Best Water Heater Repair in Charlotte NC

Jason came and replaced a 2003 water heater with a new one in a recently purchased condo. He did an amazing job and extremely professional. Jason also recommended a small change to the pipes to allow me to turn off the water when I travel out of town often. I really appreciate the flexibility, professionalism and help Jason and team had with me. Would highly recommend them!

After running errands on Sunday, we came home to hear this drilling noise coming from the other side of one of our walls. The water heater's pressure and temperature valve was spinning like Linda Blair's head and draining a good amount of water. After calling a few plumbers via Angie's List or Google and Yelp!, we found two services that weren't closed and who we were able to leave messages for. This guy was the first to call back (yay Yelp!) and it wasn't too long after leaving the voicemail. He was able to diagnose the potential problem over the phone and give me an estimate. He was able to get to our place within the hour. After checking things out, he found the main problem to be more than the valve (water pressure from the house was dangerously high). He had no problem walking my husband and I through what he was doing or explaining things we didn't understand. He gave us an updated estimate on the spot before needing to run to Lowe's to pick up some extra parts he needed for the job.

I can't recommend this company strongly enough. The customer service was excellent. The work was thorough, done in a timely manner, and appears to be well done. For a day when it appeared that finding an open plumber was not going to happen, we ended up finding a fantastic company. We allowed them to put a sticker on out water heater so now we'll never lose their number.

Got quoted on 5/11, service scheduled for 5/13. Plumber had to leave early on 5/13 due to family emergency, which is understandable. Came back on 5/16 and worked all day but couldn't finish because he didn't have all the parts he needed because of a truck swap; said he'd come back 5/17 @ 8:30am. As of 10am he's still not here and not answering his phone. Three trips and unresponsive for a simple job? C'mon now, had high hopes because of the glowing reviews.

This would be a five star rating if they would have taken their coupon. E.R. Plumbing had a $50  off your $200 repair web coupon. My bill was over $280 dollars. The plumber had to call his boss to see if they would take the coupon. They would not take the coupon because the repair part of the bill was only $195.00. Refusing the coupon was not a great way to gain customer loyalty.  If the repair was 5 more dollars I would have been able to use the coupon. What stops them from always setting the repair price just below the coupon price. This is my second time using E.R. Despite the plumbers great service and work I will think twice before calling them next time I have plumbing need. Because by them not taking the coupon it just left me with bad feeling.

Called him to set it up and he said to me on the phone he would do it no problem and to call the office to schedule. Called the office after going over everything we needed done for our remodel she got our address and said she would have to call the tech to verify. Guess she told him not to do it cause she called me back and said we live to far away. We are only 25 minutes from their office. What a joke. They did our friends house which is less than 10 minutes away. Not very professional to tell me and the contractor you would do the job just to have just to have a secretary change your mind. On a better note you want professional service from the office to the tech's coming out call FatMan Plumbing Pros in Waxhaw. They had no issue coming to our house and we are further away from their office. Also according to Carolina Plumbing Prwebsite they go all the way to Gastonia and further but you can't come to Marshville in the same county your office is in. That 25 minutes into Charlotte may take you a hour to drive when the 25 minutes to my house will only take you 25 minutes. You realize how much gas is now and we weren't even getting estimates we were giving you the work. Would have been easy money.

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance.  Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! WORK and PRICING was top notch. I reached out about a toilet issue this morning around 7am. I was contacted back within seconds. Rebecca set everything up and was very knowledgeable she kept me posted on the arrival of my plumber through email. And before 10am the job was done and cleaned up like they were never even here, and our men's toilet is finally FIXED. Mike Orlando was amazing and so easy to deal with, quick worker and very professional. Mike knows what he's doing and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Brandon came out with a colleague and they both evaluated each of my concerns with both short-and-long term solutions. Consultation and guidance go a long way toward making the best decision for my family. I learned a lot from them and got all my needs taken care of. So glad for their full-service and quick solutions. I have a child with special needs and made some extraordinary requests -- Brandon met every challenge with his expertise. Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

They say you can't put a price on peace of mind, but I can! Around $25 a month for my membership with Go Green Plumbing Heating and Air! They've done tons of work for us over the last few years and every single time they've been above expectation! No questions left unanswered,  no work left undone- from scheduling to completion,  each experience was stress free. Mitch even made it a point to be sure and check back in with us to be sure our water filtration/softener system was performing as it should.  If I could give them 10 stars, every single day, I would!

Called to have them come out for ac service after seeing a special. Did not realize that it was per unit so ended up much more than I thought. Only did one unit and told me the other one had a leak and system needed to be replaced so they did not do the work. I did not argue because the guy was rude so I called someone else out to look at it. They recharged the unit and it's been running fine for the last year- no issue. I have had Morris out a few times and always feel the are trying to sell me something. Don't trust them and after a few times now- I won't call them again.

Six months ago, our hot water heater died one cold night in February.  When I called Jim Dickerson Plumbing in the morning, they were able to replace the unit that afternoon.  Although they may not have claimed to be the least expensive in the area, they were able to provide same day service in an emergency situation.  Also, they provided a few case scenarios over the phone to tell me why the competitors cheaper 'quotes' might be such low estimates and that the end result may be a higher price.  What they provided over the phone already took into account certain additional items, assuming no major problems, so we'd have less of a surprise bill in the end.  Therefore, we went with Jim Dickerson Plumbing and were quite pleased with the service.  Just last week, the water heater began working incorrectly.  All issues related to the heater pointed to the manufacturer, not the plumber.  After numerous service calls, reordered parts, and additional problems spanning almost a week with the manufacturer, Jim Dickerson Plumbing came through with excellent customer service, same day service calls in each situation, and technical expertise.  In the end, the majority of this was handled on a Saturday.  I realize the business has 'on call' office staff and technicians, but we feel they went above and beyond their duties to ensure our house had hot water THAT DAY after the debacle we had experienced for almost a week.  Again, we seemed to get a 'lemon' of a product, by no fault of Jim Dickerson Plumbing.  The manufacturer State was horrible in providing assistance or solutions or accurate information to Jim Dickerson.  The plumbing company, on the other hand, transported an entire water heater to my house to use for 'spare parts' if need be.  The technicians [all of them that had been to our house:  Branden, Clayton, Cooper, Jason] and Marti and Debbie in the office were great.  Marti spent a lot of effort and energy trying to determine why the manufacturer did not deliver what was promised so that Jim Dickerson Plumbing could continue to do their job as they promised.  Not only was she diligent, but she was very empathetic and that helped us remain calm in a very frustrating situation.  We will recommend them highly whenever the opportunity arises.
