Best Sewer Services in Boston MA
Bob B. Georgetown Ma. I had a bathroom drain problem for over a week. The first company I used could not solve my problem . Johns Sewer & Drain Cleaning was recommended for the job on referral. The technician was excellent, he inspected the problem and said right away he could help us. Fine top notch service, recommend highly to do business with. I can not thank you enough!!!

Toilet flooded middle of the day and Christopher was extremely quick to respond and show up for the job. He was very responsive and showed a genuine care for his customers.

I hesitate to write this review...I'm...I'm afraid he'll get so popular he'll never be available to me...but this guy...Frank...is the nicest, most competent, most trustworthy plumber in the business...he also happens to be a distance swimmer and horse trainer...how cool is that?
My toilet tank/bowl wasn't filling with water...i called a local plumber (heritage plumbing) and paid the standard $95 for the guy to come out and assess...i figured he'd replace the toilet guts...he said he wouldn't touch it, the pipe from toilet to the wall look rusted, to replace the guts wouldn't be worth it...i should just get a new toilet, and a new pipe to the wall...to the tune of $850. yes. $850.00.
I said lemme think about it and then I found Frank. He came the next morning and installed a new toilet. he said he coulda fixed the guts easily but my toilet was from the 70s and was using a ton of water...would be best to just replace it...and the pipe from the toilet to the wall wasn't rusted it was just dirty.
did the whole thing for around $300. that includes the toilet itself. Frank will give you the straight dope. call him. he's just as amazing as he sounds on everyone's reviews...

Mike did all of our plumbing for a bathroom renovation, and all of the work to install a new heating system. I would highly recommend him.

I just want to give a shout out to this company. I have used them in the past for normal maintenance of getting my systems pumped out. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Tommy M. each time my appointment was scheduled. He is such a nice guy to deal with. No matter how silly, small or crazy my questions were he had the answer. This company is reliable and on top of their game. I was scheduled an appointment mid afternoon, and I received a call that it changed to an earlier time. They keep their customers informed and up to date. A great company to do business with.

Super Bowl Sunday morning my water heater shit the bed. I called Bushi and they replaced it within a few hours. They were responsive and did the job. It was not cheap, but that was to be expected for an emergency job.

Very satisfied with Z Plumberz. They are professional, response quickly (plumbers show up within hours), and communicate effectively. Everyone I have spoken to (the sales coordinator, the manager, and the plumbers) are all very thorough with the process. The rate is also pretty standard by Boston standard. I would highly recommend this company.

This is my first time writing a review for a company but the quality and level of service provided by this company is more than enough reason to do so. I had a blockage in my main sewer line that no amount of plunging or drain-o could fix. Roto-Ruter man snaked it and told me my pipe was broken and it would cost me $2500 to fix it. Jason from Rapid Flow came out after I dug the pipe and worked it the right way and didn't leave until my water was flowing clean and easy. On top of that he charged me more than $100 less than the crook I called first. The moment he arrived and told me we'll fix this I was at ease. His care and professionalism is a testament to himself and this company. I will never call another company to do any work like this again. Rapid Flow, 5 stars, Thank you!

Van saved our Thanksgiving! The pipe leading to the kitchen sink was clogged and he was able to snake the pipe and clear out the problem quickly. We thought it was a lost cause trying to get someone to come out the evening before Thanksgiving, but we found Alligators Rooter on Google and Van was at our apartment within an hour.

We had a shutoff valve fail in our basement and water was leaking everywhere. Randy and Robert worked quickly and diligently to fix the problem! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend Sharp for any of your plumbing needs.

Just had one of Dan's employees out who simply swapped out my bathroom faucet and drain with a new one. The old one was leaking. I had a few plumbers tell me it was a very complicated and expensive job because I live in a building, but Dan's employee was able to do it without any issue, so I guess the other plumbers were trying to rip me off and sell me stuff I didn't need. Price was right and work was quick and efficient. Absolutely would hire Dan again. Great job. Thanks!

Drain Flow was brought to my attention after my plumber, Wayne from South End Plumbing, also absolutely amazing, called in Tony for assistance on a particularly troublesome drain issue in my building (which is about 150 years old).
Tony was professional, very nice, and very very capable. He initially came with Wayne on an early Sunday morning, with no trouble (and the day of the Pats AFC championship game, which will never be discussed). Both he and Wayne worked together to troubleshoot the problem, which was massive.
With no trouble Tony and Wayne arrived the next day, woke tirelessly at the problem, and fixed it. Totally amazing skills.
I would recommend Tony to anyone any time. He, along with Wayne, are a powerful team.

Matt was great, showed up promptly, explained the problem and resolved it quickly. i asked for him to come at a certain time on a Sunday and they called at that time and came by less than an hour later. Price is completely reasonable, I'll use them again.

I had a flood from my AC unit. MacCO had serviced my unit for several years and then found out they did not actually service my unit- which resulted in permanent damage and a cracked drain pan. The flood seeped through my wall and into the hall and damaged my hardwood floors. When I called them, they were rude and unpleasant. Probably because I am a female. When I asked the person they sent out, what should I do, the reply was not my problem, they were not help at all. I had two other companies look at my unit, they both said same thing. When MacCo replaced the coil, the person just dropped it in, never secured it, which resulted in the drain pan cracking and the resulting flood. I have since spoken with other people in my building, they all say the same things - MacCo service people are rude and do not care and take advantage of people who do not understand their AC systems.

Called to receive a quote to install a gas line for a gas grill. After taking all of my information the receptionist asked for my credit card so that she could charge me the $99 fee to come out for the quote. I informed her that I didn't want to pay a fee to then turn around and pay for the install on top of that. She explained that was the protocol and hung up me. I felt that was a bit rude since many companies give free quotes.

I had a toilet that wasn't flushing properly in my unit in Beacon Hill. Boston Standard was able to come out, assess the situation, and give me a fair quote/solution including telling me what not to do so I was not throwing good money after bad. I was extremely pleased with their level of service, and professionalism. They were also very clean, and efficient with replacing my toilet (the ultimate solution we chose). I would recommend them over Beacon Hill Plumbing to anyone.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! What a bunch of thieves they are. They came by on Monday, the day before 4th of July. I called at 7:51am Monday morning, and the lady on the phone gave me an estimation of a noontime visit by the plumber. Two men surprised me by showing up in the morning as I was getting out of the shower. No phone call to inform me of the schedule change. That in itself was not the problem. One of them mentioned that they were hoping to get all of their appointments done by noon and call it a day. I thought okay, no problem, glad I was home and heard their loud knocks.
Before I go on any further, I was quite surprised when I saw their van outside of our house. It said Crescent Plumbing. The number I had saved on my phone was actually under Executive Plumbing. Apparently some time between my last need of a plumber to this recent problem, Crescent Plumbing had taken over the number. I had good experiences with Executive twice, but this was my first with Crescent and will be my last.
Our problem started the night before. My husband tried to fix our leaking bathroom faucet. After taking it apart, he thought he figured out the problem. We hurried to Home Depot as it was nearing closing time and bought what we thought was the problem, a stem assembly replacement. So we bought 2, one for cold and one for hot. Went home and put the new ones in. The leak stopped because now there was no water flow. ??? We did buy the correct parts, but now we had a new set of problem. Something was plugging it. The next morning, I called the plumber, which I thought was still Executive. I don't even remember if the lady who answered actually specifying Crescent Plumbing. She must've and I probably just didn't notice.
They knocked, they came in, they heard what the problem was, they went upstairs to look at the bathroom faucet, one of them went down the stairs to get something from the van, he came back up the stairs, replaced this little doohickey thing at the nose tip of your faucet, both men went down the stairs, one went back to the van, one stuck around to fill out the bill and waited for me to write him a check. They were in my house for FIVE lousy minutes and gave me a bill for $165!!!! I kid you not. They were in my bathroom for no more than 2 minutes and they charged me ONE HUNDRED SIXTY FIVE STINKIN' DOLLARS. That little doohickey they replaced was an aerator that you can find in any Home Depot for 2 bucks or less. Still reeling......

Totally FRUSTRATED. Why can't customer service reps follow direction? This department right there will ruin this company all together. I initially called to get a quote to see who much it would be to repair a ceiling fan switch. I was told that it was $39 for them to come out and look at it to see if that was the issue. They would then analyze the problem and put it in writing. In the meantime, I went ahead to order a new ceiling fan incase it was more than just the switch. I tried to do the online scheduling and the system only took down my information and wouldn't allow me to book a time like the website indicates. I got 2 emails from 2 representatives telling me that I need to call and schedule the appointment. If that be the case, what is the object of the online process where it is supposed to let you book your own appointment. I call in today and got a 3rd representative who seemed very rude about the matter and not willing to work this matter out. Customer service needs to be more on top of things as we come first. Without the customers they wouldn't have jobs. I got the new ceiling fan delivered today and still have no appointment. It goes to show they aren't very motivated at what they do when it comes to customer service. Be ware of these people. It doesn't matter how much they advertise on tv or elsewhere, jobs are based on first impressions which starts with customer service. Customer service jobs are not masters degree job; they are simple data entry. Customer service needs better training and skills when dealing with customers. Another review from just yesterday, 8/29/18, feels the same way about customer service with this company. I'm not alone on this one.
