We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

We had other plumbers try to fix the problem but Chris was able to quickly diagnose the situation and resolve it in less than 45 minutes. Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

Harvey was recommended to us by a trusted source, and we are so glad that we called him. We had water heater and gas pipe banging issues, and Harvey came on-time, assessed the situation, repaired for a reasonable price immediately, made a few recommendations for future maintenance, and then to top it all off, he came back the next day to discover and repair the source of a nagging pinging sound (gas pipes).  Great job, Harvey! It is never a good time to have emergency plumbing such as the July 4th weekend.  But Roto-Rooter is the company that came through.  Interestingly our plumber today was Stan, same plumber who came 4 years ago for an emergency.  Stan is knowledgeable, professional, determined to solve the problem, good at explaining what the problem is and how to avoid it in the future.  Because of Stan's good services I would call Roto-Rooter for help again.  It is expensive but because of the good quality service and 24 hour availability it is worth it.

Love this plumbing company! They come when you call and get the job done. Their prices are very reasonable too. I had forgotten to review them on this site, but had to call them for my daughters plumbing problem and that reminded me...so better late than never I guess. I warned Justin that he is now our go to guy for all of our plumbing needs.

Randy Dickerson replaced a leaking hot water heater for us.   Excellent and prompt service.    This was not the first time Randy Dickerson Plumbing has done work at my house and the service has always been excellent.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

Don't call this company for an estimate unless you want to be charged $190 for nothing.  In addition, the charge came after we decided to go with another company that completed the same job for 65% less money.  Be careful if you go with them to not be taken advantage of.

We had the kind of luck moving into our new/old house where the water heater died on us on Day ONE! Did a google search, and these guys were the first that popped up to service the area. They came on an emergency call, replaced the water heater with a new one, identified the old one was installed incorrectly as well, so they installed the new one up to code. They also took the time to give us estimates and recommendations for any possible updates/fixes we might want to do, but they did not pressure us to do so. They also informed us that the main shutoff valve to the entire house was under the crawl space (brilliant!), so we had them extend the shutoff to the outside where it is more easily accessible.
They were friendly and professional the entire time. I'm sorry I don't remember the techs' names, but they ended up spending 5 hours here doing these fixes, as well as dropping the PSI to the house to a recommended level. They put on bootie footwear every time they come in the house and laid down protective layering to not scratch up the floors either. I would go with them again.

Yesterday, we had our second service for the year. Pat, the technician, was abrasive -- suspect he was trying to impress his trainee or maybe that is just his nature.  Virtually everything was wrong with one of our units which seems to be the normal with Morris-Jenkins.  He even found fault with the filters we were using.  Even though I am a senior citizen, I felt like I was back in the first grade getting chastised by the teacher. When he said it is what it is set the tone for our future relationship with MJ. Don't believe the commercials you see on TV.

Every time someone from MJ has been to our house, something has been wrong. I guess that's the way they pay for those annoying commercials. Never again with this company.
