Wow! Best experience! We needed our toilet fixed and we were debating on Done Right or another plumbing company in our area. We called both to check prices and after comparison, both had great customer service, but Done Right was open on Saturday and the other was not. We're glad it worked out the way it did because we ended up finding our forever company. I called and received an appointment right away. They explained over the phone their process and answered all of our questions. I received a call prior to our technician arriving which I appreciated. Juan arrived on time and started off wonderful. Juan let us know what the issue was, what the price would be, and if we wanted to move forward on the service. Without making us feel pressured. Juan was able to fix the issue quickly. I appreciated all the forms digital, it made everything easy and emailed straight to me. Prices in our opinion are reasonable and  with great customer service and our great experience, they really deserve more. We are happy to have found a company that really makes it easy for their customers and does great work. Thank you!

These guys are awesome and very professional. We used them twice and Juan came out right away. They cleared out our drain and also used a camera to take look at what the problem was.

I had been dealing with a clogged toilet for weeks or so I thought it was just a clogging issue. I called Done Right drains and plumbing and I was connected with Juan who was able to come out to my house that same day. Juan and James came and checked out my situation, what I loved was how thorough they were and how they explained what was wrong but also why and what I could do to prevent it from happening again. What was awesome was that they went above and beyond to make sure things around my house were in tip top shape, they fixed issues and didn't charge extra, they truly care about their clients and their experience with them. Their customer service is top notch and they make you feel comfortable with the process. Juan, James, Chad and Sylvia are amazing people to work with! Such a great team! We had a small flood that led to us looking at the pipes. They replaced all our old copper pipes and even fixed the main line pipes that used to stick out in the front yard. From the moment we started the GM Juan was there. He explained everything thoroughly and was always at our disposal. James and Chad were always on time and professional. Juan from Done Right is incredible and these guys are lucky to have him on their team. If they ever let him go, I hope he keeps my number because he would be my go-to plumber from here on out. The guy reminds me of my uncle, who is just such an honest, reliable, knowledgeable guy that everyone trusts do do a job right (did I mention HONEST)?
Juan was on time, friendly, and spent at least an hour and a half underneath my dirty, muddy ass crawlspace checking for leaks and piping issues that had led to major flooding and moisture issues under my house for god only knows how many months/ years. I had the plumbing issues fixed already a few months ago, so he was checking to be sure the moisture wasn't from some other plumbing issue. He found no leaks, took tons of pics for me, and walked me through it all. He even referred me and made the call to Floodbusters for me to have the moisture issue remedied, and hopefully covered by insurance. He has great connections and relationships, which is also helpful. Unfortunately for Done Right, I had no business to give them this round, but you better bet your booty that I'm giving them my future business and sending you fine people to them while they have Juan on board.
The receptionist/scheduler/dispatcher (a female) was also great, she was polite, personable, and communicative thoughout the process.

I called and they answered!  James Isales was are service tech, he took less the a minute to find the problem and gave us a cost effective options.  Highly recommend, and we found our new plumbing services for future needs.

When I saw my drain emptying toilet-related yuckiness into my front yard in a busy Saturday morning, I needed a plumber to come out asap! I contacted them via a Yelp message & got a prompt reply. I called and they came right over, and took care of my clogged drain at a GREAT price!! They were courteous, prompt, professional and I would highly recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs. The work also comes with a 6 month guarantee, that's impressive. I will for sure reach out to them again in the future - thank you!

Despite the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, Done Right responded   promptly and professionally from first contact.  Every person that contacted me was very understanding - from the dispatch agent to the general manager (Juan).  I cannot say enough how they made themselves available and followed-up either a Yelp conversation, text or phone call.  They are committed to upholding their company name Done Right!

My problem was the Master double sinks drained slowly and smelled of sewage.  I first went with the $40 drain clean (aka snaking).  After a mix-up on the appointment (my error), James still managed to arrive at my place.  Geez their snake is industrial length!  After putting in some serious time and energy, it first appeared successful.  But it was not, and also, a new leak appeared because of the old pipe was plastic and the seal was no longer good.  James recommended jetting which turned out to be what was needed.

Done Right made no delay in scheduling the jetting.  This time it was Juan who diagnosed the problem more closely prior to jetting.  He showed examples while explaining what the pipes most likely looked like.  And he's right knowing that the pipes have not had a jetting in probably decades!  I'm lucky that the pipes did not need to be replaced.  Needless to say, the pipes completely cleared.  The water will be running smooth for another 8-9 years now!

Other details worth mentioning is they applied the $40 drain clean to my jetting, which I thought was generous since the 1st visit (James) required intensive time and labor.  Also, they wore booties, kept the work area covered to protect your floors, and cleaned up after the job is finished.

All said, Done Right takes every step to ensure that their work is beyond reproach.  While I hope not to need a plumber anytime soon, I know who to call when I do!

I had an issue with my kitchen sink (quite urgent). I called about 4-5 other companies, they either charged to give me an estimate or I needed to make an appointment for another day. I called Done Right and Juan was at my property in less than an hour. Fixed the issue right away and offered some advice to keep it from happening. Great price too! I always aim to help local businesses. I would give more stars if I could.

My water heater was leaking. Juan the GM messaged me within minutes and immediately came out to give me a quote. His prices are the best in the market. Better than his prices was the quality of his work. He did all he could to protect the floor, stairs and driveway during the install. I highly recommend Juan and his business!

No hidden fees to clear my 2 drains. The big name company had hidden fees for the same two drains.

90 day guarantee on the drain clearing. That is outstanding! I won't take advantage of this perk because it'll be my fault if they clog again, but what great service.

WOW!!! I AM INCREDIBLY IMPRESSED with the level of knowledge our technician James had!! Not only did he teach me the ins-and-outs of my kitchen sink and clear out drain (which I never knew existed), but he was also able to give recommendations on how to maintain the sink to avoid future clogs. Something I felt was genuinely respectable was that James also educated me on the rights of a renter (me) versus a homeowner/landlord as to who would be responsible for the financial costs of the kitchen sink maintenance, so I sincerely appreciate his honesty and shared knowledge. The whole experience working with Done Right Drain & Plumbing from the quick response on Yelp, the friendly staff over the phone, to James' expertise was AMAZING!! 10/10 would recommend choosing them for all your drain and plumbing needs!

Our water valve broke and we needed someone out asap. I reached to done right and they made it happen quick! Not like other places that take weeks. The work was done correctly, neatly and fast! I requested a quote to get my slower draining shower looked at and was given a $40 special. This was a very affordable price compared to all other quotes I got. Juan and his team responded very quickly and came to my house the same day and the job was done in less than 30 minutes. They were very professional and used shoe booties entering my house. Prior to choosing which plumbing company I pick to do the job, I thoroughly read the reviews of 3 plumbing companies  on yelp & Google and compare them with each other. I decided to call DONE RIGHT due to excellent customers reviews. But they were fully booked until next week, Tuesday. A friend referred his plumber to me but did not showed up. Luckily. JUAN from DONE RIGHT called and that he will do the job, sink clogged up. He arrived on time & immediately work on the issue. The sink clogged up was done, but advised him that I need to replaced the broken garbage disposal with the new one I  bought. He accommodated me by installing my new garbage disposal. I was fortunate that I have Juan working on the plumbing issues. I really appreciated his courtesy & professionalism. The price is pretty affordable. I will be contacting Juan for future plumbing job. Additionally, I will refer DONE RIGHT to friends & family.. There is a trustworthiness in Juan's character.

Done right was absolutely incredible!! Juan was extremely friendly and very helpful! If you want someone to truly take care of you please use this plumbing company! They were on time, fair pricing and got the job done quicker than we could of imagined. It is also really great to support a small business. Juan also will always be honest with you and not push you do anything you don't want to. I had a completely clogged kitchen sink yesterday afternoon and called Done Right Drains and Plumbing after finding their $40.00 drain cleaning special advertisement.  I was able to schedule an appointment for this morning (Saturday) which I  appreciated since weekends are usually difficult to book on such short notice.  Juan showed up on time and did an excellent job.  The clogged drain was pretty bad and required the use of two different snakes in two different locations but Juan was able to unclog the drain despite the difficulty.  I expected to have to pay more than the $40.00 advertised price based on the complexity of the job but to my surprise Done Right Drains and Plumbing honored their advertised price and only charged me $40.00. I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent work and customer service that I experienced with Done Right Drains and Plumbing today. I will definitely use them for all my future plumbing needs and highly recommend them for anyone looking for an honest, experienced plumber who does excellent work and provides exceptional customer service.
