SERVICE SERVICE SERVICE!!! What a great experience. I contacted Julian's this morning via a Yelp! message, got a response within 15 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. Jeff text me when he was on his way and showed up RIGHT ON TIME! WHAAAAAT?!? Jeff did not mince words - he when straight in, discovered the problem with our toilet, and fixed in in quite a timely fashion. All told, he was in and out in 30 minutes max AND ALSO SUGGESTED I CHECK IN ON YELP! TO GET A $50 COUPON! AND WHO DOESN'T LOVE FREE MONEY?!?

I'm going to have my wife write a review as well, then petition Yelp! to combine the two so that we can give Julian's Plumbing TEN STARS!

I denoted a problem with a slow leak from the tank to the bowl.  Of several responses , Option One was the only company that could come out same day.  Moreover, they offered free estimates.

Upon working on the problem, Randy saw a second faulty part that may well have caused a leak from the bowl to the floor.  Had I attempted a do-it-yourself on the first problem, I  might well have suffered floor damage in a couple of months.

I would have preferred an itemized invoice,
separating parts and labor, but, bottom line, I paid exactly what Randy quoted me.

Woke up to a flooded kitchen after washing clothes. My mother used ER in the past and she said to give them a call. I was connected to a plumber within 10 mins of my call. Jason H immediately knew what the issue was and was at my house in an hour. He spent about 20 minutes at my house and recommended some treatments to help assist me in the future. He also gave me pricing/estimates if they needed to come back out and fix what he thought were tree vines growing into the septic line. He was super friendly in my time of crisis and it was much appreciated. Being a homeowner things will go wrong, but its nice to have a friendly face let you know everything will be okay. I highly recommended ER!

I absolutely recommend Carolina Plumbing Pros.  They were timely, knowledgeable, professional and reasonably priced.  I emailed in a non-emergency problem on a Sunday and they said they could be at my house the next day.  When they were at my house, I mentioned several other problems like slow drains and a problematic tankless water heater.  They fixed all my issues on the one visit and the price wasn't bad at all!

Second time using and just like the last time our plumbing issue was resolved quickly!  Very quick response to my quote request and was told the time of service would be between 8 and 8:30.  The service tech showed up at 8:15.  Great job! And thanks for the consistent professional attitude and attention to details!

I had an obvious underground water leak in the front of my property. The sidewalk, that divides the the grass along my front curb from the lawn on my property was showing (leaking) water. Angelo from Pure Flow Plumbing in Cover, SC immediately diagnosed the problem. He said it most likely was the main water line that feeds into the house and that a tree root probably damaged the line. He was right. Unfortunately this line was under the concrete sidewalk. Angelo did a great job cutting a narrow path through the concrete, locating the broken section of water line and replacing that section. He then repaired the side walk by poring concrete and smoothing it out. Had it not been for rain, he would have finished the entire job in one day. It was great having an obviously experienced, knowledgeable person who was able to do both repairs. As a bonus, Angelo was also prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Pure Flow!  (Al. Quick turnaround service. Had a slow drain that needed some help. Scott snaked the drain bust also quickly recognized our home's cast iron piping could be root of bigger issues. Scott was thorough and walked through options regarding cast iron pipe replacement. Appreciated his expertise and professionalism.

We just bought our home and have had several sub contractors come in and out to make it our own. Chad is at the top of our list for professional quality workmanship. He clearly communicated with us throughout the process, showed up on time, was very detailed and cleaned up. I can speak from experience in saying It is so hard to find this quality level of service. We will happily will use him again for our future needs which will be many with our older home.

I am an out-of-state owner, and needed a plumber to work on a house I own in Gastonia.  I contacted WyattWorks, and they stated someone would call my tenant to set up an appointment.  Jeremy Wallace was assigned to the case, and he arrived promptly at the agreed upon time.  He took a look at the plumbing issues, drew up an invoice, and called me to advise what he found, and the cost to repair.  We gave the go-ahead.  The office emailed the invoice to me, I was able to sign, scan and email back for Jeremy to begin the work.  Jeremy called when he was finished, emailed photos of before and after, and took the payment over the phone.  First rate service from start to finish.  Excellent repairs and items replaced were top quality.  I would definitely recommend WyattWorks.

We had Mike Walker with Brian Long Plumbing to our home today. We had a leaking sink fixed and a new toilet and pedastal sink installed. The work, advice and professionalism was outstanding. I highly recommend this company. It is nice to have someone so pleasant and who also really puts pride in his work at the same time.

My bathtub won't stop running water. Murad came on time and he fixed everything as desired. Now everything is working well. I would call him again if I encounter any issue in the future

Ask for Tom. A real pro and you don't see that very much these days. He is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a real plumbing emergency upon returning from vacation. My upstairs toilet overflowed severely. Justin provided excellent customer service via the telephone. Walking me through how to shut off my water in my home and advising me that he would be to me immediately to help me get to the bottom of what was going on. He was very polite, helpful, and he educated me on what exactly transpired, very quick and efficient. I definitely would highly recommend this company. Should you experienced any plumbing emergencies highly recommended.

They over charged me beween 300% to 10 times what was necessary all I needed was a $40 float they gave me a $4200 repair bill and did not clea n up after themselves.  they are holding up the sale of my house because of them.    Very dissatified.  Thinking about calling a lawyer and a TV statiion.

Jim Dickerson came out and said I needed a part they did not have on truck or in stock (1st pm of work off), they come and install that part (2nd pm of work off) and say if that doesnt work I will need another part. I advise it did not work and will need that other part, so I arranged an appt and took time (3rd pm off work). Same technician that told me I needed that part shows up  and when I ask I hope you have that part I need No he replies...why did they send you out here then? I ask?? His response I have no idea

True story of incompetence and now will need to take 4th pm off literally within 2 weeks, and yes it will be with another company.

Becareful this company, they overcharge you and not handle business  professionally. I had sewer emergency on 6/1/22, they came and gave me estimate $12,000. They accepted cash for $9000 but I paid similar repair $4500 year ago. It only took a little more than half day and 2 people. $9000 is way overcharged. They gave me invoice but my insurance company asking for just part of the invoice for the excavation  the detection of the leak  and  the put back for the cement not the entire invoice. I requested it more than a month ago, my insurance company requested it through email and I called them 3 times. They still didn't generate the part invoice I need as today 8/2/22. This company is not professional handled and they will scam you if you let them.
