new in the process and that's priceless. What makes a great company is when you can see beyond the business and get right to where us humans are and realize it's really all about people and relationships you build. I'm very pleased with the service and how smoothly everything went. Words do not do enough justice to convey the good things I have to say about Diamond but I will recommend them to all my local friends, moving forward, if that's enough. Hopefully they have established more business with the owner for service on their other properties. Thanks so much, Diamond! Hopefully I won't ever need to use your services again or for a very long time lol but should the need arise, Diamond can be that best friend to the rescue haha

Never gave these rude people the chance to touch my water heater. Gave no window time for arrival, then arrived in an unmarked vehicle. I had already contacted them to say I'd accepted another quote but they still felt the need to call and lecture me about being misleading by requesting they come for a quote the night before and accepting a quote from another company before they arrived (mind you they never gave me a time window, remember?). After that they peeled off in their unmarked car in a very rude and unprofessional manner. This interaction could have been a positive one where they offered a quote or business card for future needs but they squandered that opportunity. I won't be calling them back or recommend them to any friends.

MUST READ! - Ray FROM DIAMOND SAVES THE DAY.

So, we got an issue where our bedroom shower head has really slow water pressure. We had two different plumbers look at it.

Plumber #1:
we need to break walls and replace valve, about $1500 not including remodeling cost off your wall.

Plumber #2:
Came here 2-3 times and said I have no clue what the issue is, I tried and it's probably related to inside plumbing

Ray from Diamond:
Arrived on time. I explained what I have gone through and what has been tried. I'm not expecting miracles and I said I really hope I'm not wasting my time again (for the 3rd time). He worked on it a bit and ultimately found the issue in the cartridge where the OTHER TWO PLUMBERS SWEARED THAT THAT WAS NOT THE ISSUE.

I felt Ray really took the extra time trying to figure it out the issue. Most plumbers are looking for a quick fix and don't put the effort in or perhaps lack the experience.

Folks, don't jump the gun on crazy expensive repairs. It's worth getting a second (or 3rd in my case) opinion. Give a Ray a try from Diamond. He's really a nice guy too.

I wanted an estimate for some work. I was given a 12-2 window for an estimate. I waited around and at just after 2, they texted me to say they were in Temecula and getting gas and would be here soon. At 2:45, they still were not here and I needed to leave for an appointment. If you're going to be somewhere toward the END of a 2 hour window, it would be courteous to text and say so, so that a customer isn't waiting. But then to be an additional 45 minutes or more late - I mean, if I can't count on you for reliability, how can I trust the work? I genuinely hope this was just a fluke.

Called Diamond Plumbing last night for a leaking water heater in our garage, we spoke to Estabon the owner who said he could have a plumber to us within the hour. We called at 8pm and by 8:30 the plumber showed up and gave us a very fair price on replacing our water heater. By 10:30 we had hot water once again. Estabon was very professional along with the plumber he sent to our home, and also being on time was a huge plus. My wife and I will definitely call them for any other plumbing needs

We called this morning looking for service for a bathtub leaking into our kitchen downstairs. I called Diamond Plumbing and they answered right away and got back to me soon after with a time a few hours later that they could come by. Wayne was at our door right at the time they indicated, didn't have to wait around for hours. He came in to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it is not serious and the overflow drain valve in the bathtub just needed tightening. He did this and then even gave us some of the silicone putty to use to ensure it is sealed. Very responsive, helpful, informative, and efficient service. So glad to have such quick resolution to our problem. Thanks so much! We will definitely use your company again!

I had gotten quotes from six plumbing companies. Most of them were out of line from the budget that I had set, a reasonable budget since I was supplying two new toilets myself.
Estevan, Who I believe owns the company gave me a reasonable bid and gave me a 10% military discount.
The technician, Wayne Kramer, came in and installed both toilets within three hours and did an incredible clean job. He was very friendly.
When, and if I have more plumbing needs I am definitely calling on Diamond plumbing service for the job!

I just wanted to say excellent customer service, the office staff, and the technician Ray that came out to my home, my water heater went out and I contacted my home warranty so they can have someone come out and check the water heater to see if it can be replaced if needed.. my home warranty scheduled an appointment to have a different plumbing service company. I waited and they never showed which I was very disappointed. So then I called the home warranty again and they referred me to Diamond plumbing. They schedule an appointment two days later Ray came out very professional, great customer service he came out here and told me what the issue was besides taking pictures and submitted to my home warranty. A day later my claim was approved. An appointment was scheduled which Ray was out here. today with my new water heater. Everything was perfectly done. I am just grateful that I am working with a reliable, plumbing company and the customer service is so important to me as well. The office communicated everything through text message was just great. The plumber showed up an hour and a half late. I had to take time off from work and I was originally told that it would take around 2 hours. It took 5 hours. I am understanding of jobs taking longer than the estimated time, but I believe the time was extended because of a lack of preparation for the job. In addition to the expense of the work, it cost me my wages from my job that I had to leave to be present during the work.

When I asked for licensure and bonding, I was pointed to his mini van that provided the licensure number. I also asked for a business card or identification, and he informed me that he had not re-ordered business cards. I just feel that this is very unprofessional.

He was not prepared for the job, in spite of me sending measurements and photos. He made multiple trips to home depot to get supplies. The bathtub faucet that he replaced is still not secured and I will very likely have to hire another plumber to repair the faucet. I am disappointed in the cost and quality of work.

In addition, I had to provide towels and supplies for him to clean up the mess that he had left when he replaced faucets and cut out dry wall. Had I not reminded him to clean up the mess, he would have left it. Very disappointing.

After we had new countertops installed, my husband thought he could easily hook up the plumbing, not realizing how big a job it actually was: two faucets, two sink drains, two garbage disposals, and the dishwasher. We called Diamond Plumbing late in the afternoon, and that evening a plumber came out. The plumber was professional, quick, and cleaned up his work space. The poor guy stayed until 9:00 pm and NEVER complained. We felt so badly, we fed him dinner. :) Everything works great, and I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing.

I needed two bath faucets replaced with new sets that I had purchased. Since we had not used one of the faucets in several months it was quite frozen up. It was so bad that the job took three times longer than expected. Albert was our technician and he spent hours extracting the old faucet. The stubborn faucet caused such an over-run that he had to schedule a second day for the other faucet. The next appointment was scheduled promptly and fortunately for all of us it went much easier. VERY professional service. Showed up on time, worked through a tough job without a complaint and cleaned up after. You can't ask for more! I will be doing business with them again.

Honest plumber...Joel (Joe) was the technician working on our plumbing issue, he is very honest and incredibly smart! Our tenant called a different plumbing company and that plumber told me our plumbing problem could be a slab leak and wanted to do a leak test. That plumber left the job site so we called Diamond Plumbing and Steve set up Joel to be the technician. When Joel arrived, he asked if he could open up the wall to see if the leak was there. He was so smart to do that because that's exactly where the leak was. We did not need to do a leak test or reroute the pipes (like the original plumber wanted). It is so important to find help that is honest- thank you Joel and Steve!!!

We were in need of having a plumber come out as soon as possible to assess a possible slab leak. I called Diamond Plumbing and they sent someone out the same day. Joel came and much to our relief, he found that it was the water heater that was bad. He didn't try to sell us into getting a new water heater through them, and when we inquired about a tankless water heater, he was very knowledgeable. He gave us the pros and cons, and we ultimately decided to go tankless.

I was really surprised when they said they could install the next day. Joel came by to install, and it took about 9 hours (very long job); however, Joel was always in a good mood. It was pretty late and I'm sure he was tired, but we couldn't tell because he was so friendly (and funny). We did get a couple quotes that came in lower, but my husband appreciated the company's sense of urgency when it came to needing their assistance, and he really liked Joel's professional demeanor and his personality. I would highly recommend this company.

If you have plumbing needs call Diamond. We have been using them exclusively for the past several years and we have always been pleased with the outcome.

Albert, who has been at our home before, came out to take a look at a toilet issue we had. We recently had new flooring installed and because of a thickness issue the toilet, although brand new, was wobbling. Albert accessed the situation and tried shimming first to resolve the problem. This wound up not working because our builder had set the flange two high in the slab. Albert cut the flange down to size to the proper height and reinstalled the toilet. A perfect fit the first time and we were told what the price would be up front. He kept us informed and showed me exactly what the problem was and how he would fix it. Again, a perfect job, fast, proffesional, and reasonably priced. Trust Diamond to treat you fairly!

We were very pleased with the work done on two bathtub fixtures by Nate. He was knowledgeable and accurate on what the problem was with both fixtures. He faced a few unforeseen problems but took care of them efficiently. I liked that he was willing to come over and give us a free estimate so he could see firsthand what the problem was. And I also I liked that he gave us a very good quote on the work. He solved all the issues we had with our bathtub fixtures, and gave us some good advice on how to keep them working efficiently. We called for an estimate. This company sent out a Rep. who gave us a bid on installing 2 bath/shower fixtures. He was professional in giving us a few
tips on how to do it ourselves. Hubby had started and thought he couldn't do it. Within a few hours of this Rep leaving, we were able to do it ourselves. It saved us about $1000. I think this goes a long way when it comes to integrity and honest people. He had seen how much work my Husband had already done, and just hinted to him on how to complete the job. Enough said. I hired Diamond Plumbing Services to unclog a drain in my shower. They did, but then three weeks later it was clogged again. I emailed them asking what type of guarantee they give to their work and they stated everything but drain clogs because they don't know the quality of the line. I live in a house that was built 5 years ago, so I'm sure the pipes aren't the issue. I've had shower drains snaked probably ten times in my life, and have never had the issue where three weeks later it is clogged again, so it would appear to me that this company did a poor job, then refused to come back and redo it properly. For a job that takes ten minutes to do, it seems like a poor response, and I will be taking my business somewhere else in the future. I can't comment on anything else, as they have a lot of great 5 star reviews, but in my personal case I feel like I absolutely wasted $130.

Diamond Plumbing was quick to respond and diagnose my leaking ceiling that was coming from the upstairs shower. Albert found the problem quickly and was able to tell us what needed to be done. We decided to replace all the fixtures in the shower (trim, spout, cartridge, shower head) and Albert did a great job with the installation. Very happy, will consider using again.

I just have to say after being blown off by another local plumbing company and then having to deal with a 2nd company that never showed up when they said they would and wasted so much of my time and took 1.5 weeks to fix one leak a few months back, Diamond Plumbing and Joel were a breath of fresh air with this latest plumbing issue! Joel was prompt, called on his way every time he came, explained everything to me, answered all my questions, thoroughly tested his work after he was done to make sure all was good, and was just overall extremely friendly and professional. He recommended we have our walls tested for moisture levels and referred us to their partner mold/water remediation company who is just as great! Do yourself the favor and call Diamond Plumbing (and ask for Joel) when you need a plumber. I was lucky to finally have our home warranty company assign us an amazing comoany and I am so thankful!!

I cannot say enough good things about Ray at Diamond Plumbing! My husband and I just bought a home and were put in touch with him by our home warranty company after two horrible experiences with the previous plumbers assigned. The first company broke multiple things leaving it worse off than when they started, didn't put PPE down and scratched our tile floors, and the owner wouldn't call us back after multiple attempts. The second had no clue how to code the repairs so nothing was going to be covered (although they did fall under our warranty) and even after we tried to still book them they ghosted us.

After being put in touch with Ray, we were incredibly relieved that he had been assigned to us because it was clear right off the bat that he is very knowledgeable about his trade. We could tell we were in good hands.

Here are just a few things I have to say about our experience with him during the two service calls we had:

- Ray went above and beyond with our repairs in terms of quality. He worked fast but wasn't just getting in & out to fulfill the order sloppily. He did the work well and mindfully.
- He fixed the Mickey Mouse job the previous plumbers left us with under our sink that was a total joke and they couldn't seem to figure out. He was thoughtful about how the sinks would drain better as well as maximized the storage space underneath so it's useable.
- Was on time & communicative before arriving. Also kept us updated on parts he had to order before his second visit to our home.

Ultimately, he also saved us thousands of dollars by knowing how to code our issues correctly with the insurance company so they would cover it. Something 2 companies before him had failed to do.

We will 100% use Diamond in the future for all of our plumbing needs and trust in the quality of their work.

Tried changing the filter in our Whirlpool fridge, on a Saturday morning, and water sprayed everywhere. It just wouldn't stop! Tried everything. Needless to say, the last best thing we could think of was to shut off the main valve and call somebody. Called Diamond plumbing and within 1/2 hour Esteban was here. He said they don't repair appliances, but he helped reinstall the filter, checked the water pressure, and recommended some valve changes and places to purchase a new filter. Very nice guy and price was very reasonable. When we have plumbing issues, we will definitely be calling Diamond.

The wax seal on one of our toilets went bad. The first company the home warranty co. assigned us didn't make contact for over 2 hours. We had them switch us to a different plumber, and that's how we found Diamond. Within 5-10 minutes we had a text to see our availability today. They gave us a 3-5 window, and even showed up early. Ray was great. He replaced the ring and a broken water valve. Wore a mask the whole time. Explained everything perfectly and was extremely courteous. Very quick and efficient. I have had two recent experiences with Diamond Plumbing, and I have to say that they were both really good. I asked for an estimate on running a gas line to my fire pit and received an immediate online response and a bid (the only one out of three plumbing companies who came out to give me an estimate) very shortly after coming to my home.

I had new flooring put in which caused my 25-year old toilet hook-up to leak. I called Diamond Plumbing and that same day Joel came out to give me a bid and then to fix my toilet. He quickly replaced the old part and even created a PDF file with a photo of the former hook-up and one of the new hook-up as well as the bill. Now I will be able to know when and what was done to my toilet. Joel is the best, and I will continue to call Diamond Plumbing for any plumbing need I have.

Ray who was the Technition that replaced our main waterline in January was excellent! We had a problem where the line broke and we had no water for about a week. Initially we had a warrenty service that sent someone that didn't even do the main waterlines. Eventually we were connected with the Diamond Plumbing and they cMe out that day dug a 30 ft trench, replaced the main with Copper as we requested. We had the water on that night! Ray wasn't willing to leave until everything worked properly. He worked with a spotlight I had, since it was dark and completed the welds. Oddly enough we had another waterline break off the main. He doug up the main near the house on a Sunday after i called at 2am the prior day. They had no problem fixing the break if that was the issue and it was not. He found the new problem, which was a connection from my main to the sprinkler system. Gave me a quote and completed that job and got our water on that day. Luckily for us, when he did the mainline 9 months prior he suggested a water shutoff valve be connected to the city line before our home, so that if we ever had a problem we could turn off the water regaless if the city came out for any reason. Well that saved us and I turned off the water at 2am without needing the city, since our city had no one available to come out until Monday and we are not allowed to turn off the main or we are financially responsible for any city line issues. Thanks again Ray and the managers who took care of our problems quick! Sorry for the loss of a loved one that your family had that Saturday, which prevented you from being able to come out that day, but we Greatly appreciate that 5am reply that you would get Ray out as soon as possible. Diamond plumbing work was excellent.
Albert, Ray and Joel kicked butt.
Got off to a bumpy start with my clogged toilet drain. The first snakes tip broke off in toilet drain.
But Joel came in clutch and bent the second snakes tip to get thru the tee down the drain.

2nd issue
Had a broken screw in shower catridge that control water on shower.
Had to replace the whole valve because it was so old.
Albert hooked up the valve in the bathroom nice and neat.
Ray did all the muscle work and helped get through everything swiftly.
Diamond plumbing did the job easily and professionally as a team. Thank you from a very grateful customer.

Great service! Had a garbage disposal stop working and leakage in my kitchen sink. After setting up an appointment to have a free diagnosis of what the real issues were, Nate confirmed that due to the sink being dysfunctional for so long, it was backed up, in turn causing both pipes to start leaking. We had to get a new garbage disposal and pipe. He came by the day after and had the pipes switched so swiftly, it was very impressive. The sink is now fully functional. Overall, we're very pleased with the work that was done. Pricing was also on par with other estimates and very reasonable.

I want to get this out of the way first Ray valez Thank you for your services, you are very honest and professional enjoy the conversation we had about plumbing it showed how experience you are at what you do, i been dealing with one toilet in particular in my house before you guys came to my house I've contacted two other companies to unclog my toilet the 1st company quoted me $700.00 to unclog and to replace pipes i didn't have to, the second company said 1,400 dollars to unclog my toilet and to add a secondary clean out telling me there was no way to unclog my toilet unless they added a clean out right behind my toilet ( I have a clean out already) he said he'll add a second one otherwise he cant do anything, Ray to the rescue he walked in greeted me with a smile and got right to work 25 mins later he put a hose and ran water for about 10 mins no clog whats so ever, set the toilet back, clean area, picked up trash, have me sign the receipt for the insurance company no deductible he said there was no deductible he said thank you for calling Diamond plumbing services bump fist and he went on his way to his next project. I contacted Diamond Plumbing through the Yelp Quotes feature and within 15 minutes, Esteban responded. We exchanged Yelp emails and I emailed a few photos of the work that was needed: install a tub spout/filler and complete the installation of our Hydro Systems Isabella tub. Initially, Esteban stated that they were booked for 2-3 weeks, but by mid-day, he was able to send Ryan out to help.
I spoke to Ryan first because I wanted to make sure Esteban was sending out a plumber who had experience with bath tubs. It wasn't a cheap investment for us to purchase a new tub, so we wanted the right person. Ryan assured me over the phone that he has experience with bath tub installation.
Per my request, Ryan sent me a text that he was 30 minutes away. He arrived on time, assessed the problem and started working immediately. He is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. He also pointed out that we needed additional work on the tub and provided me with a quote. Overall, the response from Esteban was great, the price was very competitive and the work completed by Ryan was perfect. We have had several issues with other licensed contractors and it's REFRESHING to work with Diamond Plumbing who are not only prompt in responding, but they're honest and do honest work. Definitely will work with again and absolutely recommend!
