Fast service on busy day -- w/I 2 hours of in-wall pipe burst on holiday when my home warranty company was useless. Great, responsive, pleasant, professional, fairly priced. Not just repair, but advice on future avoidance. Helped move furniture as needed in flooded room Thanks, Jason!

Came out very quick for a drainage blockage. Daniel was very professional and gave me a very competitive price. Work was done quickly,no concerns.

My review is based largely on the level of E.R. Plumbing's customer service.

My water heater was leaking badly from the top of the tank and I was able to figure out that the expansion tank that sits between the water heater and my water supply was punctured. I could've done the repair myself using a $40 replacement tank from a big box store, but ultimately I decided I didn't want to overlook anything.

A technician was able to come out that afternoon. I explained my issue and that I wanted them to install a new expansion tank (I did end up purchasing one myself) and also inspect the system in case there were other problems. I was told that there was a minimum fee of $110, even though it was probably going to take only 20 minutes. I cared more about the peace of mind though, and I was thankful they were willing to use the tank I bought -- after tax and the service call fee, I'd end up paying over $200 for labor.

By the end of the visit, I felt like the service didn't measure up to the price. I wrote a review about it here and the owner (Dave Parker) replied right away. I went for the afternoon but by the time I got back, I had a couple of emails and missed calls too. I emailed back and forth with Dave throughout the next day and he went way above my expectations to make things right again.

I chose to remove my original review because I believe my experience was uncharacteristic of the service that the company wants to provide. They might not always hit the mark on the first try, but they're willing to hear genuine feedback and they'll go out of their way to make sure that you can rely on them again.

One note about the phone number on Yelp -- it might take you directly to a voice mailbox. If you need to get someone on the phone right away, try calling the number on E.R.'s website.

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Third time and it just keeps getting better as these guys are the definition of excellence of execution as Daniel Payne showed up ten minutes early, identified the issue with my water heater, explained it in an easy to understand fashion without making me feel like an idiot haha, didn't try to upsell me on a new heater, and last but not least, fixed the issue no problem.  I will continue to recommend these guys to everyone I know as they are honest, fair, personable and trustworthy.  Fantastic work option one!

Very overpriced bid for what I needed. I knew when the huge truck showed up with expensive advertising I was in trouble. I thought this was a small family company. Did not hire them after a really, really high bid for repairing a small length of pipe in my front yard.

HIGHLY recommend Brian Long Plumbing! I live in an older house and needed major plumbing work done. The first company I called quoted me $2000.  I asked friends for recommendation and they recommended Brian Long.  I called and am so glad I did! They were able to complete the work at a fraction of the quote I received and did it so quickly! Top notch service and professionalism! I had a leak under my kitchen and put a bucket there to catch the water - Hugh was kind enough to dump the bucket of water out for me!

I've used Cain's twice after moving into my new home. They helped with a leak in my shower drain and installing a new toilet. Both times were super easy to setup an appointment with and they met their time window. Each tech was super helpful and quick. I was super impressed and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

We live in Charlotte, NC and our kitchen sink was leaking after our home remodel.  We called Precept Plumbing and Chris came to the rescue! We had other plumbers try to fix the problem but Chris was able to quickly diagnose the situation and resolve it in less than 45 minutes. Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Glad we chose how business and would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you for doing this job especially on a weekend to accommodate my schedule.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Chuck did a fantastic job replacing three toilets in our new home. His response time was great, super polite and efficient. I highly recommend!

I had granite countertops installed by Carolina Granite and unbeknownst to me, they do not reconnect the plumbing so I contacted 3 Way Plumbing since they had been to my home from a home warranty issue I had and I was satisfied with the work they completed. I only needed a faucet installed and the plumbing reconnected (dishwasher, garbage disposal and PVC pipes for sink). The PVC pipes were practically brand new since the garbage disposal was replaced last December. I was charged $757 for this work and feel this is highway robbery. I didn't ask for the pipes to be replaced which they were and it took less than an hour and a half to complete the job. My advice after this expensive experience is to hire an independent plumber who doesn't pass their overhead onto the customer as you'll be paying for their high tech work vans and advertising costs.

This company installed a water heater for us. Part of their sales pitch is to service and clean/flush for the life of the unit.  Is the heater is having some problems and needs it's first service and this company won't call me back. I have texted Dustin Williams and called, he hangs up on me and tells us we have the wrong number. Don't do business with this company unless you don't care about service after the install. Any implied warranty from them is useless.

Pete is a great plumber! He installed a tankless water heater for me. Pete was extremely knowledgeable and is always available even late at night. Pete always answered my questions no matter how crazy or off the wall they may have been. He is my plumber for life!

I rely upon Morris Jenkins service techs to help keep our heating, cooling and plumbing systems in good order. Different techs have come to perform these inspections, and they have all been knowledgeable, efficient, good at explaining what they've done and what to consider addressing going forward.  They are polite and respectful, take time to answer any questions, and their communication is excellent.  Highly recommend!

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
