Option One Plumbing was excellent in every respect! Ted, their tech, was efficient, professional, and even friendly late on a Saturday after what must have been a long day. I really appreciate the work of the entire team, from the initial scheduling, regular updates throughout the day to let me know of changes in the tech's ETA, and ultimately fix my tankless water heater without trying to upsell me something I didn't need. They initially quoted me a $99 fee for the after-hours weekend visit, and in the end that is all they charged since Ted was able to fix the heater without additional parts. I used this company for a new water heater and they were outstanding across the board. They made a service call within 24 hours of my call and replaced the heater the same day. I absolutely recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros.  They were timely, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.  I emailed in a non-emergency problem on a Sunday and they said they could be at my house the next day.  When they were at my house, I mentioned several other problems like slow drains and a problematic tankless water heater.  They fixed all my issues on the one visit and the price wasn't bad at all!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I contacted this company because I was having water leaks from my upstairs. When they came out they indicated to investigate the problem was going to start at $249 which would be applied to the cost of my bill if chosen to perform the work. After 4 hours of investigation the tech claimed that my water leak was from old caulking around my tub. He re-caulked my tub and charged me an additional $249. He explained to me that he would remove my ceiling fan because it was damaged with water, patch the hole and replace my ceiling fan. He was also going to refer me to another company to file the repairs on my home insurance.  Come to find out recalling wasn't the problem at all because the tub started leaking again. I was left with a leaking tub and a huge hole in my ceiling from this company.

I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough.  He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair.  I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house.  He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

Morris-Jenkins as a whole has been a Godsend. Tonight was the third time I had to see them in a weeks time but the technician that came out tonight Chris C. was great. He was not the type who just fixed things and did not include you in on what was going on. The entire time from when he stepped in the door he had me on his heels explaining everything he was doing, why he was doing it, and what the system actually was doing. I ask a lot of questions so he educated me on some new things along the way as well. He also changed some settings that would help us in the long run. I really thank you all for the services you provide. The customer service is worth every penny alone.

After paying them $300 to repair a hot water heater that is only 6 years old I was still having the same issue shortly after the plumber left.  I was then told when I spoke with them that the plumber would be back the next day, a Saturday.  When he never showed I called them and they told me he didn't work that day and he could come on Monday and replace the entire unit.  I asked about the $300 in parts and labor that I already paid and they said that was paid for the work they did and not relevant to replacing the unit.  I refused and decided to look at the unit myself.  I discovered that the unit was not getting any air as the intake was covered with dust and dirt.  The plumber had said he cleaned this area out and DID NOT.  After cleaning it myself I am back up and running but still out the $300 in un-needed repairs that they performed.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
