Contacted Julian's Plumbing after my hot water heater went out over the weekend, and after the plumber assigned through my Home Warranty company never followed up (it's a holiday weekend, but seriously?!). I'll focus on the positive. Jeff not only responded on a holiday weekend; he fit me into what he stated was a very tight schedule on today, especially since it's near the 4th of July. Jeff was efficient, thorough, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and honest. He also provided great advice, overall, on future maintenance. Jeff and Julian's Plumbing are proof that there are still businesses out there who genuinely care about their customers and in doing a great job in resolving your concerns. They are also reasonably priced, which is always a plus!! Thankfully, I have hot water again and a new plumbing service that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone!! We needed new insides for our 20-year-old toilet tank and a repair to the water supply. We called Carolina Plumbing Pros and had their serviceman out just a few hours later! Jordan was very straightforward and quoted $289 for the tank flush mechanism replacement. He went about replacing the parts expeditiously, cleaned up after he performed the repairs, and even had a few words of advice. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

Chad did a fantastic job of fixing a patio door that was very difficult to open.   He responded to texts and emails promptly, and showed up on time for the job.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.   Chad will be the first person I call for any future home jobs.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

My A/C unit went out on Wed 9.12.18. I called Morris Jenkins to set an appt. They came out the next day. My tech was very nice & well knowledgeable. She told me what was wrong and stated I needed another unit. She found a block of frozen liquid on my unit in the attic. The problem I have is just to defrost the little amount I had took about 20-30 minutes cost $294.00! She came down from the attic with her little water vac. I was already charged the standard $89 cost for evaluation of the system but to charge someone $294 just for defrost was a sign for anyone to say this company is costly. She turned my unit off and told me not to turn it back on until they install a new one. Here it is in the 90's and I have to wait to get air! Once she left I sat and thought about this entire situation. I cancelled my consultation with their salesman who was coming to my house at 4:30. I would like to have some of my money back because that's too much just to defrost. Everyone, I advise you to check around for the same great service because once I called other A/C businesses with great credit, they do not charge this ridiculous amount to defrost!

I have had two recent instances that needed an electrician quickly.  I called Jim Dickerson Co. And they were Johnny on the Spot.  I had appointments within 48 hours both times.  They are great to work with.  Their reps in the office and in the field are both so professional, friendly, and courteous.  They send reminder emails not only about your appointment, but when the rep/tech is on their way to your residence so you can be prepared for them.  

One of the best things is their pricing.  Pricing is in line with others or better.  You certainly get what you pay for, and they do not try to up sell you to items/work you don't need.  Their work is thorough and in my opinion, up to anyone's standards.  

I would recommend them to anyone looking for a first class experience.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
