Best Garbage Disposal Installation in Charlotte NC

I noticed a small bulge in my bathroom baseboard and gave Julian's a call after reading the great reviews. The phone was answered on my first call and Jeff was able to squeeze me in on a busy Friday.

He arrived on time, actually a bit early, and walked me through the possible issues and solutions. The baseboard swelling was minor and after discussing the options, Jeff recommended to not do anything unless the damage escalated.

I appreciate Jeff's restraint and thorough inspection. I felt he was acting in my best interests and did not jump to cutting up my walls and billing me for work that may not be necessary.

Now I just wish my builder would have originally contracted my plumbing to an experienced professional, like Jeff.

I will be keeping an eye on it and if it gets worse - Julian's will be my first call.

I denoted a problem with a slow leak from the tank to the bowl.  Of several responses , Option One was the only company that could come out same day.  Moreover, they offered free estimates.

Upon working on the problem, Randy saw a second faulty part that may well have caused a leak from the bowl to the floor.  Had I attempted a do-it-yourself on the first problem, I  might well have suffered floor damage in a couple of months.

I would have preferred an itemized invoice,
separating parts and labor, but, bottom line, I paid exactly what Randy quoted me.

First let's remember I love good customer service,  E.R. Plumbing  had superb customer service in my recent email inquiry.

I reached out to several local plumbing companies with my dilemma and they were the first to respond out of 10 . I like that they stated there would be a service call fee of $69, I had to ask other companies because they didn't disclose this with their email responses .  The $69 doesn't sound too bad  when you're getting  $89 quotes from others.  What prompted me to write this review with 5stars was because I was asked if I tried plunging my kitchen sink first before utilizing plumbing services . In my mind I was thinking , liquid plumber hasn't worked , hot water with salt, vinegar and baking soda ... you know all the home remedies you see on Google. Why didn't I think of plunging my sink?   Dave was detailed in his email and even listed services  and what I could expect in cost .

First impressions are everything. Definitely adding this business to my contacts

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. I had Chris come over to install a garbage disposal today.   He brought an associate as well.  Together, both were professional, clean, worked swiftly and most importantly, made sure we were happy with the completion.  From a personal experience, I would recommend him/associate for those seeking service.

Professional and on time. We asked Providence to see if we had any pipe leaks above our master bedroom ceiling which has had constant water stains. It wound up being the roof not the pipes. We appreciate the professionalism and honesty. Will definitely work with them again.

I've used Three Way for several years and over 3 major jobs replacing master bath fixtures, a grinder pump, and a hot water heater.  Every time we've used them they have been responsive, fairly priced, and done a good job for our family.  The last time however, they really showed me why they deserved a 5 star rating.  

After having our hot water heater replaced in last 2019, and having loved it for about a year and a half, we began to find that hot water was sporadically not available.  Called in Three Way to take a look since it was still under warranty and they were out within a day to look.  After about an hour of checking, they determined that part of the brains of the heater needed to be replaced.  They contacted the manufacturer and had the part shipped to me directly where it should arrive in a matter of days.  Of course Murphy's Law kicked in, and literally a day after that the hot water heater stopped working completely and we were facing several days of cold showers waiting on the part.  Unfortunately, the day came where the part was expected, and it never showed.  After contacting Three Way and letting them know, they reached back out to the manufacturer, and when they were unable to get the part tracked or any type of assurance that it would be to me as promised, Three Way did something I never expected.  They showed up with a new system completely and had it replaced in less than 3 hours.  They stood behind their work, even when it wasn't THEIR work that was the problem.  Been a long time since I've had a company that was willing to truly go above and beyond, but this is definitely one of those companies.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Morris Jenkins AC install team just left my house, it already feels great.  All of the installers were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.  We were presented with several air conditioning options for our house and we worked with the salesperson to determine the best one.   I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to work me into their schedule and complete the job.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
