Fast service, fair pricing and excellent work.  They came out the next day and took care all of my plumbing issues.

I read all these great reviews and called them out on a job to see why my shower wasn't working. My husband thought it was the diverter and mentioned that, so when they came to check it out  they thought that was what was wrong with it too. They left to get the part, but because I live in an old house the store didn't have the part in stock. They tried to make do with the old part, but it didn't work. A+ for creativity there. Come to find out, it wasn't the diverter at all but the shower hose.

I was a little disappointed that they didn't check the shower hose first, since that seems like an obvious first check kind of a thing. I ended up paying for more labor than I needed if the hose had been checked, but I am glad that they figured it out and we were back in the showering business.

They were very prompt calling us back and the plumbers were extremely polite.

They came just as they said.  Super friendly fair and did great work. I said what I had to say, but yelp is forcing me to write more than I wanted to to leave this great review.

ER Plumbing has helped us several times in the past few years with leaks, a new water heater, and the general fun plumbing stuff.  I would never call another plumber.  The workers are timely, friendly, and truly do care about fixing the problem for their customers without hassle. And they are open 24/7 which is always a plus for those unexpected emergencies.

There was a misunderstanding at first... but that's the opportunity to really shine!  Stefan (I believe one of the owners) followed up on an issue immediately, and scheduled an appointment with me where he PERSONALLY came to my house to remedy the situation.  The problem has been fixed.  The response from the management has shown me this is a professional organization, and anyone that uses Carolina Plumbing will be sure that they will ultimately receive top-notch results.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

Go Green Plumbing, Heating and Air is my go-to choice for any of their services offered. They are highly reliable, honest and have always done a good job. Plus, their customer service is worlds above other companies that I've dealt with. I even got a card congratulating me on the birth of my child.

They are not the cheapest, but they are consistently reliable and honest and have always fixed our issues. I would choose Go Green every time. You should too!

It was a very hot summer day when my AC unit's capacitor decided to give out. My wife and son were complaining about the heat once the AC stopped flowing.

A Morris-Jenkins tech came out and openly told me that the capacitor was worth $10-15 dollars, but I'd have to pay $350 for installation. I hesitated but didn't know if I'd be able to find the capacitor locally that same day, so I reluctantly told him to go ahead. That's on me.

My wife went up one side of me and down the other for wasting so much money on such a simple job, and she's right. I hated myself for it, but got over it. Now I just hate Morris-Jenkins, and I'll never get over THAT. I have them permanently blacklisted. NOTHING will make me use them again, EVER. There's gouging, and then there's gouging.

Oh, and Morris-Jenkins spam-called me a few months later as a bonus.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.
