Initial communication through yelp seemed promising from 'Larry- owner. I was provided a quote in person by a plumber. On the day of scheduled work a different plumber shows up 1.25 hours into the 2 hour window they were supposed to show up in and says the old quote is invalid and they need to write up a new one. Keep in mind this is after I had to go through a lengthy process to have water shut off in my building, during which I called Option One numerous times to touchbase and/ or reschedule. They never mentioned ONCE that the old qoute was invalid. I am of the opinion that this was a bait and switch. I do not recommend this company AT ALL. To change the quote at the start of service on the day of a scheduled service without any notification is completely wrong. It's bad business practice. The lack of communication ahead of time and the drastic change in price, meant that all my other dependent projects and the listing of my property was delayed. I wish I would have never reached out to this company.

No one likes dishing out money but the company was quick, priced right, and technician Lance was super professional and nice.  Thank you.  I will call them first next time.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. Even charging me less once he completed the work. I highly recommend!

I ordered a new heating and AC unit to be installed under my home, when it came time to install it, I was in the hospital with a broken ankle. There was no problem. They took care of all the financing.
The only problem now is the Honeywell thermostat will not respond to my alp on my smartphone.

Working with Edy Mac was amazing!  I had a water leak somewhere with the main water line that runs to the house.  I called Edy Mac at the beginning of the week and was connected with Derrick.  Derrick gave me an honest opinion on what my options were and was able to schedule a quick turnaround to get the repairs completed.  His guys were out here as they stated and had the job done quicker than I expected.

After having been stood up by other contractors in the past and even those that were recommended to me, Edy Mac did exactly what they said they would do and in a timely manner.  Price was solid and work was top notch.  I won't bother with anyone else for my plumbing needs from now on, I will call Edy Mac first everytime!  Thank you guys!

he/they handled my changing my back-flow preventer outside & went above the service required to fix the problem. made it so we can remove the brass preventer in the winter to keep it from freezing. cool fix. loosen a couple of big nuts and take it off!

David Hickey came to my home yesterday to do the Spring service for the 2 AC units I have and he was so thorough and explained everything to me.  This is the 2nd regular maintenance visit that I have had from Morris Jenkins and it has been great every time.  The visits take about 1.5 hours to 2 hours.  Prior to MJ, companies would be at my house for 20 minutes and it makes you wonder what they really did... they didn't really explain it to me - Anyway, I think Morris Jenkins does a great job!

Was told needed new ac unit but was only a $165 dollar part when I got a second opinion also was told that the freon was to low but the inside unit was never on to actually check it and when the other guy came out and checked it it was completely fine but bc they didn't have the inside unit on it wouldn't read right called and asked why they said I needed a new unit and was told that when a units so many years old they just replace rather then fix
