Jason with Julian's plumbing was fantastic. He did everything that you dream and hope that a plumber will do but usually doesn't. He was EARLY, he called 30 mins ahead of time as he promised that he would, he was clean, respectful, charged exactly what he'd said and got the work done quickly and properly.

They provided quotes that were totally ridiculous.  Beware of someone that comes to your house for a consultation  this means up sell at over prices.  They wanted $7k to replace our main pipe.  I got it done by someone else for $1k.  Don't waste your time with them.

Trinity was very professional and informative! He fixed our problem and we will definitely use him again if needed!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. I called at 8pm they would have came out rite away for a fee but I said it could wait they showed up at the time we agreed on . Lundon was my tech very knowledgable we discussed all my options was a tad pricey but you get what you pay for and it was worth it I got a new well pump new bladder tank and hot water heater took bout 5 1/2 hrs . Really good experience with the team here! Very quick to respond (via Yelp, text AND phone) and were very detailed and clear in their responses, pricing and suggestions. They were competitive with the handful of other quotes we got as well.

We thought our water heater needed replaced and they were going to be able to get someone out same day! Even with the influx of business during the Covid madness, they were very accommodating with scheduling since we had no hot water.

Our technician (Mike) arrived when scheduled and was very friendly and a pleasure to work with. Turns out we had an issue with our pilot light and was able to get us hot water back in minutes! He did a thorough inspection before just proceeding with the replacement and was very honest. We didn't even question that we needed a completely new tank (which would have cost us a significant amount of money) and could have easily been taken advantage of us. Instead, it was a small trip charge and we were back in business. Also, if that fix doesn't hold up, that charge is applied to the work if they need to come back out!

Not sure how much time the fix will buy us since we have an older unit, but when the time does come for a replacement or any other plumbing needs, we will be sure to call the team at WyattWorks Plumbing right away! Grateful to have found an honest plumber here in Charlotte and would recommend!

I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

I was calling to get a RFP for swapping out a black flow preventer. Would not give an estimate unless came out to the sight for a 90 dollar estimate fee.
It's an above ground device which is standard. Have two other companies who gave estimates and one of which is coming without a fee.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Waking up to a cold house on a winter day can be scary! Especially on a weekend when you know a lot of companies are closed or charging overtime charges. I was only semi prepared for the cost as they let me know on the phone just to come out on the weekend would be $189.00. The technician, Gino, was friendly and thorough and I could tell he really cared and wanted to do a good job. The pluses : We only waited an hour from the initial call until the technician was at our door. They texted us a photo of the technician so we could identify them when they arrived.  They fixed our heat. The negatives: the cost for cleaning a flame sensor felt high. We had asked for a call when they were 10 mins away to get the dog secured in another location and that didn't happen.  Ultimately they showed up and got the job done and we are happy to have heat!

Not satisfied grr my ac was good themo was The ( and already knew that but the issues had informed you already and you still can't understand your worker still chard me I will complain about this I thought they will not chard me because ac was fined is Vivnit responsibility not MJ regardless the diogi test They did it was uncalled for! But they continue to do it  I told him is the company Needs to repair and still I was chard not happy at all will not do any business with you anymore! I was stupid being so nice and gave him my credit card !!!!

We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....
