Although more expensive than the average, the service was excellent. Easy, clear, and timely communication. Showed up on time, did a very good job, very professional, neat, and clean. Everything was thorough, efficient, and professional.

This review is months overdue, but better late than never! We have used All Time twice now. The first was for a faucet installation,the second was to have a gas line for stove moved. Both times our calls were returned promptly. The prices are fair (a price list of common services printed right on estimate sheet!)and the work quality! I would not hesitate to refer this company!

You don't know how hesitant I was calling a new plumber to replace the faucet and shower head in my bathroom. Previous plumbing jobs have always been a dirty and expensive experience; Why do they always have to leave such a disaster area? Ruben was the complete opposite. I know it wasn't easy replacing the shower head and faucet without going through the drywall in the back, but Ruben did it! It's always a relief when you find the right professional for the job; Ruben is now officially in my contacts. Phew.

Recently needed to determine prognosis and options for leaky fixtures on our kitchen sink and had the fortune of finding Ruben Reyes at All Time Plumbing. He was extremely timely in his communication, and when he came to provide us our free estimate he was very thorough.

He explained the cause of the problems, gave us each of the options of what we could do to repair, what expected short term and long term results would be, and approximate costs of each.  You could tell he is very knowledgeable. He was never pushy and answered all of my questions allowing me to make the best decision for our project goals.  He also took the time to answer questions on other projects we are considering in the future.

On the day of the project Ruben showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. He also left the area cleaner than it was when he arrived. Everything is working great and looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable and we feel we got great value for his services.

We had an issue with low water pressure. Our water regulator was about 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, that didn't solve the pressure issue in the kitchen. We decided to replace the faucet and still had an issue. Well, Ruben investigated some more and found a couple tiny gaskets  lodged in the water lines. How they got there? Who knows? I recently had a leak in my home somewhere in the master bathroom that was causing water damage to nearly the entire room and part of the master bedroom wall. After several plumbers telling me different things but no resolution in sight, I decided to reach out to Ruben for help after hearing great things about him on Yelp. Ruben gave me a courtesy call and showed up on time, unlike all the other plumbers I tried before. Finding the leak was an adventure, considering the spot it was in was a tight and sort of hidden spot, but thankfully it was found and taken care of. Ruben was very hardworking, professional, and friendly. If I ever have another problem with plumbing, then I would definitely give All Time Plumbing a call again.

Scheduled service visit for backed up drains on a 3rd floor bathroom. Ruben called 30 mins before to let me know he was on the way, and was on time for the appointment. Very polite and professional; assessed the problem and had the right equipment to take care of the job. Was very respectful of the house/carpet/etc. Ruben had a standard form with his rates that he went over before starting the job, which was again, very professional. All in all, top notch experience. I had a failed water pressure regulator that was causing problems throughout my house. I called several plumbers on Saturday AM looking for an emergency repair. All Time returned my call almost immediately and Rueben showed up that morning and completed the repair in an efficient and professional manner. I was impressed with the quality of the work and his attention to detail. These guys are my go-to plumbers going forward!

Had a leaking toilet - called yesterday afternoon and Ruben was able to come out today and fix it. He called when he was on his way, and diagnosed the problem right away. Very responsive and professional. Came same day and put in a brand new water heater in. Got it all up to code and put on an anti scale device called flowtech to protect my whole house. After having bad experiences with Tarpy Plumbing, called All Time based on the strong Yelp and other reviews. Ruben was professional and did strong work, but the pricing was somewhat high. Ended up being about $1,100 for four hours of work (including time to go get parts) for some relatively simple plumbing fixes. Not dissatisfied with the quality, but we were looking to find someone who would be our go-to plumber for all future projects, and we'll be continuing the search.
