Best Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

I had a great response from Julian's plumbing. After discovering a wet spot in my front yard, they were the first available to come and investigate the problem. I did some investigative digging and was able to find the leak. They showed up and rather than charge me for a little repair, they gave me advice on how to fix the issue and even gave me a cap, glue, and cleaner for the broken pipe. Very helpful and honest people.

The best we've ever dealt with!  We have owned many houses and have worked with a few different plumbing companies over the years but this is the best!  If you want trustworthy, honest, high integrity people to do superior work, this is who to call.  Neat, clean, friendly, no pressure, and they treat everyone as they would want to be treated. We can't say enough!

After managing with low water pressure, ongoing shower faucet issues and a kitchen faucet that was letting out a trickle of water, I called around and found Option One.  I am so glad that I did! Ted came out the next day, diagnosed the kitchen faucet issue (not a leak, but a likely replacement), addressed water pressure issues while there and gave me options on the shower faucet issue. What most impressed me is that Ted took the time to explain options, gave me a recommendation on the kitchen faucet and wanted to answer questions.  Did I mention that they give a FREE estimate (no trip fee) and held to it.  There were no surprises, and the work was done quickly and professionally!  What I most appreciated is that before the technician shows up, they text you a picture and name, along with their estimated time of arrival.  After many years trying to find a consistent plumber that provides good service at a reasonable price, I've found Option One!

Jordan was amazing. I made a ridiculous error when scheduling during a time where having the water being turned off would have been impossible and felt so foolish. Jordan thought of a solution, fixed the problem, and installed my water heater with as little disruption as possible!  I really thought my lack of common sense was going to cause me another ice cold shower, but he fixed that. He was so easy and pleasant to have at the house that I felt 110% comfortable. I will never go anywhere else. I hope you hire Carolina Plumbing and I really hope you get Jordan as your contact. I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I had a leaky toilet. I put in a request to my home warranty company, who connected me to another plumbing service that I won't name. I tried contacting them 3 times and only got voice mail. Late yesterday evening I finally got a text stating they had no availability before next Tuesday.

A few minutes later, I was on my porch and saw a truck for Option One in my neighborhood, so I gave them a call. They got someone out to see me today..Daniel. Daniel was prompt, thorough,  and even came back in once he left because I had a question. He was very patient with me and explained all he was doing. Will defintely utilize them in the future.

We bought our newly built home 21 years ago. The water pressure has always been low. My husband and I figured it was because the house has two stories. We could not take showers and run the washer or the dishwasher at the same time. The quality of water has also been a neighborhood issue. Our HOA president fought tirelessly to get city water hooked up vs. the private company. Before the change was scheduled, it was highly advised to get a new flow meter, one that could stand higher pressures. Our neighborhood was given a 'great deal' by a private company since we needed so many at one time. The plumber took all the money and left. None of the work was done. Fast-forward to July 2021. A water main broke across the street from us. CharMeck came out and fixed the pipe. My husband was talking to the men working and asked about our water pressure. The city employee recommended contacting the water department and get the pressure valve tested. They came out and stated we needed a new pressure relief valve. Call a plumber. I contacted 5 businesses on YELP. Got a message the very same day from one (Sunday-I did not expect a message) Felt good about that one. Then I got a we don't do that That was ok also. However, one didn't answer, and one just said,  We can do that for $200.00. No questions asked. That Monday, I got a message from WWP. They were the only company that wanted to come out to evaluate the issue, before giving a quote. Jeremy came out. He heard our story. He checked the valve, told us what he had found, using terms I could understand. Wrapping up this long story, we have better water pressure than we ever thought possible. I am tickled pink with our water pressure. We can have multiple things going at one time and the pressure stays strong! Thanks so much Jeremy!

They replaced 2 master bath faucets for us.  Work was done quickly and effectively.  The guys were friendly and even took time to replace an unrelated drain cap that was broken.  I would recommend!

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

Slam dunk choice for plumbing help.  Ken was absolutely straightforward in his analysis of my problem (water heater), creative in trying to find less expensive solutions than a complete replacement.  Equally, if not more importantly, he followed up on each visit he made to make sure we were happy and to answer any questions.  Definitely made us feel we were in good, trustworthy hands.  We recommend him highly.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I can't say enough about this company. Truly a white glove service for a task that I didn't even realize warranted such wonderful treatment! But it did. And they are fantastic. Thorough, clean, honest and committed to quality, this company does it all. I only wish they had a branch for all types of home repair! I love them! I'd DEFINITELY recommend them, without hesitation. Ripoff/scam artists. Insanely high quotes. They'll tell you your unit is about to fail when it's perfectly fine.

I have used Jim Dickerson plumbing over the years, however will not use their services any longer. They over charge for labor and the cost of repairs. I had someone come out for 2 plumbing issues.. A leaking sink and tub. I was charged 3 hours of labor for sealing a leak under the kitchen sink and an attempt to repair the tub leak. The tub leak was not able to be fixed because of the need to replace a valve. The technician spent hours trying to find the water source in the house and then left to go get parts to attempt to repair the tub leak. I was charged 441.00 for labor and the cost of repairing the leak under the sink which was sealed.
After sending a request to speak with the technician to find out exact details of the work, their accounting department sent a return email only that stated they overcharged for the work done and credited 200.00. The total cost still remained at 288.00. I was charged for the time the tech left and attempted to find a part for work that was not completed. After knowing their inconsistency in their work, I will no longer use their services. Very disappointed.
