Excellent service! Chris and his associate arrived on time, very efficient, fixed the plumbing issue, provided me suggestions and recommendations of services that should be taken care of at another time. Both plumbers are professional yet personable. I will be using them for future plumbing issues.

They weren't able to do what we needed.  Said his wife would call me. She never did. When I tried calling, no-one answered and it said they hadn't set up their voicemail yet. Somebody has got to get their act together.

Cris and his partner did a great job installing my kitchen sink and reading the stopper in my bathroom sink. He gave me a reasonable price and showed up on time.  He flawlessly installed my kitchen sink with the garbage disposal. Also, he got some parts needed to reach the bathroom sink stopper. He provided me with a receipt for the parts he purchases which I reimbursed him for. Everything is working great !  I requested quotes from other people and Cris came up on top, he's honest and sticks to his word.  I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Ok at first and then turned not so good.  Chris addressed a leak issue in the kitchen drain that was tricky to access. After cutting holes in the crawl space ceiling, they needed to access it from the outside of the condo wall.  They patched the leak and I thought we were done with the problem.  Two days later our kitchen sink is backing up with debris, dirty water etc.. to the point that the pipe under the sink burst open and flooded the kitchen floor.  I called Chris twice, texted several times and finally he answered IN A TEXT with a very uncaring, hands off attitude.  Telling me it sounds like there's a backup somewhere... Yeah -- you think?!  He forwarded me some guy's name that could come snake drain and that guy couldn't get out to us.  After telling Chris how unprofessional he was, he offered to come out and connect the pipe.  I don't want anyone back in my house who clearly doesn't care.  Come to find out by a 2nd plumbing company that same day, that there was a pipe, about 10 feet long that was sagging terribly, where all the water was settling and getting stuck, causing the backup.  If Chris had just stuck his head into the hole that he had cut and further investigated, he would've seen this.  He misdiagnosed the root cause of the issue to begin with.  We are scheduled with another plumber to fix the actual cause of the problem now.  San Diego's Finest Plumbing,  NOT SO FINE.

Needed an expansion tank installed on our water heater. It was painless. Chris communicated clearly, arrived on time and worked efficiently. And he's a great guy to chat with. I will use SDFP again.

I had a broken faucet that was leaking and the whole thing had to be replaced. Working with Chris was Pleasant and easy because of efficient communication and working with my schedule. He understood what needed to be done and had great suggestions about product choices available for my vintage homes needs. Fantastic work at a competitive price.  I'm so happy with my new faucet and shower system. Thank you!

Had the first appointment that was suddenly rescheduled in the time frame the appointment was for.  That was super frustrating but okay things happen.  We rescheduled for a few days later.  Apparently another thing happened.  That appointment got canceled, not rescheduled.  My husband had to follow up the next day to see when to reschedule and we were told he could not fulfill his commitment to the appointment.  What a waste of our time.  We could have called several other companies but it was our fault for relying on this company.

Their name says it all. I was very impressed with Chris and Saxon were perfect! Experienced , clean and honest.  They showed up on time,  got to the tankless water heater job, did it quick and clean, and not expensive.  My kind of guys.  I highly recommend them.

I needed a few nuisance issues fixed (dripping faucet, running toilet) before placing our house on the market and Chris at San Diego's Finest Plumbing took care of everything for a very fair price.  He was able to come out quickly (which was super important) and didn't give up until he fixed the issues.  He was professional and communication was superb.  I had to work and felt very comfortable with him in my house while I was gone.  He sent texts when he arrived and updated me along the way.  Sent a message when he was done as well.  Knowing we were preparing to sell our home he did a thorough inspection of the plumbing and provided a report listing all of the items checked and their status.  I will definitely be using San Diego's Finest Plumbing again should the need arise.

The old one stood up for a very long time but showed signs of aging along with the plumbing.  I have seen two different types of water heaters that Chris had already put it.  He's good, what can I say.  Professional and neat and his work is very detailed.  In addition, you trust his word right from the beginning.  Oh yeah, he's my plumber for the rest of our lives.  Great job!  Kudos!  I wish you the best in your business.

Chris and team were incredible. So knowledgable, kind, and efficient. They knew how to get the job done and went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. He even helped me light a wonky pilot light in my heater! We'll definitely be using again and recommending to all friends and family!

Loved these two, they were awesome!  They knew what to do as soon as they arrived. My new kitchen faucet is installed and I love it!

They knew exactly what to do when installing a new gas line for adding my gas fireplace. Even knew I needed a turn off valve on the outside of my firebox so that the logs can be installed properly (I called fireplace store and they verified that's exactly what was needed). They both took the time to be very personable and even with their added parts run they are THE most REASONABLY priced plumbing company we've ever had. Will ALWAYS be calling them in the future 100%.
