In & Out Plumbing

Worst plumbing repair ever. They charged me up front. Didn't fix the leak, And left. I had to hire another company to get my leak repaired, and pay again. Also they are very expensive. Charged me to dig up my kitchen floor and then replace concrete. Then when they turned the water back on the leak was still there. They just left and said no guarantee.

I do not recommend this business. Overcharging for estimates and service. I did not purchase their service due to the inflated estimate. $500 for a leaky valve and $88 for that estimate. He also gave me poor advice on warranty coverage.

This company is very expensive and utilizes inferior parts. For a simple change-out of a kitchen faucet, I received an invoice of $344. I am accustomed to paying about half that amount.

Details:
$147 for a no-brand faucet of the lowest quality I have ever seen. Chrome faucet and black plastic sprayer did not match. Faucet was dripping just a few hours later.
$40 braided source line. These sell for about $7 at Home Depot.
$8 miscellaneous.  Not specified. Maybe a twelve pack of Bud?
$149 labor.  It takes me about 30 minutes to swap out a kitchen faucet.

Customers BEWARE Our Office Park called them out for an Emergency Repair last Friday to a leaking water pipe in out parking area. Before they arrived we We had the asphalt removed the dirt out of the hole it pumped so they only had to remove a small section of pipe and install two compression couplings.  They were there less than an hour and a half. We received an enormous bill of more than $1,700 more than twice the previous projects in past years. I called to get an explanation and a reduction...we have not heard back.

Living out of state but having a rental home in the Tucson area, this company out did themselves on their quality, knowledge and VERY fast service and installation of a new hot water heater.  The friendly personnel convinced me I had the right people doing the right job.  Their cleanup was fast and their work ethics was superior!  I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys are honest and friendly and they have a great rate to fixed Plumbing issues at my house.
I had A nasty overflowing toilet bathtub and the kitchen sink and believe me it was bad:(
So I called they send a plumber quick gave me an estimate in person:)
He told me my pipes underneath the house were old and needed to be replaced Plus drainage wasn't working too well obviously?
So I told him go ahead with a repair took the same day very happy with the service and I'm glad I called in and out Plumbing very happy with the service:)
I will  recommend this plumbing company to friends and coworkers:)
Guess what I could take my shower and toilet now I don't have to worry about overflowing feels good

Don't recommend using them again. They charge for materials not used.
They don't put their estimate in writing. Then they have all kinds to excuses to overbill you.

We had a drainage issue with our bath tub. Twice it was taken care of by snaking the drain. This happened about twice in an 18 month period. We called them again and they snaked it again. The next day it was plugged a gain. We called them back. They didn't show up. We called them back again two different times to see if they could just put a camera down the pipe and give us an estimate to repair it. No call backs at all now for over two weeks. We are still draining the tub using a bucket now for about a month. Apparently they make so much money that they don't need ours. We will be calling someone else to help us out.

My brother recommended In and Out, he had never used them but knows the owners well and said he really admired their stance on quality and customer service.  We needed to have our WHOLE HOUSE RE-PIPED and decided to take a chance on them not only from his recommendation but also due to the fact that all the other quotes we received were significantly higher.  They told us they could have the whole job done in 2 days, which we seriously doubted, all the other companies said 3-5 days, YIKES!  Re-piping is a big undertaking not to mention makes a HUGE mess with all the drywall cutting that needs to be done.  By the end of the first day I was amazed at how clean they left the house when they finished, really it was pretty amazing.  And, sure enough by the second day, as promised, they finished the job.  I found the plumbers friendly and courteous and cannot emphasize how impressed I am with their speed, quality and cleanliness, I would recommend them and use them again.  

BONUS:  One of the workers noticed that the lock on our screen door was sticking, he took it upon himself to fix it.  A small gesture which was so appreciated.

Diana and Joe are by far the easiest people to work with. They are honest and work with full integrity. I won't trust any other company now that I've work with In & Out Plumbing!! You can trust them too!!!
