Farhad was very fast in repairing the driveway crack at a reasonable rate. I requested for a repair and he was there in 2 days and completed in a day. Will use his service again. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Farhad was so kind in all communications. He arrived a bit late but gave good notice and apologized. He was quick and efficient and everyone was happy.
I called about four handymen before calling them and none were able to do what they were able to fix. They were very quick with responding and showed up the same day to fix what I needed repaired, doing an outstanding job! I will 100% be calling them again in the future!

I needed someone to come fix the hole in my daughters ceiling that was the result of a leak where the drywall had to be cut. Farhad was easy to work with, fair on price and showed up right when he said he would. The hole is fixed and both my daughter and I are very happy!

Farhad came out and did a fantastic job fixing my tenants bifold laundry doors and doing some drywall patching and painting as well.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone seeking a fair and reasonable handyman.
Farhad tackled a project that many refused to try. I needed a light fixture installed but there was a decorative shroud around the 4 canopy of the previous fixture and the new fixture and a 7 canopy. So drywall work, new j-box install, paint, and dimmer switch install. I expected road blocks along the way but he went to work and got it done. Turned out great!
Farhad did a great job repairing creaky floors on the second floor of my home. He was communicative and punctual. Really easy to work with.
Farhad was amazing. I hired him to replace my kitchen faucet. Not only his price was reasonable, he went beyond my expectations.
He noticed that my drain wasn't draining quickly, so at no extra cost, he completely disssembled the plumbing including garbage disposal & cleaned out all the gunk. He did all this with big smile & without asking for additional charge.
He is a truly nice gentleman & seems to take pride in his work. I've also noticed that he is incredibly thorough & methodical.
I highly recommend him - I feel happy that I've found him for all my future projects.

So there's times to know your own limitations and I know I couldn't do electrical. Incredibly happy I came across this amazing father & son team. I had our built in bar demo'ed by him and his assistant. They were fair and effective. Also, they cleaned so well no glass or mirror was left behind from the demo.
Will be using them for similar jobs in the future.
I used Yelp to ask multiple companies for help removing two bolts that were stripped when drilled into a concrete wall. Farhad responded within an hour with a great price. He was at the house the next day and did an amazing job getting it out. Also so polite and friendly. We will absolutely be calling him again for other repairs we have! So glad to have found him!!

Great communication and fairly priced. I needed to replace a regular door with a glass one. Farhad was very detail oriented and focused even when the new door was too big - no complaining - just did what he needed to do to complete the job. Left everything very tidy after the job was completed. Really happy with the workmanship and I will definitely be using Farhad again!

Punctual, determined, detailed and hard working! I usually do my own projects around the house but became stumped with some outside electrical outlets.
Farhad took on this project, found the issue (it was grounded out wire) under ground/rock, replaced the wire which wasn't easy at all and got everything back to working for a very reasonable price.
It was also good to see him bring his son along to help him and to learn the trade that he is very good at. I would recommend All Around Handyman Services. Thank you Farhad!

They responded to my request quickly and came to repair our dry rot within a couple of days. Completed the job quickly for a reasonable cost, and did a good repair job. Will definitely use them again.
I finally found a reliable handyman!! I have been through multiple handymen at this point and was beginning to think a good one didn't exist. Then I hired Farhad. He responded right away and set an appointment for 2 days later. He planed a couple of doors that weren't shutting, hung three blinds, and placed a transition piece in a doorway. He was efficient and did a great job. He was also conscientious about keeping the door closed so as not to let my pets out. I will definitely be hiring him again.

Our kitchen faucet broke on a Friday night and we need this fixed quickly. I put out a request for a plumber and Farhad replied immediately. We ordered a new faucet and it arrived on Sunday morning and Farhad was very accommodating and came by to install on Sun afternoon. He provided an great initial quote and upon arriving informed us of other updates that we needed. We were happy to pay him for these additional services because we wanted the job done right. He was very professional and kept his mask on for COVID the entire time. Everything was installed perfectly and he walked us through all of the new features. He was very clean and completed the job in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend his services and we will definitely use him again for any additional handyman needs.

We were installing a new washer/dryer and I called around to have a new drip pan cut/installed and Farhad was willing to take a look. He came over and fixed the issue in less than an hour and was very professional and willing to come back if any issues came up. We just moved to Carlsbad and are glad we found a handyman nearby. Farhad was a pleasure to work with. He accommodated my request very clearly and completely. We even trusted him with Access to the occupied unit while he completed his work.
He did two drywall ceiling repairs from recent rain damage due to roof leak, including sporicidin spray tenting the work space and even painting over the attic cover. He was extremely professional and productive. Completing the work efficiently and completely. We also used him for a garbage disposal replacement. I had Farhad to install an outlet behind my TV. The job was not easy. He took care of everything such as dry wall, patching and running wires behind the wall through the stud in a very small and tricky area. Very professional! I am so satisfied with the work.
We had a bathroom emergency just one day before we had company coming for the holidays. Farhad responded to our request for a quote and came over the next day. He worked tirelessly all day and fixed our bathroom subfloor, installed new vinyl tile, a new toilet and bathtub hardware. Farhad was professional, hard working and proficient. I will definitely hire him again for projects in the future.
Farhad was very prompt from when I used Yelp's Request A Quote feature. He showed up within an hour of me posting. He fixed a broken dishwasher and sink. He also correctly diagnosed the problem a broken security light that is about 15 feet high in hard-to-reach spot. There is more work to be done around the house and I will use his help again. Good work on small furniture adjustment and fixing drywall. I'll need to touch up the paint due to the textured ceiling but the repair seems well done.
Very professional and he worked so quickly! He was able to squeeze us in a very small notice and fix our sliding door and the dry wall next to it and he was able to patch a hole for us. He was very kind and didn't mind answering all of our questions and telling us step by step what he was doing. We are so fortunate that he was able to get us in and help us. I cannot recommend him enough!
Needed a professional help replacing a water-damaged cabinet. Requested a quote and the response was quick with reasonable pricing. We bought a house about a year ago and the ceiling fans and light fixtures were out dated so I got a great deal on some new ceiling fans at Costco and needed them installed so via Yelp I found this handyman company and they showed up on time installing 3 ceiling fans and also 2 recessed lights. This was my first time using this service and i will definitely use him again. He replaced a cracked heating element on my outdoor electric heater. The price was fair and the work was very professional. I was so impressed i requested a few quotes for other services that i've been putting off for a long time, will definitely use them again!

I was looking for someone that could help me with a couple projects in our home. I requested some quotes through Yelp and Farhad responded fairly quick. He gave me a quote that I thought was fair for the job. I requested to have our upstairs toilet fixed, some baseboards placed in our bathroom and for our stair railings to be reinstalled because they were crooked and too high. After buying the materials, he came into our home and got on the job right away. He seems like a really hard worker and overall I am happy with the results. Farhad came and fixed everything we requested. We still have some projects to do around our house so I wouldn't hesitate to hire Farhad again.
They just finished installing a tv outside of our house, including a new outlet for it. Looks great - just like we expected. They were both very professional, hardworking, and polite handyman. Thank you so much! Will be calling you soon for our next little project.

Loved that they showed up in mask. Replaced the screen doors for our house, fixed bidets, fixed chandelier and a screen door. They took the measurements and purchased the door by themselves and fixed it.

Amazing! We needed a super last minute electrician and they were able to work us into their day; we called late afternoon on a Saturday!We need our retractable awning to be connected before the rains, as weight from the water can rip it from the wall! We were so grateful they could come and save us! Got the job done super quick, gave us continual updates for ETA, and arrived when they said. Will definitely use their amazing services again. Farhad was available on a fairly short notice, provided reasonable estimate and did a great job. Needed to run a wire for a new GFCI bathroom outlet for bidet installation. All others I got a quote from wanted to make several holes in my drywall to run the wire, which would have required drywall patching, texture matching and painting. Farhad managed to run the wire without making any holes, and did high quality installations of power outlet and bidet, exactly as I requested. Very happy with the job, availability and general attitude. Will be calling again for future projects.
I am finishing a kitchen remodel. I needed the electric outlets swapped out, 2 regular, one GFI and one rocker switch. They came out the next day, they did the work requested, and charged what they quoted. They were very respectful of me and my property and they cleaned everything nicely. I will hire them again.
We needed all the outlets in our home replaced with new ones plus faceplates, along with moving a couple of outlets around. If I had done it myself, it would have likely taken all of 2 or 3 days.
With Farhad and crew, the two of them took all-day to complete the job, 10.5 hrs in total. They took their time to do the work well and stayed focussed the entire time.
I'll be working with Farhad on my future home projects. His rates/quotes are reasonable and he does a very good job!

We had an issue with our laundry closet area. A few handyman companies I contacted never responded to me, a few that I was able to talk to about the repair we needed were unwilling or unable to do anything but Farhad responded to me, came out to look at the area and figure out what we needed, gave me a quote, arrived on the day we made an appointment and did the work we needed done in the amount of time he estimated it would take. We are so thankful, we've been trying to get this issue taken care of for a year. Thank you! I would definitely recommend Farhad's services.

We needed two heavy mirrors hung in our bathroom and hallway, and Farhad was able to install both quickly and we are extremely happy with the results. Very professional and responsive, we will definitely give him a call if we need more repairs around the house.

Our toilets had simple repairs that needed to be done. I outlined the problem on Yelp and Farhad bid $150 to get it done. Yet when he arrived, he said it would cost ANOTHER $100 for parts. Then he broke our seat and didn't even fix the 2nd toilet the way he should (all he had to do was shorten the chain). TERRIBLE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Farhad was fantastic. His communication was amazing and he was available the next day for service. He showed up on time, was kind, and did an exceptional job installing a new bathroom sink for us as well as a rather complicated chandelier. He also brought a vacuum and went so far as to clean up after the job was done. He's our go-to handyman moving forward!

This business robs you. All I needed was a pipe screwed on because I have arthritis making it difficult for me. I also needed the cartridge in the hot water handle to be replaced.
The man came downstairs and said he had to go to Home Depot. I asked why (the job is VERY simple). I then asked him how much he would charge me. He said $375! $375 to rotate a plastic wrap around a pipe (which I already had) and for a cartridge that is $4 at Lowe's. I told him to leave. He made me pay $150 and didn't even fix what I had hired him to do. He made up a lie trying to say the problem was with the pipe in the wall. I'm sorry dude. I'm not stupid. I know the issue and how to fix it. If it wasn't for arthritis I would have easily done this myself.
Liars, thieves, crooks. Think twice before choosing them over anyone else!

Farhad helped us with two drywall repairs and troubleshooting a lighting fixture. He was prompt. He did clean work. The price was fair. I would definitely recommend.
We had some work done by Farhad and his son a couple of months and we could not have been happier. We hired them for a two day project varying from replacing doors, fixing drywall, and woodwork on cabinets and baseboards. Plus some other miscellaneous things that I would point out while walking through with them.
These gentlemen showed up on time and would stay until 6-7pm both nights. They were extremely organized, clean and most importantly they were respectful to my family and I.
I really liked the father and son duo, and watching them communicate and work together was pretty special.

Farhad helped us with installing a new fan, installing a new patio light fixture, and fixing a very tricky microwave re-venting. He did a great job and ended up staying late to make sure the microwave vent was done properly, which we really appreciated. They are great! They have changed out our old garbage disposal a year ago and it's still working great. When our ceiling fan broke in the master and living room. We contacted Farhad again, they were quick to respond! Quoted us for 4 hour but got it done under 3 hours. Really great services, they were through and cleaned up. Very reasonable quote! Super polite and very good at letting us know that they were in their way. Easy to talk too. We are grateful for them in fixing the fans since it has been so hot! Farhad was super responsive via Yelp. I had many questions and each time I sent a message he answered quickly. And answered each and every one. I was looking for the next day due to work. He gave me a day and said he would try to do it the next day since he was booked. He said he would call me. Sure enough the next day in the afternoon I received his call and said he could come that afternoon and do it. So accommodating and I was so appreciative. I'm only giving one start because Yelp won't let me give none! This was an absolute disaster. We hired him for a simple job that should have taken less than an hour. We said IF he had time, he could also do another small job. He didn't finish the original job, left to go to the store to buy parts for the second job even though we had showed him the box of parts sitting right there that we had already purchased, then proceeded to do work on something else that we not only had NOT asked him to do, but had repeatedly told him to STOP doing!!
FIVE hours later we finally threw him out. He had made a mess of both rooms, cut baseboards in more places than we had asked for; leaving a gap along the wall that cannot be repaired (they no longer make those baseboards), left a goopy mess on the bathroom floors and walls by working on something we told him NOT to do, cleaned up his hands using our roll of toilet paper... I could go on.
I would NEVER EVER recommend hiring this man. Never! The repairs from his mess will cost more than we were ever going to pay him and the jobs still need to be done. Some of this mess can't be fixed.
I am furious! I have contacted a lawyer.
I needed the pull-down hose replaced in our kitchen sink. I couldn't get under the sink to do it. Farhad came at the time he said and had the job done in 20 minutes. His prices are reasonable and he does not waste time. We will be using him again.
Farhad helped assemble several furnitures for my daughters room. He dismantled and reassembled a bed, assembled a different queen sized bed, a vanity table mirror and stool, a nightstand and an arm chair. He was very professional and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be using his services again.
I had a door that pulled off the hinge and other doors that were getting stuck. Farhad did a great job fixing all the doors. He was extremely responsive and helpful.

I took the time to fill out all of the information on what we needed, and of course immediately got an auto reply back asking me for all of the same things I just did. OK, so I was more detailed and spent about 15 minutes writing up exactly what we need done per the owners auto-reply request. Then he read the message and never responded. Waste of my time and annoying.
Great job fixing my closet tracks and doors for my rental property! Had a hard time finding someone willing to do the job last minute.
Installed hanging racks and shelves in my garage plus installed a Ring Floodlight. Great communication, great work, cleaned after they were done. Would recommended and plan to use them again.

I have a very large and heavy barn door installed. The installers did an amazing job! When the proper tools weren't included, they even went to Lowes to get what I needed. They definitely went above and beyond.
Farhad did an excellent job of hanging a VERY heavy mirror over my sectional sofa, and then scaling a high ladder way to my cathedral ceiling to remove a very big and expensive chandelier and replace it with a smaller and more delicate fixture. He did excellent work on both jobs!
Fargad showed up on time. He did a very good job installing our exterior lights. Would definitely consider hiring him again for other work around our house.
Conscientious with a quiet demeanor. He hung some blinds, adjusted lighting and did some light plumbing for me. Underpromises and overdelivers -- nice guy.
In the middle of the homestretch of getting our condo ready to list, we found a weird area in our bathroom that the previous owners left and covered with a chair. The timing hadn't been finished to the wall and the floor was exposed.
We got in touch with Farhad through Yelp and he was over right away. Since we really didn't know how to fix it, he came up with the best option. He did a great job finishing the floor with concrete. It looks like it totally was there the whole time.
He was fast, responsive, courteous and I will definitely call him again.
We got a new kitchen faucet to replace our 20 yr old one and put up a quote request on yelp. Farhad reached out promptly and with a very reasonable price. On top of doing a totally perfect job on the faucet he even cleared up the pipe coming from the adjacent sink. He tested everything really thoroughly and was overall an extremely pleasant and classy man to deal with. Will recommend to friends.
Farhad came today and installed a light fixture, & a bathroom sink faucet. He also repaired my leaking toilet. He did an excellent job! He was easy to talk to & kept me updated with repairs needed & cost. He cleaned up when he was done, not a crumb left! Will definitely call on him again when I need a good handyman! A++++ from me!
Three holes were repaired, two inside drywall and one outside stucco, professional work, looks great. Very easy to deal with and great email and text communication. I will definitely use Farhad again when I need work done.

I've never experienced any unprofessionalism and lack of integrity like this. This company sent over a guy who is unbelievably slow, doesn't complete work, and still wanna charge a lot. I can't imagine it takes two days for someone to install 5 pairs of dampers to cabinets, 2 shower curtain rods, and change two AC filters. For this little amount of work, he has charged me $450 labor only and took 7-8 hours in 2 days. He doesn't charge by hour and only charge by project. He couldn't finish the full list of work planned and doesn't patch up walls when he messed the paints when installing the curtain rods at a wrong position. What's even worse, he mixed the purchase of materials with someone else's and wanna charge me for the full amount. It made me feel he did so intentionally with no integrity at all as he bought 6 pairs of dampers and never gave me the one extra pair he didn't use. It could just be this one guy whose name is Farhad that is this bad. The company should reconsider if he is qualified and stop letting him ruin the reputation of the Company.
Farhad's response below is beyond the point. It's not about charging work by hour or by project. The point is that the three tasks mentioned above only takes 1 hour or 1.5 hour maximum. The hourly rate for a handyman in Oceanside is $30-$45 per hour. At least this is the quote I've received from two other handyman. In other words, the work Farhad did should have cost less than $100 if it is done by someone who's more skillful and even given a $60 hourly rate. Another handyman has changed the hinges for all 15+ cabinets in my house for just a bit over an hour.
I'm usually ok with paying people more with tips if he shows he has tried hard and worked hard. No, Farhad, I don't need you to finish work anymore. I need you to refund me the extra damper I bought and you didn't return to me or use on the job.
You need to position yourself better in this market. The service provided and the rate you've charge won't be sustainable for the business.
I needed a few random repairs around the house-shaving a door down, fixing some chipped baseboard paint and repairing some Venetian plater. Farhad showed up, and did all three repairs in a few hours. I was sure he was going to need to do several trips and buy supplies, but he came with everything he needed and charged exactly what he quoted ahead of time. I thought the job was more complicated than what he charged and was prepared to pay him more. How often does that happen? I will definitely hire him again.
