Best Water Heater Repair in Charlotte NC

Really nice and excellent customer service but a little pricey.

I used Yelp to find a plumber via their bidding process and ended up with a great plumber.

A few months ago my water pressure was a bit off and noisy in my Uptown Charlotte unit and I decided I needed a plumber to change the pressure regulator and relocate the water heater expansion tank, which I had been putting off moving. With that need I turned to my trusty Yelp app to find the right plumber. I searched the reviews and contacted three (3) plumbers through the app via app messaging to see who could provide the best service soonest and at a reasonable price.

All contacted plumbers were prompt with their response to my inquiry. My being able to provide pictures of the area to be worked on allowed me to get pretty similar quotes. I ended up selecting All Hours Plumbing as I spoke w/ the owner Brett (I believe) over the phone and he seemed very knowledgeable of my situation. As I wanted to be present during the entire visit, I scheduled the appointment for the following day.

About 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment I received a call to confirm that I would be at the residence when they arrived. The two (2) plumbers that arrived were both on time and friendly. After showing them where everything was located they immediately went to work. While I can be a bit in the way when any work is being done at my home, Eric and his assistant didn't seem to mind. Which was great as they explained everything they were doing and why it was being done that way. This gave me a lot of confidence in the work being performed and the rate being charged.

After about an hour they were cleaned up and done. They provided the invoice which was inline with the price given over the phone. It's what everyone likes...no surprises.      

The work was completed several months ago (February) and everything is still working as well today as the day the plumbers finished their work. I would highly recommend All Hours Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

My fiancé and I bought an older home 6 months ago and realized there was a baseball sized leak in some of the sewage piping leaking under the crawl space. They responded almost immediately and said they would come out that day to give a quote. Once they looked under the house, they gave tiered options so that we could pick the option that worked for us. Lundon was nice and easy to work with. He came out the next day with a partner and stayed until 8:30 pm to get the job done because the piping in the crawl space was a mess. He was prompt, easy to work with, and did everything he could to make sure we had a good experience. We will use them again!

I used this company for a new water heater and they were outstanding across the board. They made a service call within 24 hours of my call and replaced the heater the same day. The price was very reasonable and the technician a complete professional. I've installed water heaters before and was impressed by their work.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

We had wire WyattWorks plumbing out to replace a hot water heater and test our gas lines. Very pleased with their responsiveness and professionalism. Would definitely hire again. Brian and Solomon were awesome.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

They were able to get here to look at things quickly. Super nice, knowledgeable Plummer. Very happy with them, wish I had this feeling with other trades I've needed locally.

It appears with Morris Jenkins sales is obviously a huge part of the technicians job.  I say this because they're always pushing repairs on the customer.  I bought into their game at first, but every trip to my home equaled a repair.  After leaving Morris Jenkins my new Hvac company never finds anything wrong with my system.  So don't fall for this company's garbage.  But it all makes sense though.  Somebody has to pay for their goofy commercials.  Also, they'll video your system exposing the problem they're claiming is wrong.  Now that I look back at it, I wonder if what I was shown was even my home.  I just have very little trust for Morris Jenkins.  Save your money and go with someone else!

I called this company because I had issues with water in my tub and coming from the floor of my bathroom toilet. Along with other companies called, I decided to go with them because the rep on the phone said they we very honest people and do not charge for services that were not needed. This was their pitch for charging hourly vs flat rate. Seemed to make sense so I had them come out.
Now what did I actually get for my money? A whole bunch of nothing and a huge waste of time.
The plumber showed up at 2:50pm and had difficulty locating my sewage drain so he could snake it out. Mind you, he took the time out to view my neighbors yards and where their sewage drains were located. The sewage is also marked on the concrete, so finding it should have been all of 10 minutes. But, no....it took him 1 hour and 15 minutes to find the drain.
After he finally found it and popped open the drain, he informed me that this is a city issue and I should have called them, not the plumbing company. He also informed me that I would be charged for the full time he was there, even though some of the time he was smoking, walking in neighbors yards, and calling his office to get someone else to come help him look for the drain.
As you can imagine, I was upset to find that I had to pay almost $200 for him to do absolutely nothing. He did offer to snake the drain for me since he was already there, and since I still had the plumbing issues. I figured, why not? If I HAVE to pay him, at least I'd make him WORK for it. So, 25 minuteslater he tells me that his snake isn't long enough and that the city has to come do it afterall.  Awesome!! What CAN this company actually do, besides rip people off?
So, as he is packing up getting ready to leave, I go inside and write the check for the time he was there. But wait....there's more. I'm hit with an additional 15 minute charge, which is right around $37, for his drive time!! WHAT???? This was never mentioned to me when I called in with my issue, nor was it brought up when he arrived. I went back inside and wrote another check. At this point, I just wanted this guy and his company GONE!!!

PLEASE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE AND GET A DIFFERENT PLUMBER!!!!

I have had to use a plumber before for this same issue and not only did they locate the drain in less time, but they were able to snake the drain, pack up, and be gone in less time than these theives took to do a bunch of nothing. I will NEVER use this company again!
