I chose these guys because of the great reviews about their service and speed, and they absolutely held to that reputation! They were efficient, friendly, and customer service oriented. I thought that it would be too late to call, but Matt had my water heater fixed within hours.

Hands down some of the nicest and smartest plumbers out there. After reading all the great things about these guys and all the reviews I knew I wanted to try them out before any other company. One of the best things about them is that they will get you scheduled super fast! I told them my hot water wasn't working and when I went to look at it I wasn't sure what to do or how to fix it. They had another job that was close to my house that afternoon so they sent out Matt to repair it. Matt was super friendly it seamed like he knew a lot about water heaters at least a lot more then I did that's forsure lol. The price was cheaper than I expected and I can't believe how fast I got my water heater repaired! These guys are the best of the best!!

This past Monday I called in when my shower turned cold. A nice lady answered and let me know a plumber would get back to me very quickly. He called me back in about 10 minutes, set up the appointment, and was over a few hours later.

He repaired my water heater and checked out some of the other plumbing around my house. Nice guy and didn't try to overcharge me. I got my receipt within a few hours.

Highly recommended if you need your hot water back on very quickly.

I had knew there was something wrong with our hot water heater for a while but I'm a total procrastinator and kept putting it off  not really wanting to deal with the issue.  Of course it went out when I wasn't even thinking about it and I had to call someone ASAP!

I called around and Ted was so nice he came the same day.  He was extremely professional and nice and was able to fix it the same day as well!  Turns out the person who'd installed it did a terrible job and it was a pretty easy fix!

Plumber that you can relay on for last minutes problem!
around noon yesterday,i suddenly didn't have hot water so i searched on yelp for a water heater plumber and i found those guy. I gave them a call and lady answered the phone and told me one of their plumbers will call me. Around 30 minutes later Chris called my to arrange a same day appointment,, Chris came to my place several hours later with his tools and checked my water heater, turns out the heating element wasn't working so he replaced it and i got my hot water back. Chris was very professional and quote me a reasonable price and offered to check around the house for any other issues.. I told him to check the toilet flush valve as it wasn't flushing everything when i press it the first time. He checked it and cleaned and now its working properly. I recommend those guys if you have any issues with your water heater.

My experience with Davey Water Heater has always been great. Jason came out quickly and fixed my tankless water heater in a courteous and respectful manner AND in less than 45 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend Davey Water Heater to anyone needing a reliable company who offers reasonable pricing. Not having hot water was rough, but they came and fixed it for me! Thanks guys!

The service and work were professionally executed .The plumbers themselves were very personable too. Didn't have any hidden fees or charges put on me at the last minute, which was great. It seemed like they followed all the right steps. I'm very impressed with Davey's and would gladly recommend them to family and friends. If you need a hot water tank installation they will not disappoint!!!

My water heater stopped working one day and I wasn't sure why. I was worried that I won't find a good company and would have to waste a lot of money and time! One of my friends actually helped me and came out to see if they could try to fix it for me. They weren't exactly sure what was wrong so that's when we decided to look on Yelp. My friend is actually the one who helped me find them and suggested that I use them. After we both looked at the reviews we thought they could for sure help me. Making an appointment was easy and the receptionist was nice from what my friend said. I was mostly interested in this specific company since they were able to get out the fastest and honestly I didn't even ask about a price since I was in such a rush to get my hot water back on. Their water heater guy came over and let me know it would be a easy, quick and cheap fix. He said I was pretty lucky that it was just the pilot light since it was one of the least expensive things to repair! Sweet! He worked for about 20 minutes and was out of my house before I even knew it. They really need to get more reviews because they are great. Their service is fast and their employees are really friendly! I am really happy! Thank you so much!

I'm happy to write a review for Davey Water Heaters! I'm usually wary about calling anyone other than my dad for help, but the staff here is amazing, friendly, and knowledgeable. Jason was the plumber who helped get my water heater back on and working. Apparently, it was only a small error code that had to be fixed! I was worried it'd be a huge problem and cost me a ton of money, but Jason was honest and ethical about it. I didn't get tricked into spending more than I needed to, which is always my fear.

In addition to fixing my water heater, Jason gave me the run down and a 101, so that I know what I can do if I have a small issue like this come up again. So helpful!

This company is top notch. I've been looking around and getting different types of estimates. When they came to my house to replace my water heater they were fast, professional and friendly.

There was no hidden fees which always happens with different companies. They are open 24 hours and that says a lot from a company. I always research the company first and I'm very picky with who I finally choose. These guys are Amazing and definitely recommend then to anyone!!

Our old hot water heater broke, while we had friends from out of town visiting for a wedding and needed a replacement. My brother's fiance highly recommend Davey Water Heating Company and said to call Ted! Happy we did, he was prompt, and replaced our hot water heater and had it set up fast! Very nice to get that kind of service on such a short notice!

The guys here were all very helpful and prompt and gave me a great price. When I called in with an emergency they came out and fixed the problem before I could get stressed out. They gave me options and I didn't feel pressured.  Very professional people all around good guys. I appreciate the prompt service and the good price.  I like that they are a local business. When I realized I wasn't getting any hot water from my water heater, I started calling around to see if I could get a good deal for getting it looked at--and Davey was the best of the bunch. They were so professional and pleasant--they listened to my issues over the phone and sent someone out the next day to look at the heater itself to figure out what was going on.

Chris, the plumber who came to help me, was really friendly and patient. He took the time to explain to me (in layman's terms!) exactly what was going on and what would need to be done to fix it, plus he was very upfront about how much it was going to cost! I was really nervous about calling someone to help me, because I never had before and wanted to make sure that I wasn't getting fleeced, but I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

A little pricey but prompt professional service. Jason showed up on time and fixed our water heater not only to our satisfaction but it works even better than before.

This company is great, they are not here to scam you. They are here to give professional advise while providing top of the line water heaters, not just a water heater purchased at Home Depot or Amazon. The guy talked me out of buying a phony water heater from amazon. He took the time to explain everything and where they purchase their waterheaters from. I am happy he was so professional and informative. I ended up buying a tankless waterheater from them and having it installed by them as well. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I needed a new water heater installed and found these guys; they were GREAT!  I was a little nervous about getting plumbing done because I had just had my carpets cleaned but these guys made sure to keep everything super clean and picked up after themselves when they were done.  They arrived on time and were very professional.  If you're looking for a great plumbing company, these are the guys for the job!

Davey's was awesome . Friendly plumber showed up in 40 min even though it was Thanksgiving Day , quickly repaired my hot water heater .  Charged me $150 , way better than the $300 the other plumbing company I called was going to charge for Thanksgiving Day service . It made my day. I gave him generous tips and wished a happy Thanksgiving Day.

This was an easy 5 stars because of professionalism. Someone called me back after I left a voicemail. I explained the problem I was having with my hot water heater. When they came over they told me what they were going to do in order to make the repair and how much it was going to be. Outstanding customer service!

Honestly, I was so worried about over paying or getting taken advantage of with this type of work. But, I can honestly say they did the opppsite. They were nice and honest from the beginning of the job to the end. I felt like I never had to question their intentions. They also will text you over with few different options of what you can do along with few other prices. I was able to take a more affordable route and repair my water heater instead of getting a new one or doing anything too fancy to it. I can't even think of anything bad or differently this place could do. Would recommend Davey Water Heater Company to anyone. They are great!

All the guys here at great. They are reliable and hard working. When I called in with the problem with my water heater, they were able to diagnose what was wrong with it over the phone & get me in quickly. Jason did an excellent job. He was in and out super fast. But still, he made sure everything was up to speed and working again correctly. First time dealing with a water heater place and I have to say it was a good experience. When you're looking for someone in this type of industry, you need honest and hard working guys - they give you both!

So after a long day of work, I went to shower and discovered I had no hot water! Needless to say I was desperate and knew I had to get this fixed asap (have you ever been able to survive without hot water for 24 hours!?? I know I couldn't!)

I went to yelp and saw that Davey Water Heater Company was close by and had 5 stars. I called first thing in the morning and they were available to come out as soon as they could to help me since I had to take time off work to get this done. The plumber came out promptly, was very courteous, knowledgable, and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me anything I didn't need. My cats loved him too! Lol.

It goes without saying, I would definitely recommend them whenever you have any problems with your water heater. They allowed me to only have to take my morning off work AND get a hot shower in that same day. Thank you!

They have really good employees. The owner is pretty friendly too. If you need a water heater replacement they are experienced and knowledgable company. I talked to the owner on the phone about my warranty and unfortunately it was just out of warranty by only a year. He helped me figure out where all the information was on my water heater.

Scheduled a visit to replace the old one with a newer brand. Jason was going to stop by the next day between 3-5pm. He put the new water heater in quickly and carefully. He answered my questions I had about the new brand.

Recommend them because of their service and their work. Their prices are reasonable as well.

A plumbing business that lives up to it's 5 star reviews! I called 4 different businesses and decided to go with these guys mainly because their pricing was the best. I explained to the tech what was going on with my hot water heater and he said he was almost positive that it was the thermocouple that needed to be replaced. He was right and thankfully it worked! He was on time, professional and he was able to get my hot water heater to start working again. Overall super happy and will refer my friends and family to them!

Found them through Yelp and their great reviews stand true. I can easily say they were the best! I've had plumbing work done before in the past but these guys go above and beyond! Not only they arrived very fast but had a great attitude. They repaired my pilot light on water heater for a great price.

Pro tip: Make sure to ask about getting an invoice emailed to you! Very convenient!
