Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

Fast & responsive with a FAIR price.  What more can you say?  I worked with Jason who was kind, up front, and professional.  In 45 minutes, we had a quote (installed a new bathroom faucet) via text and someone at our house with the parts we needed (in the finish that matched the existing fixtures).  Jason made sure I knew what was in scope.  The bathroom faucet was fixed quickly and we checked out via Credit Card within the quoted price.  Could it have been smoother?  I don't think so.  Highly recommend!

Used All Hours Plumbing for 3rd time.  First water heater, then condensation leak and today to replace a faucet in kitchen. They also found something else wrong and did not charge for this small fix. Good price in replacing Kitchen Sink that I purchased at Big Box store. Was prompt at 8am and left by 8:45 and that included taking out old faucet and putting in new one!!. Ok, I have to write an update --- two things that are a little unsettling.  First, when I wrote my last post about our blockage issues.  I was told to begin using bio-clean, a natural bacteria that would hopefully begin taking care of the problem.  I was told it was about $50 bucks to purchase it,  but if I posted something positive about ER online they would send me a container of it.  Miraculously after typing out my post while the plumber was still here...he had a canister in his truck.  A bribe, yes, but I accepted it, since it was going to save me $50 bucks and at the time thought they did a good job.  My ultimate diagnosis was that my pipes were bowing and we would likely have to tear out the pipes and have them completely replaced (a job in the thousands of dollars range) but to begin with the bio clean and see how that works, it might buy us some time.  Since that time my handyman was here -- heard the gurgle in our drain and said he thought it sounded like a blockage in the airway. (in fairness ER suggested this too, but said they wouldn't go on the roof to investigate).  My handyman was also not excited by a roof romp, but decided to check the attic area where the pipes come down.  And what do you know, he found a clog.  He was able to flush it out....and now no more problem.  No gurggling noise, none of the previous symptoms.  And maybe in part because of the bio-clean.  Just seems odd that my handyman at $35 an hour easily solved this problem when I had to pay over $400 to have ER come out and not fix it.  Oh, and I have gotten a second opinion on the bowing.....they didn't see what ER saw.  I am just saying.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

Pete Green is the best plumber I've ever had. He's neat, he respects your home, your furniture, and everything else he needs to work around while fixing your plumbing issues. They are very professional. They work quickly but efficiently. Most importantly the job is done right, and you don't have to worry about it.

In just the past 2 days, I have had around 5 Morris-Jenkins techs in my house, (all wearing masks, social distancing when possible, and, wore shoe coverings), and, not one of them in the bunch were a bad apple!  They all seem to love their jobs, and, realize it's the customers that they service that keeps them in a job,....and, because of that, they are very professional, very courteous, and, very knowledgeable in their given fields!  All I can say, is this: If you need plumbing or heating/A/C,...they are the ones to go to!  You won't be disappointed!

Came out quickly to repair a broken water line, which was the only positive.

Negatives:

1. Lost the lock key to my crawl space so I have to buy a new lock.

2.  Did not even attempt to fix landscaping they removed.  They removed lighting, a plant, and a small rock wall and left it scattered in the yard.  

Extremely disappointed with their aftercare for the price I paid for them to come out.

A friend of mine used North Meck Plumming.  I didn't just because they could not get out here as early because we had been without water for 2 weeks. They completely restored his landscaping as close to the original as possible.
