Requested a quote through yelp and got a response within 5 minutes. Jeff came out to my house and was a pleasure to work with. He was such a fun and energized person. He diagnosed my problem right away and got right to work. The process took just under 2 hours and all is well in my world again. He honored the $50 off yelp coupon with no issues. This company will definitely be my first call for any future issues I may have and I'll definitely recommend their services to those in need. Thanks again.

I wouldn't use or recommend this company. Had a water pipe burst on Christmas Eve & I was informed it would cost $800 just to come out for service. The $800 wouldn't go towards the repair, but just to come out for service due to it being a Holiday. I find it unethical to charge such a large amount regardless of the time & for the fee not to be used at all towards the cost of repair. Someone is in an emergency situation & this company finds it acceptable to rob them as well.

ER Plumbing has helped us several times in the past few years with leaks, a new water heater, and the general fun plumbing stuff.  I would never call another plumber.  The workers are timely, friendly, and truly do care about fixing the problem for their customers without hassle. And they are open 24/7 which is always a plus for those unexpected emergencies.

Their three man crew estimated 4 hours to repair our leak from the box in the front yard to the connection under the house, and clean up the yard.

We had a leaking supply line to a new dishwasher and a couple of other issues in our kitchen related to that. We were scheduled and fixed within about 6 hours of initially hearing back. (They arrived right in the middle of the projected window, which was great.) The guys worked quickly and even did some additional cleanup before leaving. In the unfortunate event that we ever have other plumbing issues in the future, these guys will be the first call we make.

Nick was awesome! We just bought an older house so there were quite a few plumbing issues and past 'handyman' fixes to be repaired.

We had cast iron, copper, pex, pvc and he did it all! We removed a wall in our bathroom and he redirected our plumbing to go down a different wall and even crawled up in our tiny attic to secure the cast iron that was falling down.  He also moved our water heater, plumbed in our vanities, set up our shower/handheld valves/diverters.

Can't recommend him and his partner, Burke, enough! Super responsive, punctual, and clean up well after themselves. Plus they were very sweet to our dog who is very curious and all up in their business. We will definitely be using them when we get around to doing our other bathroom!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Chad was great! It's so hard to find people who know what they're doing and who actually communicate. Chad was in touch regularly about our job. He showed up on time. Did excellent work. And was just generally a pleasure. There is a good reason he has Professional in the name of his business.

Awesome.  Ken gave me a quote to replace a couple of traps and repair a leaking faucet in my old West Hartford house.  His quote was very reasonable and I had been given his name as a referral so I hired him for the job.  He was easy to schedule, showed up early (after calling to make sure it was OK), and came in with a final bill significantly lower than his already reasonable initial quote!  Ken is an honest, hardworking local businessman and I'd highly recommend you give him a call if you are shopping for plumbers.

Chris was able to remove and reinstall a  new garage disposal for my property. I was very pleased with his service. He was kind enough to explain what was going on and the cause of the issue. Glad we chose how business and would definitely use him again in the future. Thank you for doing this job especially on a weekend to accommodate my schedule.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

Had a tub removed in my grandma's house she is 80 and has a hard time stepping over the tub they installed a walk in shower with grab bars for her safety they had the upmost compassion for my mom and remodeled her bathroom for her safety it took a huge worry off my mind i was so worried she would fall but thanks to abetterway for putting me at ease they also followed up a year later for a warranty issue that they took care of at no cost to me! Dustin the owner is a standup guy they have done a few jobs for my friends as well!

On 6/7/2015 my AC stopped working. Since I'm one who likes to fix things myself I determined the contactor would not stay engaged, but could not track down the source. Since I had a spare contactor I put it in but this did not fix the problem. It was a Sunday and already 92 degrees inside the home. So I call Morris Jenkins and to be honest it was all because of the commercials and no extra charge for Sunday service.
Service tech arrived and I explained what the unit was doing and what I had done, he walked up to the unit which I already had the cover off of and said the contactor is bad that right there is $359 do you want to start there, I said no I knew for a fact that a contactor cost less than $50 and it only takes 10 minutes to install it plus how could he tell he had never even tested the contactor. He proceeded to do a thorough diagnostic on the outside and inside unit. Came back and said are ready for this and rattled off all the things that needed to be done to get my AC working today at a total of $2243. He did on quit a number of times tell me that I needed a new system to the point of I felt that was all he was trying to accomplish. So I paid my $89 service fee and sent him on the way because I knew there was no way all the services he wanted to provide were needed on my system and the cost on some of the items were outrageous.
Next day called another company out that does no fancy commercials and within 10 minutes they determined that my Transformer on the inside motor was bad. The total cost to fix and have AC that same day $470 dollars only because I opted to have a new blower, control board and transformer assembly installed. Based on this experience I cannot honestly recommend calling Morris Jenkins out to perform any type of service on your AC or heating unit.
In a nut shell if Morris Jenkins would have just replaced what was actually bad and not thrown in all the extra unneeded items and got my AC going that day I would have been extremely appreciative as their cost to replace the items actually needed were quoted at a total of $500. I'd would have been happy to have paid that.

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
