Ted worked diligently on my long list of repairs - fixing drains, fixing faucets, and replacing a toilet.  I am thankful for his identification and repair of a gas leak in my hot water heater.  I am a repeat customer for this business and would hire them again.

ER plumbing was called to our townhome complex in the middle of the night to repair a water main break that a previous plumbing company just made worse.  As soon as they showed up, they had a plan in place to get water back on to the community.  Mike, Terry, Leonard, and Boyce were all professional and did great work.  Mike stayed on site for over 12 hrs and was very knowledgable, answering all of our questions.  He made sure the job was done right and wasn't going to leave until we had water on and no leaks.  I definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future!!

We had issues with a toilet, the less said the better.  Within hours of my phone call to Carolina Plumbing Pros, Bruce arrived.  He diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently explained both the issue and the fix.

My shower had been draining slower and slower over the last few months, so I finally decided to find a plumber. Based on all the Yelp reviews and rating, this was a no-brainer.

I called All Hours on a Wednesday morning at 8 a.m.; Brett said they serviced Fort Mill and that someone could come out between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. and would call 30 minutes prior to arriving. I told him my problem, he asked a few questions, and said it sounded like an easy drain cleaning, which would cost $119.

Like clockwork, Eric (and his assistant) called around 11:00 and got here at 11:30. They took off their shoes before they came in, which was a nice touch. It took them maybe 15 minutes, and it cost $119 exactly. Eric was prompt, professional, and even had some jokes - he told me they'd found a squirrel in the drain. It was hilarious once I realized he was kidding! Really it was just a big ol' glob of my hair, so a pretty easy cleaning.

Easy and fast install of the tankless water heater.  Price was reasonable, and he helped out with our basement grinder too!  Thanks!

It was my first time using Pure Flow plumbing. After calling 12 other companies for an emergency repair they were the only ones to come right out. The guys Taylor Bridges and Corey  that came out to do the repairs were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They cleaned up after themselves when the work was done, and even went the extra mile of pressure washing the road from where mud  had ran off from where they had to dig a pipe up before they left. Highly recommend them if your in a pinch and want it fixed ASAP

Tim was very helpful giving us the financial part of this and making it not quite so bad.  Especially compared with Morris Jenkins and their absurd quote.   I am very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend this company.   We've already talked to them about a tankless hot water heater.   Give them a call!!

Chad was professional, affordable, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. He did his homework on the project prior to quoting me his rate. My project had layers to it and he communicated effectively. He offered great suggestions on follow up tasks I had surrounding the project, and those suggestions proved extremely helpful. He went above and beyond. I called Brian Long Plumbing for a plumbing problem with my toilet. Best call I made! My toilet tank had cracked and I needed a new installation. This company is a hidden gem! I had made a dozen calls, starting with the most highly rated. None could help. Brian is extremely busy but squeezed me in for a 24 hour turnaround time. Extremely knowledgeable and honest to a fault. He has been in business for a decade. He was able to uninstall and install a new toilet in under 90 minutes, was the most reasonably priced and takes extreme pride in his work. I would absolutely recommend Brian to anyone needing a plumber and he will be my first call if ever needed again.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

We had been having an ongoing issue with a slow and stopped up drain in one of our downstairs bathroom sinks. No matter how much liquid plumber I pour down the drain, the issue would persist! Decided to call in a plumber and was given 3-Way Plumbing as a recommendation from a neighbor. I called late (after hours) on a Saturday and expected to not hear anything until Monday. But on Sunday I received a call from a nice lady that helped me set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived within the 2 hour window I was given, diagnosed and fixed (snaked the drain) the blockage, and all at a price I was happy to pay. I hope I don't have to, but I will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

Brandon K. Delivered great quality service for my regular heat maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and when I asked him a question about our outdated baseboard heat, he had no issue inspecting it, but also had no issue double checking with a supervisor to make sure it was correct (these are old and outdated and harder to come by these days) which as a customer I was so happy about. The next weekend, morris-jenkins sent out Will F. to answer some more questions and help us disconnect our outdated basement heat. After speaking with will he gave us some great options for replacing in the future. We are so lucky to be part of Morris-jenkins priority advantage family. My hvac and plumbing systems are running in tip top shape with them in charge. Brandon also made sure to show our pup some attention while he was here too.  Shelby gives him 5 stars for belly rubs! We had a true EMERGENCY tonight and the woman who answered the phone not only seemed disinterested but she was annoyed. She first quoted me $150 an hour (which I wrote down amongst all of my notes from trying to reach a reputable plumber) but then as I was trying to see if she was going to get someone here faster than another company who gave me a 3 hour window, she told me it would be $175/hour. Now that's dishonest, tacky and inexcusable. I would have paid whatever. I found a great company who came directly out and helped us. No thanks to Dickerson....

I was having issues and called this place to come out to inspect.  This was on Wednesday and the guy told me someone would be here on Thursday. Great!  Waited all day on Thursday, no one showed. I called them back and they said I was on the schedule for Friday (even though I received my text).  So, whatever, Friday it is.  Now after waiting all day again, no one showed up and I received another text to see we'll see you tomorrow (meaning Saturday).  These people have no clue of what they are doing.  Go somewhere else!
