Alex and William were AWESOME! They came right away and fixed my leaking pipe in my garage wall. Alex was very polite, friendly and very knowledgeable his service was done in a timely manner and was very professional. If ever needed, we wouldn't hesitate to call them again. Alex was great. He came right out on a weekend and discovered we had a water heater leak that had ruined our drywall. He not only helped us with our water heater, he helped us get in touch with a drywall repair company. I highly recommend Alex . We will definitely use him again, if needed.
They were quick to respond to my project however, I reached out to them 30 mins passed the time frame to cancel because I only have the HOA's permission to turn off the water for a period of time.

What can I say? Alex is absolutely amazing. I had a series plumping issue in my shower. I called, and within 1 hour, Alex was here. He fixed the shower in a reasonable time, and the quote was the best in town. Thank You Alex for responding so quickly and attending the job so fast. My kitchen helper pushed a bunch of potato peels down the garbage disposal not knowing our disposal couldn't handle it. The sink instantly clogged so we chose this plumber kind of randomly. He did fix the clog in quick time, but he charged $250 and left the kitchen floor muddy where he was working. I was ill and my husband was just out of the hospital so I agreed to the charge rather than shopping around, but it seemed unreasonably high for a simple inside the home clog. I would do more comparisons in the future.
This company will completely fuck you over without a fact straight from the owner himself but even if he think will pull anything over 1500$ and if not possible they won't work with you to do it cheaper
Just had our hot water heater go out and flood the garage. I called and Alex answered right away, we worked out for him to get one at Home Depot and come to Ramona to get it installed Same day with a price set. Nicholas and Carlos showed up and were very polite and got to work right away. Alex the owner came by to make sure the job was finished and done well. They are coming back tomorrow to replace our old copper pipes. Super grateful for these guys and will definitely use them for any of our plumbing needs!
Our kitchen sink in our rental was backing up, Alex was out same day to help fix our issue. He found out sump pump was broken and the pipe was dragging. He mobilized quickly, purchased parts and fixed the drain. He was extremely responsive, quick and thorough. Alex was great to work with and would definitely recommend him.

A couple months ago I sent out a couple messages to unclog our sink, they were the one of the first to respond! They came by to help us unclog our sink, turns out it was far deeper than we realized and a simple snake would do. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and Alex actually went all the way back home to get the supplies he needed to basically power wash it all the way through to unclog it. Like I said this was a couple months ago, and we haven't had any problems since! And after he even helped me locate where our pipes were (we live in a condo), he definitely didn't need to do it especially because it was already late, but we really appreciated it! Great customer service!
Edit: Almost forgot to add, we ask everyone to take off their shoes when they enter and we also have shoe covers we give out, but they actually brought their own! Very well prepared.
Super quick response time on an urgent gas leak, handled the project with ease, and had it done in less than 24 hours. 10/10.

My kitchen sink clogged the night before Easter Sunday and I found A&A on Yelp and messaged for a quote at 9pm Saturday night. Alex responded within minutes and assured me he could be at my house early Sunday morning to fix my problem.
Alex was very communicative, showed up on time and worked diligently on the problem until he was assured it was solved. It was not an easy clog, and required some effort. He also installed a new garbage disposal. The part I couldn't believe was that his pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for short notice on a holiday Sunday.
Alex will be my go-to plumber and I'm telling all my friends about him too. Don't even hesitate to hire A&A!!

Put out a request for quote on Yelp to hydro-jet my clogged sewer line. Chose Alex for his no BS flat quote. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and competitively priced.
He was also very informative; answered all my questions generously and patiently.
I requested a quote from alex regarding a leak behind the refrigerator in a house I was renting out. He came the very same day and was extremely polite and professional to my tenants. Alex is a straight shooter and will tell you exactly what needs to be done, no BS. He wouldn't recommend something that doesn't need to be fix and is very honest about that. It turns out the ice machine valve behind the fridge was leaking. He fixed the valves and pipes and assured me that there was no mold or no further repairs needed.
On another note, I called alex for a question regarding a leaking tub in my condo. He took my call and advised me with his knowledge. He gave me his time and was very willing to help. I appreciate the honesty. It is hard to find that in any contractors you hire. Will definitely call alex again if any issues arises!
Good honest fast business with Alex. He's not gonna give you the run around and try to charge you for unnecessary services. A&A Plumbing were 'no-shows' to provide the service they quoted for the two hour time frame they specified. They didn't advise me of this until I contacted them near the end of the time frame and indicated they wanted to reschedule for another day. I terminated the service agreement and sought another, more reliable service contractor.

Alex is an angel. We were in a very hard place when we had our gas turned off due to a leak. Alex was fast to the house to offer his services. He is attentive, honest, caring and goes above and beyond to solve problems. Words can not express our deepest gratitude and relief that he and his team put in a 170 ft new gas line, got it approved and inspected in less than a week. A very trust worthy miracle worker.
These people get an excellent job on putting in my water heater they only charge$250 dollars and they are reasonably price they don't charge an arm and leg to have services done by them

Don't they don't take the water heater they don't charge extra if you don't they don't have to fly here but I would highly recommend it but they do like I said they did an excellent job and it was took a little while but it's done thank you for helping me and the services you did

Our tub and toilet backed up on a Saturday afternoon. I called A&A, and Alex told me he could be out the next morning by 7:00 AM. Good to his word, he was early. Turns out every cast iron drain pipe in my 1950s house needed to be replaced (which, in my defense, I knew was going to happen sooner or later). The whole job was done by Sunday evening with time to take a shower and do laundry for the job I was starting the next day.
He and his crew must have put over 100 feet of new drain pipe in, under my house, in the 12 hours between Alex laying eyes on the job and being done.
Can you imagine trying to start a new job, and have two kids living in a house without functioning plumbing?
I'll call Alex and A&A next time, but he did such a great job I may not have to.
Alex is awesome! Very hard to find quality people that want to help. Highly recommend and will continue to use for any and all plumbing needs.

I left a message on Yelp Sunday evening and received an almost immediate response. Alex was able to come out the next morning before 8am to fix a clogged kitchen clean out. He got the job done efficiently and in a timely manner. He was also very polite and didn't mind me watching because drain cleaning to me (for some strange reason) is very interesting and satisfying. He was also kind enough to leave a cover for our clean out that didn't have one.
There were a lot of requests that I sent out to remove and replace a kitchen faucet. Alex/A&A Plumbing was the ONLY one that gave me a great quote and quick availability.... quick as in he was able to come to my house and do the service within 30-45 min of receiving a quote from them. After seeing the damage from the last job a plumber did, he quoted me extra due to more things to do to the faucet, which was to cut it off with the grinder completely. Even then, he was gracious enough to give me a great quote compared to the others who had JUST messaged me while he was working on my sink.

We had an emergency with a broken shower faucet and called several places. No one picked up or they said they couldn't be here until tomorrow. Alex picked right up and said he would be here in an hour. He figured out what we needed. Even made a last minute run to Ferguson so that we could have water for the night. He got things working. I would definitely recommend Alex.
I've had Alex out twice now for emergency repairs. He was able to get us taken care of immediately both times and at a reasonable cost. Definitely recommend!
One of my drains in my home was blocked and water was coming out of clear out pipe. I sent out a message and Alex was the first to respond and willing to come out first thing Saturday morning. He arrived at my place 10 minutes before I did ready to start. He diagnosed my problem...used his camera at no additional charge to show what was blocking my drain and gave me a very fair price to do the work needed to fix the problem. He explained the process that needed to be done. I will continue to use A&A plumbing with future problems my home my have.
He answered the phone right away and came the same day. It started out great. We needed water back in our house. He did that. Where things went wrong. He did not use all copper like he said. Also when he reconnected to our landscaping line, he put it on crooked. We wanted to get to packing for our trip so we paid him and said goodbye. Got home from our trip and called to have him make it right. He said he would. Ok great I gave him an extra day. Then nothing no communication. I text him towards the end of the day, to find out he is out of town until next Tuesday. Unreliable. Unprofessional. Do not recommend.
Alex was the first to respond to my project. He was professional and succinct. Narrowed down the cause of my malfunctioning shower and provided relevant recommendations. I plan on working with this company in the future to replace my water heater.

Honestly would give way more stars if possible! I've had a horrible leak at my house and could never figure out how to fix it. Water bills have then through the roof! I contacted A&A and they were quick with a response and worked with my busy schedule to set up a perfect time to get it looked it at! Super kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I had a great experience today with Alex from
A&A plumbing. I searched on Yelp because our bathroom sinks have not been draining. I had actually had them snaked from another plumber several times and Alex explained that was only a temporary solution. Alex asked me several questions about the services we had, what was happening and how our house was set up. He determined that a hydro jet service was necessary and actually came 2 hours later to
Help us out. On top of that he did the hydro jet service and snaked the drains and determined that there was actually some additional pipe issues that need addressing. He is super knowledgeable and was really up front honest and I really appreciate his service. We will certainly be contacting Alex for all future plumbing needs

We hired Alex to deal with a gas line issue we had in a very old home. Other plumbing services struggled to respond quickly but A&A showed up quickly and was able to give us a fair estimate.
Once hired, they were able to deal with a number of challenges throughout the project, showing creative thinking and effective cost management, that you need for larger jobs. He would also call me to give updates and would often give me options for certain decisions that I am confident other plumbers would just do without asking.
Through out this process, Alex communicated professionally and kindly with all parties, including our tenants. He responded immediately anytime I reached out.
Alex and his team was very diligent with their work. He also explained what the problem was, how they will fix it, and how to prevent it from happening again. This is my second time calling Alex for plumbing problems and will definitely call him again for future repair/projects.

Had a plumbing emergency and Alex was quick to respond. He had availability for the same day and was able to assess and diagnose the issue. He made the experience very stress free and was able to explain the next steps. Him and his team did a fantastic job and I would use them in the future.
Alex added valves to our tankless water heater and descaled it. It had been installed without the valves which made it impossible to service. Very happy.
