Found Julian's on Yelp and was so pleased with the response and courtesy we received.  Jason was extremely thorough and helpful.  He showed up when he said he would (on less than a days notice) and fixed the problem and left no trace of being here - great clean up!  I feel it's hard to find dependable, honest, fair plumbers who can show up on short notice but Julian's was top notch and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

These guys are prompt, through, professional, I would highly recommend them! Extremely fair pricing!

I was looking to have a water filtration system installed to remove all the chlorine that is in my city water.  Lance at ER came out and did my free estimate and eventually the install. (I research several other companies).  Lance was very professional and did a great job.  There staff is well trained and the company does continuing education for all its employees.  If we ever need plumbing services in the future we will be calling ER.

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

We had a pipe leak inside of our walls that all affected our floors.  The person that was initially supposed to come out was stuck on a job so the owner, Justin, came out.  Joe was there for the rest of the project.  They were professional, straightforward, polite and fixed the issue without trouble.  I definitely recommend this company and will continue to use them for any issues in the future.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel.  We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Gavin came out to help us with some plumbing issues.
He was very pleasant and proceeded to save us from having to replace our garbage disposal unit by a quick inspection and tweaking of the inner blades.
He proceeded to fix a drain leak and install a new kitchen faucet set and 2 bathroom sets with maximum efficiency. Found the labor costs a bit high but Angie helped defray the expense and Gavin by being conscientious saved me $250. on labor  and materials for the garbage disposal.

I can't say enough about this company.  I called them Monday morning and they were at my house within an hour that same day.  They cleared my laundry drain quickly and tested it a few times before leaving.  Their price was less than half of the quote I received from a competitor.  I will most definitely be using them again.  In addition, my son said the gentleman that came out was a super nice guy.  Very satisfied customer.  Thank you Pay Less!

My girlfriend called these guys and the people are polite, capable and courteous, but their pricing for a simple sink drain cleanout is insane.  $89 for a trip charge (not credited into the job) + $473 to snake the drain for a pre tax total of $562; with tax a total of  $602.75. This job was less than an hour onsite.  
They claim upfront pricing, but do not give even rough pricing over the phone and will tell you that a knowledgable technician will call you and schedule an appointment.  The upfront pricing comes when they are on site and the clock is running with, in our case, an intimidated lady feeling trapped into the deal.
I have over 25 years in the construction industry as a licensed general contractor/remodeler/inspector and while I appreciate trade work and the cost to value as it relates to skill and overhead expense, there are some things that are way out of line. I would have done this myself, but my girlfriend was trying not to worry me with a simple problem leaving me to find out after the fact when I saw the invoice.

Once again these guys get the job done, but for a simple drain cleanout it would be in your best interest to shop elsewhere.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Nice guys... very professional.  However, did NOT correct our issue... charged us over $300 for NOT solving issue.  Wanted to charge us $1000+ to do more exploratory work.  Hired local guy to come out next day -- found blockage, cleared it, cleaned up mess... charged us $100.  Made us very skeptical of Go Green, despite their advertising and fancy trucks.  Go elsewhere.

Morris Jenkins really delivers on customer service. No matter who answers the phone or calls me to schedule a seasonal inspection, they consistently exceed my expectations with their friendliness and prompt delivery of service. They also happen to have some pretty hot service men, who are easy on the eyes while crawling around your home checking your equipment.

However, they are extremely expensive as compared to three other local HVAC companies I've worked with. M-J suggested that my very old system needed replacing (3 other companies agreed; my system was 30 years old and I knew it was inevitable).  M-J's price for a similar system and similar warranty was more than $2000 higher than the company who did the work. I canceled my monthly service plan with M-J too, since the price for a similar service plan quoted by the installer of my new system was about $45 less per year.

I felt the pain of having to replace my HVAC system, but I kept my head and didn't panic and rush into giving M-J the job before taking bids from three other local companies. It really felt good to support the 'little guy' too, whose resources can't compare with those of M-J.

Heating and air conditioning repairs and replacements can be expensive and scary, but in a climate like Charlotte's, where we don't face prolonged, life-threatening extremes, it's worth taking the time to do the homework in order to save money.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
