HISTORY

Established in 2010.
All About Plumbing has a long history started several generations back as we have evolved like many other companies from several names down to now the great grand children. We ended up choosing the name All About Plumbing due to....... well the whole family for generations has done it. Our whole life has been plumbing this and plumbing that, so its time to keep the tradition going. We needed last minute to help stop a running toilet. Even though his solution cost twice as much as the initial estimate, he ultimately saved us money with the solution he came up with to get it fixed today and quickly. The toilet has been running for over 6 months and he was truly a life saver.

These guys are great! We had water damage on our ceiling, called All About Plumbing and they came over ASAP. Devin was able to connect us with a company to open the ceiling and dry everything out, then Devin fixed the leak quickly.

They were super professional and wore masks the entire time they were in the house. We saved their number and will be adding them to the list of trusted companies we use!

I've used a lot of plumbers. I own a few properties and businesses. I constantly feel like I'll at the mercy of a professional who is either really expensive, under qualified, or potentially dishonest.
Devin came to my home, identified a simple problem that could have resulted in a disaster and charged me a fair price. I don't like plumbing issues of course, but when I have one I will cal this company.

Talk about fast easy and reliable! Devin was amazing! I called and he was available within a 30min to hr time frame. Many others gave me call backs and made it hard to schedule an appointment. He came in, knew the problem and for resignation to work. While he was there I even added work on him because he was so good! I even got an estimate on a new sink and faucet for my kitchen!

Over all, great experience and great work. Very professional, humble and kind young man. Great work Devin, we appreciate your services!!!

I'm not normally a review-writer. Devin earned this one. When our water heater died, I first called another Plumbing Company in Point Loma I've used in the past who said the soonest they could come look at it would be in 7 days.

I then found Shoreline and Devin was at my house 45 minutes later. He pulled the broken part, didn't sell me on needing a new water heater or a bunch of other repairs, worked with the local plumbing supplier to have the replacement part covered under warranty, and had us back up and running the next day.

These folks are great, and will be getting my business in the future.

I was all around impressed with All About Plumbing. I received a quick, reasonably priced quote and Devin was out to fix the drain issue later the same day. Devin gave a heads up when he was on his way and beat me to my property. With a few instructions, he was able to tackle the job and actually finish it before I even arrived. I appreciate that he cleaned up after his job as well. Devin was quick, friendly, and professional. I plan on using All About Plumbing for future plumbing jobs.

I was having a new shower installed and the drain needed to be replaced. Devin coordinated the service call and Garrett and his colleague came to my house to complete the job. The floor had to be jackhammered and the wall opened up, so it wasn't a simple project. Everything turned out good in the end and they even did some other plumbing projects I had around my house like adding a new main shutoff valve and a new water pressure regulator. I was grateful that they were able to come out so quickly given the shower project was underway with a contractor. They saved the day and my new shower was able to be completed on time. I would definitely recommend Shoreline Plumbing to anyone who wants reliable and efficient plumbing services and an overall pleasant experience. Thanks!

We were beyond happy with the exceptional customer service and professional work done in our home when our kitchen sink blocked and backed up.
Service was fast and responsive - quick message replies and constant communication up until service.
We have had several bad experiences with other companies in the area and so I was hesitant to try yet another company with out a personal recommendation (it's actually tough to get friends or family to stand behind a plumber it seems) - but the situation was urgent so I contacted several companies.
We were very pleased. Grateful to find honest, efficient and thorough service at a reasonable cost- thank You!

The company was great at contacting me soon after I submitted an inquiry for a quote. Devin called to let me know they could come take a look at my problem and he was at my place promptly soon as he was available. I had a very small problem that needed to be fixed with my kitchen sink but Devin didn't hesitate to do what needed to be done and had zero complaints. Was a brief visit but such a pleasure to talk to Devin while he fixed my sink. Very friendly, kind and willing to go the extra mile even if it's not necessary. All About Plumbing quickly responded to my quote request and Devon professionally followed up first thing in the morning to arrange a time to assess the situation.

Devon was able to come to the house while I was at work, which made things super convenient. He quickly diagnosed the plumbing issue and provided a very fair quote (over $1,000 cheaper than 2 other quotes I received for the same job).

After installing the 2 clean-outs, he returned the plants and rock landscape back to it's original condition; what a courteous professional!

I recommend Devon and AAP without reservation.

Called about 10 different 24/7 plumbers from Yelp on a Sunday evening to help with a leak emergency. Devin was the only one who answered & came to the rescue promptly. He quickly stopped the leak so my neighbors could have their water turned back on. Devin was friendly, fair & knowledgeable, we highly recommend him.

Well I don't normally write reviews but Devon's performance was really outstanding. So I woke up in the morning to hear water running in the kitchen. I went outside turn it off and was prepared for a really horrible plumbing experience.
Out of 11 plumbers Devon's company was the only one that gave me a slight hope that I'd be able to get the water turned back on on a Saturday. Devon came out, he looked at the work that needed to be done. I was ready to say you know just cap Off that pipe and we will just make the best of it. Devon said no no no I think I can get this taken care of. He went and got a part, I went to the store I came back he was done.

What can I say? Not, enough stars allowed! I'd give them 10. Prompt,professional and fair. I was losing my mind. Recently. Purchased home and have had the main snakes bi-monthly. This time snaking did not work. 5' under slab again. Devin pace off the distance jack hammered right down to the leak. Diagnose a broken/collapsed cask iron pipe. Pull back Master bedroom carpet and jack hammered 10ft trench. They replaced 10ft with ABS. GUARANTEED FOR 10 YEARS. I would NOT call any other plumber. #LESSONLEARNED

We're very satisfied!! Have used these guys several times for various jobs and all worked out well. Main sewer was one job we had SDG&E cut our gas off bam they fixed it and got our gas back on same day service also we have had them to 2 of our rentals for water heaters now let me put this out there They are not necessarily the cheapest but we are very satisfied with the work and guarentees that go along with it. My tenants have even called and gave me great views on these guys. Professional, competent and friendly. The job done right the first time. Devin and Jake came out within 2 hours, fixed my faucet that had became loose, and even gave me a tool to fix it if it happens again. In and out in 20 minutes and stuck to the time line scheduled. The estimate was free and they were $30 less than all previous estimates for the labor. I called at 12:30 pm and they were here by 2 pm same day. Highly recommended!!

Devin saved the day... we were in the middle of self-installing a reverse osmosis under the kitchen sink when a 100 year old cast-iron vent pipe was accidentally knocked and cracked. Devin wrapped up the job he was on and was at our place within a few hours, assessed the situation and was back later that afternoon to completely retrofit and resolve the issue. Devin did an excellent job. My garbage disposal stopped working. I called in the afternoon, and they were able to come the next morning. The job was done efficiently, neatly, and at a fair price. Devin was great to work with- communicating well on appointment time and price.

We are completely satisfied with the customer service and work that Devin has done. He's highly responsive and prompt. He doesn't mind you asking questions about the situation, explains what's going on, and confirms with you on the work that needs to be done.

I live in an old house with copper pipes from the 70's. The pipes are starting to develop leaks due to old age. We contacted Devin as a referral. He's working with us to provide all the documentation we need for our insurance (USAA). He did this job in 3 days which included work in 2 bathrooms and through 2 floors with awkward plumbing. He and his team worked hard on our complicated plumbing and cleaned everything up nicely.

He offered a more than fair price for the amount of work, materials, and time he put into the job. We have dealt with other plumbers and they are not as responsive or fair as Devin is. I would definitely call him again for future work.

We decided to have a new bathtub installed since our hall bath was from the 70's and needed an update. Once the bathtub was removed, we learned that our old cast-iron drain had disintegrated and would not work with a new tub. We knew this old tub had some drainage problems, but did not know it was going to be such a major issue.

Devin came by the same day to assess the problem and told us he could come by the following day and replace the drain with an updated one that will last. He delivered and was very honest and frank throughout the whole process. The price was fair as well considering how much work this repair was (jackhammering, digging, parts, etc). I will assuredly use Devin when I have plumbing issues in the future.
