Best Tankless Water Heater Repair in Chicago IL

What more could you ask for.  Jim and Mac are great to work with.  And when does this ever happen, they quoted the job and when it was complete they charged me LESS because it wasn't as much work as they thought it would be!!

Our laundry tub faucet was dripping and we couldn't seem to stop it. The tub, faucet, and surrounding pipes were really old, and we didn't want to risk a more serious leak. After getting a quote from another plumber that I believed was unreasonable, I wanted to get a second opinion and called Rescue Plumbing. They sent over Fred and Nate, who gave me a free estimate and more thoroughly diagnosed the problem. I went ahead with Rescue Plumbing and they scheduled repairs for a couple of days later. Fred and Nate were professional, courteous, explained everything clearly, and did great work. They replaced the laundry tub, faucet, and surrounding pipes. Everything has been working perfectly for the past 3 weeks (no drips). Also, all of my interactions with the administrative team (the folks answering phones and scheduling appointments) were positive and easy. Would definitely use this company again.

There's a reason why this is a five star business. I called on Green Tech to help with a gas leak at my property.  Green Tech's communication was awesome but I think they possess one thing that most companies don't.  The techs that show up to your site are super nice and really knowledgeable. Over the course of 10 years we have experienced numerous attitudes, particularly because of my lack of knowledge in this arena (which is why I called them in the first place).  The fix was so obvious and something I should have just finished with the turn of a wrench but I couldn't figure it out. I was still talked to with some dignity. Thanks Green Tech, hopefully I never have an issue but if I do I look forward to calling you again.

Highly recommend ABV. Had a toilet leaking at the floor & needed a new flange. Ivo came out next day & replaced it. The toilet looked like a new install when he finished & he cleaned up the workspace so that you wouldn't have known he was there. I was so impressed, I had him come back a few days later to change the old components inside two toilet tanks with new ones. He also replaced the kitchen faucet with a new one. I like that when I call, someone always answers the phone & that I can have a plumber at the house the next day who does good work.

Had an ejector pump go out on a Saturday morning during the epidemic lockdown. CJ plumbing was able to get here within an hour to replace the pump. The tech was respectful of social distancing, complete with mask and gloves. Neat and tidy, friendly and professional. Straight forward reasonable transaction with no issues.

Very happy with Jan's work on our sump/ejector pumps, as well as his thorough communication before, during and even after the job was complete to check in. Confident the problem is finally fixed properly.

I'd give no stars if I could!  Came out over a week ago & charged $89, to say I don't know, let me call my boss, I sent him a picture, I never saw this before. It was a Saturday not sure what kind ofplumber would say that!!  I'll get back to you on Monday I'll make myself a note.  Never heard from him it's been well over a week!  Beware

Well Mr Szabo, any concerning owner,  would've come out to access the situation, instead of sending 2 unprepared guys, and would've refunded the $89

Gary called me back within 2 minutes of me leaving a message ( around 8pm). He walked my husband through a few potential solutions and was able to diagnose the issue over the phone and give an estimate. He came over in the morning the following day, fixed the issues, gave me some helpful tips and came in under his estimate.

I had a clogged underground downspout drain in La Grange area.  Just noticed it during installation of new gutters, replacing probably 40 year old gutters.  Rooter showed up within an hour for a free estimate.  He got hands on and showed me how extremely jam packed it was with dirt and roots.  It had probably been that way for years and years.

He offered a few solutions and was honest about the probability of it being a total loss anyway after trying those solutions, needing to dig up and replace the pipe.  In the end, I think I'm going to avoid it altogether and go with a normal above ground downspout solution.  

Rooter has fast, reliable, honest service.  I'm going to call them again the next time I need a plumber.

We had a leak and the issue was resolved quickly and at a fair price. The guys that came out to do the service were personable as well. We will use this Company again in the future.

Highly recommend this company. Prompt service, very reasonable estimate after receiving outrageous ones from another for unnecessary work! Yury was polite, a very hard worker, efficient, and made sure everything was working before he left. I will definitely use Excel in for my future needs.

I worked with Nick to fix our water heater for a small commercial office space. He was great. We did everything via phone/text. Gave me a quote, ordered the parts we needed, and fixed our problem without me needing to take a day off work. Highly recommend.

We had had a couple other estimates for what needed to be done and Joe explained that it was a much simpler and cost efficient fix than we were told. JC plumbing is awesome value and responsive to your urgent plumbing issues! They came out same day, gave me the most competitive quote, and made themselves available when they were already backed up.  Unfortunately timing did not work out, but I will be reaching out next time again!!! They do not charge to give you a quote or an initial assessment (some companies do and be wary of those).  They are honest and run a good business.  Thanks Jared and Sam!

Two stars for fixing the problem (our tub faucet leaking behind the bathroom wall causing water to drip into our neighbors ceiling below).
While they repaired the faucet quickly, the two plumbers wore dirty shoes into my house, tracking mud and filth all over my floors. They also did not clean up after themselves (they left waste and small tools from their job on the ledge of my tub).  Both men on the job seemed annoyed at the problem they were hired to fix.

I was referred to this company by my plumber.  My home is 100 yrs old with the original pipes.  My plumber had only the standard rodder  and thought there would be a high risk that his rodder would puncture the pipes and create an even bigger and more expensive problem for me.  He referred me to this company knowing that they would have the right equipment for my job.  Diego came out.  He was very nice, very good about putting on shoe covers when he came into the house and removing them when he went back to his truck.  It was a challenging job, but he did it.  I am so grateful we didn't have to replace the pipes!  He cleaned the bathroom before he left.

Had a clog in the house main plumbing line , had a different plumber come out to Rod the line . The next 2 days , the problem was worse .

So I called a new plumber (Ray, with emergency plumbers ) , he came out on that weekend day. Was very responsive , nice , did rodding again but farther out to sewer , fixed the blockage . Thanks ray

Completely dissatisfied and disgusted with two recent jobs by Goode Plumbing, especially considering that I am a repeat customer (3 jobs in 2020-2021) who had a good experience with this company in the past.  Not only did they not do the job as outlined in the estimate/proposal (rebuild a vintage shower... in fact they did not rebuild anything), but even worse, now the shower is not functioning at all.  So, I paid $1,700 to have damage to my vintage shower that will now cost me at least $1,200 to fix (according to another plumber).  Not to mention that they kept my credit card on file without my authorization and charged the final payments without my authorization.  Also the scheduling and follow up from the office staff was pathetic.  One person seemed to know what was going on and another, completely clueless.  Will not work with this company in the future.

Kennedy Plumbing was even worse.  Danny replaced two toilets.  He assumed that because I am elderly and disabled, I would not notice that he switched the fifty dollar seats that came with the toilets with $15 seats that don't even fit.  What is it about plumbers that they want to rip off the disabled and why did Szabo and Kennedy both think I was so stupid?  Not that it matters, but I'm a college professor with a PhD from Notre Dame.  I am appalled thinking how often these rip-off artists must succeed.
