Best Faucet Installation in Charlotte NC
I've used Chad multiple times for projects around my house and cannot recommend him highly enough. He is responsive, shows up on time every time, does great quality work and his pricing is fair. I've had him complete a variety of projects to installing hardware on my walls, electrical work (new lights, outlets), assembled/installed furniture and a variety of other projects around the house. He is a true professional and you won't regret leveraging him for your projects!

Alex was great to work with. Fixed some electrical problems quickly and for a fair price. Would use him again.

We bought an older house and something screwy was going on with one of the light switches recently. Since I had no idea what the heck it was and no desire to burn my house down, I decided to look for an electrician.
I saw all the stars on this one and decided to go with it. The young lady (I think her name was Janae) that scheduled the appointment was courteous and allayed my fears about my house blowing up like a cool movie explosion. That's a really good quality to have in this line of work!
Damon, the tech, was fantastic. He came in, figured out the problem and explained it to me as he fixed it. That was my favorite part! lol He even talked to me about the wiring in the house and why we had the particular kind that we do.
He was on time, fast and thorough, knowledgeable and a lot of fun! If I ever need another electrician, this is my team. For sure.
*Oh! And there's an Angie's List coupon for $20 off, if you're a member. Definitely use it. They're not exactly cheap ($99 for half hour), but they're worth it!

Yesterday ENECO came from Hickory to tweak my HVAC, which he did a fantastic job on. I really didn't expect them to come out on a Saturday and figured they would wait till Monday, but I got a call back quickly and he said he could be here shortly. The young fellow was named Adam and had been with the company for 9 years. To get to my attic access we had to walk around bins and big bags of decorations from Christmas. I apologized for the mess and said it just needed to go in the attic when I got help.
He was so kind and gracious and offered to put all that stuff in the attic for me! And it was a lot! Then he gave me a few tips to make extra storage space with some of the plywood boards I had stacked up there. Adam was quite the professional during all this and I thanked him. What an asset he is to his company, and a blessing to me, to go above and beyond!

This review is solely based on customer service. For the most part technician was professional, courteous, and responsive. Customer service, on the otherhand, was poor, unprofessional, and not helpful at all.
Called M&S to locate and repair leak in a downstairs half bath. I called M&J customer service to have plumber come back out, after misdiagnosing leak. The customer service rep, Rita, was rude, argumentative, impatient, and accusatory. After explaining the toilet was not issue and I needed a technician to come back out, ASAP. Water was destroying my floors. She told me I caused the problem by installing flooring around toilet.
All said and done, I called another plumbing company who came out and actually narrowed down possible issues and figured out; it was my neighbor's water heater leaking into my unit.
I called to speak to customer service manager about experience with Rita. I was transferred to an admin in CLT; then back to Rita. She laughed and again rude, nasty, and not helpful. Needless to say, I'm posting here because after several additional attempts to speak to manager, no luck.
Other Comments:
Over priced - $700 to remove and reinstall toliet.
Not transparent on additional cost. When I made appointment they said it would be a $69 service call, but when technician came out he said it was $69+$125 diagnostic charge.
