About 9 months after this initial visit, the same company was visiting my upstairs neighbor to replace a faucet in her condo.  They made a serious mistake during the replacement, and didn't turn off the water valves - causing a MAJOR FLOOD in my unit, and all of the other units below me as well.  This caused my entire kitchen to have to be renovated (blocked off and not usable for TWO MONTHS).  On top of this, Just your plummer doesn't have insurance - they only have a bond.  And when my insurance company went after them to cover the damages - they haven't heard anything back, this is now 8 months later, and I still haven't received my deductible because my insurance company hasn't gotten a response out of Just your Plummer.  Yes, some of their plummers may be fast and inexpensive - but DON'T RISK IT!

These guys are the best! If you are looking for an honest plumber and need the job done quickly and in a professional manner, call Pro Drain! They are friendly and honest and have the best prices around. I've had minor work done and recently some major work done that insurance would not cover and Willy made sure he gave me a reasonable price quote and then once the work was completed the actual price was lower than the quote! How often does that happen?!?! Caser and Zach are so sweet, professional and get the job done right! So thankful for finding a plumber that I can trust! I wouldn't use any other plumber and would recommend them 100%!

We have used Five Star Plumbing for 25+ years. Recently my husband couldn't get the stopper in the bathroom sink to work. Being legally blind he couldn't see how it attached under the sink and was trying fix it be feel. Not to mention crawling under the sink hurt his back, shoulder and hand. We called Justin and he stopped by at the end of his day. He had it fixed in seconds. We also asked him why our garbage disposal had a strange odor. He found the source in a hose from the dishwasher and cleared that out for us too. He refused to let me pay him. Justin is not only an excellent plumber he is kind and compassionate. When he does charge us for his work it is always fair. I have recommended Justin to friends in the past and will continue to do so. Thanks again for taking care of us Justin!

I called them at 10:44am today for an issue with toilet not draining properly. They picked up my call right away and their service personnel reached our home around noon same day. They resolved the issue quickly and didn't charge us anything. Will certainly reach out to them for future business and refer them to friends and associates.

Armando is the best, I swear it! He recently came out to fix a problem a previous plumber botched, replaced a garbage disposal, a water heater & other work and boy, oh boy does he do clean & efficient work in a timely manner. He also really takes the time to explain things to you in a way that you can ACTUALLY understand. Best plumber I've ever met and it helps that my dog approves of him too. haha. But seriously, awesome dude who does awesome work. Highly recommend him and his team. They get back to you in a timely manner & really make you feel comfortable. So if you're looking for great work, Armando & Coverall Plumbing is where it's at.

Well, this is completely unusual. Jim and his son were certainly very Quick!  They responded to my inquiry within 10 minutes, with a quote.
He called me in about 30 minutes And said he can be there in 20-30 minutes.
He certainly was here on time.
He did a great job.
I will definitely call him again for other plumbing needs.

Andy came out to repair some broken pvc and a water valve out in the yard.  What impressed me was after the sun had gone and visibility was low. He didn't stop working and he finished the job. I have recommended Rafael and Lefty's Plumbing in the past and will definitely continue to do so.

Touchdown was on time, fast, friendly and reasonable priced compared to others that I called. Highly recommend them!

I just had the pleasure of having Nathan C. come fix some issues with drains, toilet , and refrigerator. He was so quick and efficient , very likable & my gut tells me trustworthy. He worked on everything fixing all that he could quickly & trouble shot the things that needed another fix by the manufacturer. Great ,nice, hardworking guy- highly recommend.

Victor was the plumber who arrived when we decided to use JC Plumbing during my current remodel. I was initially impressed when he showed up with the company van, which was like mobile plumbing warehouse. I explained the problem and he fixed our leaking Wixet tub & shower valve by replacing the valve with a new cartridge. Best customer service experience I have ever experienced while dealing with plumbers. Very impressed with his professionalism, honesty,  and integrity. I was impressed with his ability to improvise and overcome when given a difficult problem to fix. He truly is as they say...The Man I would highly recommend him for solving any plumbing problems you may have! Totally better than any of the previous plumbers we used during our remodel and we have used a few. If you want the job done right and done well. Call up JC Plumbing and ask for Victor! Miguel of Mickey's Plumbing came by and took a look at the property along with so many different estimators. He appeared very knowledgeable and was able to schedule this repair quickly.
Miguel said that he would be here at 9:00 this morning and he did arrive on time. He had the items he needed to repair the line. I asked him to also install a removable key @ the water spigot.
Done!
Well, had a slight issue with the repair. Either the replacement piece had a flaw or the connection didn't quite seal. I noticed a leak at the repair site though much smaller.
No problem. Miguel arrived 30 minutes after I notified him of the issue, and everything looks good now.

Your price was extremely reasonable and and fair. I had quotes that were twice as much and that was just to show up! They wanted to charge for anything else that needed to be done.

Jose not only came out and expected the problem by putting a camera in the pipe to see what was going on he then cleaned it out and took care of the root problem and did not charge anything extra! It was all in his initial quote. Now that's professionalism at its best.

So many companies today are really trying to make up for the gouging gas prices. And they taking advantage of people left and right!

I just want to say Jose you will be blessed because of your honesty and fairness.

Ryan at Fraser as usual does a great job. We just moved back to San Diego after living out of state for several years, and bought an older condo that needs updating, toilets, hot water heater, etc. He does it all, on time, friendly and knowledgeable. We highly recommend Fraser.

Great response time!
I had a plumbing issue in the middle of the night and needed a next day appointment. I sent out a few messages for quotes and Eduard was the one person from 6 companies to respond to me. Everything else was an autogenerated call us at this number message. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day.
Sadly, I ended up canceling my appointment because the homeowner of my house wanted to use a family friend to do the plumbing work instead. But still wanted to leave the review of the great customer service and response time!
I did bookmark this company and will be coming back for any future needs as I was impressed already! Thanks!
