Alligators Rooter

Van is the nicest guy, but clogged drains don't care, so he becomes an Alligator gobbling up the gook in your blocked pipes. He used to work for Roto-Rooter, so he's got mad skills, but imagine all the experience and the same equipment with a personal touch from a friend who genuinely cares about your sink backing up and grossing out your family. It all began when my regular plumber said he doesn't mess with clogs and referred me to a big-name franchised drainage cleaning company. They were too busy and I was too desperate. I had people coming over for the weekend and everything flushed was finding it's way into my basement bathtub. I tried the intriguingly named Alligators Rooter and Van came over early on Saturday morning. Not only did he root out the problem, but charged me the low end of his price range. You know when someone says it'll cost between this and that, he means THAT! But not Van. He's honest, amiable, and gets the job done! Root for Van, he's The MAN!

Had a problem with the toilet late Thursday night, called Tony who was on a job and would be by Friday morning. Came by on time, resolved the problem and fully explained what he was doing and why. Tony is very reasonable with his prices and thorough in his work. This is my second time calling him and couldn't be happier. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I made over a dozen phone calls to plumbers to fix a leaky toilet valve, and Van at Alligators was the only one who agreed to come over same-day. He fixed the leak immediately, then looked at and resolved two other plumbing problems in the house during the same visit. He was fast, friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. We'll be calling him again when needs arise.

Van saved our Thanksgiving! The pipe leading to the kitchen sink was clogged and he was able to snake the pipe and clear out the problem quickly. We thought it was a lost cause trying to get someone to come out the evening before Thanksgiving, but we found Alligators Rooter on Google and Van was at our apartment within an hour.

Alligator Rooter is my go to company for anything plumbing and drain related. Tony is the best and always willing to help. They have been managing my properties in Cambridge for a couple years and they always solve the problem in a timely fashion. They are professional, always available, helpful, on time, experienced, and honest. They have completed small drain issues and large scale projects like replacing the main leaving the house. I have complete faith in them and highly recommend them without hesitation! They are the best!!!

Called Alligators Rooter this morning as our kitchen sink disposal was making clanking noises and we had been putting off taking a look at it. About a month ago another plumber had come by to look and said we needed a new disposal. But when Tony came by, he took the original one apart and discovered a tiny screw had fallen in. All was good and Tony saved us the expense of a new disposal! Thank you Tony for your excellent service and prompt response, and we will call next time we have any plumbing issues.
