I had an outside faucet that started leaking and was getting worse and a Garbage Disposal that needed to be replaced.  Not being the type to just pick a plumber out of the Yellow pages or off the Internet and hope for the best, the first thing I did was ask my neighbor if he knew of a good, experienced plumber, and so glad that I did.   My neighbor gave me the Business card of Palm Plumbing who he had used in the past along with an excellent recommendation.
After purchasing a new Garbage Disposal I called Palm Plumbing and left a message of who I was and what type of job I had for them.   A Mr. Zane Cramer returned my call and we discussed the work I needed done and made an appointment for ten the next morning.  Mr. Cramer arrived right on time.  After looking at the work to be done, Mr. Cramer quoted me a very reasonable price and began the work.   I found out while talking with him that Mr. Cramer is the sole owner and operator of Palm Plumbing.   I found Mr. Cramer to be a very personable guy and very knowledgeable of his craft.  He had the garbage disposal replaced in no time and had all the new pieces he needed on his truck to replace my leaky faucet and to change the out dated Water Shut-off valve.  In less then two hours he had replaced my garbage disposal and I had a new shut-off valve and a new outside faucet that didn't leak.

Zane was initially hired by our contractor to do the plumbing on a bathroom addition that we had about three years ago.  He did a fantastic job in moving the pipes to the toilet and creating new ones for a sink and shower.  While he was working at our house one day our neighbor came by saying that her house was flooding because of a leak under the kitchen sink.  Zane went over to our neighbors and helped them out with their critical issue.  After the bathroom was completed we had Zane install a new water heater in our house.  All of the work he did was great and we have had no issues with it.  He was a pleasure to have in our house, polite, courteous​  and competent.
I recently had two different plumbing issues and called Zane, he helped talk me through both issues and I was able to resolve the problems without him coming to my house. What an ethical guy!!
If I have any problems I won't hesitate to have him come over.
