This was my first experience having a septic clean out and inspection. Unfortunately, two companies were unable to locate the septic tank on my property.  I remembered having previously contacting Fearless Contracting and speaking with Claudia. She was informative and very accommodating. We were able to get them to come out the same day! These guys are great! They explained their processes and reassured me they have never left a job unable to locate a septic tank. They utilized all of their resources and did not disappoint. The septic tank was located, cleaned out and inspected. I highly recommend this business! They have everything from a back hoe to transmitter, and other nifty devices to help them get the job completed. I wouldn't waste my time with any other septic company. Called for a quote--rough estimate--for a water heater and installation. They told me that they charge $69 for the trip and estimate. It's waived if they do the installation. I said that we just need to know if it's $500 or $900. Sorry--need to come out. Can't I get  a ballpark figure? No--they need to come out.

MANY other plumbers gave me a range. Sorry Tucson Plumbing. You lose.

Once again Elite Rooter to the rescue.  I needed some plumbing work and contacted Elite Rooter.  Not only were they fast but everyone at Elite Rooter is Awesome to talk to. Keith and his team  are fast, efficient and take care of business.  5 stars    Elite Rooter!! Thank you again

Guys, save yourself the time and money and do not use this company. They recommend we pressure washed our pipes for an obscured amount of money.... absolutely insane, we had FOUR other plumber come out and they quoted us half the price or less! Do not use them!

Used them before they were fine. They called me to schedule a check up, they called the day before to confirm. I guess they decided to reschedule without letting me know, apparently they did but it was to a spam blocker (my phone doesn't have that). So took the morning off work, loss wages, wasted my time all from an appointment they called to schedule. Wish their first call would have went to the spam blocker.

Called this company for an estimate on a gas line install (it would have been close to $6K). They gave me the runaround. Made an appointment then two hours before the appointment they called to reschedule. Made another appointment and they did not show up.

Do yourself a favor and do not waste your time. I mean they seem professional by texting you and email your appointment reminders and then never honor it. Plenty of others that would value your business.

Oh, they only do appointments 8 AM - 3 PM so you have to take time off work even for an estimate. You do understand that people have jobs, right?

Great customer service.  Great people.  We've been doing business with George Huff Plumbing for many years.  Highly recommended them.

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

We were faced with a major plumbing issue just before Christmas and company arriving...we needed the use of two bathrooms.  The tree root problem in our bathroom was proving to be a BIG problem....Rene was great in tackling the issue head on and getting the job done.  He was careful and checked every step of the way.  He kept us informed when he ran into an issue and let us know his estimated completion date throughout.  He stayed late on the day when he had to turn off our water for a period of time to ensure that we were never left without the use of the other bathroom.  We really appreciated the care he took in completing the job.  Even our dog became a fan....when our Bailey took off after another dog to say hello, Rene ran after him for about a block and brought him home...that is going above and beyond in my book!  Thanks to Rene and Mr. Rooter for helping us through this difficult project.  And by the way, the work was done just before our company arrived so we did have our bathroom back in time....great job!

I was happy with the service I got from Julian when he came out to unclog my drain.  He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional.  He even wore booties over his shoes to keep my floor clean.  I think Al Coronado's prices are too high but I was able to get a discount which brought them down to a more reasonable amount.

Had service 2 months ago to clear main line from blockage. Guy told me that I needed replacement on line and gave me $3500 estimate. I only paid for clearing blockage that day. Positive I paid way too much. Then last week I had problems again with line. I used 88 Drain company. I haven't had a sewage line break like rotorooter guy said and I don't think he did a complete job on clearing blockage. My recommendation is to stay clear of this company.

Mr. Cummings should change the name to rip off plumbing and cooling.Tucson,please skip this operation.

Customers BEWARE Our Office Park called them out for an Emergency Repair last Friday to a leaking water pipe in out parking area. Before they arrived we We had the asphalt removed the dirt out of the hole it pumped so they only had to remove a small section of pipe and install two compression couplings.  They were there less than an hour and a half. We received an enormous bill of more than $1,700 more than twice the previous projects in past years. I called to get an explanation and a reduction...we have not heard back.

Our new water heater works well, so there's that. The complaint stemmed from refusing  to itemize the  bill so that we can see exactly why we were being charged the amount of money we were. We had a drippy faucet. It took three trips out here to get it repaired. The second time they were here, they did damage to my cabinet, broke my drain pipe, which to be fair, they fixed, left a huge mess, and left tool marks on my showerhead. I also had a immunocompromised friend over and I asked the repair man to wear a mask when he walked through the living room. He ignored that request. I also requested that he close my garage door  or use the front door after needing to go  outside. We keep our bikes in the garage, which I explained to him. He left my garage door open three separate times in that one visit. Attached are pictures of how they left my cabinets. I have made several calls and emails, along with the pictures. It has been three weeks. They still have yet to respond. Don't invite these people into your house, and avoid them if you have American Home Shield. They also left a huge mess which they did not clean up. My bathroom is clean before they got here, not afterwards.

Jose came to snake our toilet and was wonderful. Great customer service !!!  Will recommend !
