I grew up in Oracle and have always found the help I need from Becky and Dave! Dave is such a sweetheart always and will carry my propane take for me when I need it filled, and even place it in my trunk. Please consider this small town business for your plumbing needs!

This was my first experience having a septic clean out and inspection. Unfortunately, two companies were unable to locate the septic tank on my property.  I remembered having previously contacting Fearless Contracting and speaking with Claudia. She was informative and very accommodating. We were able to get them to come out the same day! These guys are great! They explained their processes and reassured me they have never left a job unable to locate a septic tank. They utilized all of their resources and did not disappoint. The septic tank was located, cleaned out and inspected. I highly recommend this business! They have everything from a back hoe to transmitter, and other nifty devices to help them get the job completed. I wouldn't waste my time with any other septic company. Two men (one a new hire in training) came to my home. I had to request that they wear masks and then had to remind one of the men to put it on after being out in his truck. They did not have booties with them or bring any lysol wipes per the website statement below. These are all professional practices that have been in place with contractors for pre-covid. I have asthma and do all that I can to keep my home clean and as free as possible of allergens and viruses. I rarely write a review like this and hope it helps discerning customers.

The manager stated he did not want to get into a political discussion when I noted my feedback. He missed the point and attempted to minimize my concerns. These issues are about professionalism and health and leaving the job as clean as you found it.

At Tucson Plumbing we take the health and safety of our customers very seriously, especially now. Please know that when you need our services, our techs will be wearing latex gloves and booties at all times while at your home or office, and we will wear a dust mask at your request. We also carry and use hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes. Safety first!

I had a clogged toilet at 8:00, and it was fixed by 9:30. Super friendly lady on the phone sent some one out right away, and it didn't break the bank. I will call them again!

I rarely need to call a plummer.  This particular early morning, both our toilets were plugged.  I found Rooter Ranger the day before online and they had a $47 special for line clearning.  So when I called them, you are connected to a National call center.  The only problem I have with that is they tell you the technician is finishing up a call and when call you back right after this call.  Well it took me calling them back 3 times (hour apart).  Finally  this great young man, Austin, called and said he was 30 minutes out.  He spent 2 1/2 hours trying to clear out the line.  He called his Boss (Bob) who had a camera machine and within several minutes, our lines were clear.  Outstanding customer service  (Covid-19 awareness) and only charged us $47.  I highly recommend Rooter Ranger for ANYONE that needs plummig problems.

Might be great in Phoenix but, not so much in Tucson.  No customer support, none, sounds like answering service personnel only or you will speak with someone in Phoenix, short staffed again, because they are relatively new in town.  Not all services listed on website are available in Tucson.  Last, WAY TOO EXPENSIVE!!! Crazy high, obviously techs work on full commission, no set pricing, whatever they can get away with.  Bottom line, don't do it, just don't.

Called on Monday. Responded that their servicemen would be there the following day between 12-4 p.m. Call at 11:30 Tuesday from servicemen that they would be here at noon. Showed up, completed job professionally, and left in timely manner. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

Great small Tucson business,  I had Chuck install a water heater around 2 yrs. ago and now I had Kenny connect up a gas hook-up for a new dryer today, he was wonderful, he cleaned up after, checked copiously for gas leaks in the fittings before he left, actually closed gates that he had to go through to initially turn the gas off because he knew we had dogs, and after he turned the gas back on, he closed them again.  
I would not hire any other another plumbers, I trust the Huff Co.  the prices are very reasonable,   they are  trustworthy, respectful and nice.......and no I am not related !!!!!!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

Tyson has done plumbing work at our house numerous times.  He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and always does a beautiful job of cleaning up.  Al Coronado is fortunate to have him as an employee.  We highly recommend him.

We used Roto-Rooter in the past and had a very positive experience but that was before the pandemic.  Today the company employee presented to our home without any safety measures: no mask or gloves on when he was allowed entry to our home.  Because we were concerned about the lack of safety measures, we asked if he was vaccinated.  He replied that he was not vaccinated and furthermore that the media was reporting overstated hospital beds being occupied by COVID patients. We asked him to leave and I called the office to report that their employee was not following safety protocols. I felt I was complaining to someone who really didn't care about the safety of their customers and the call ended when I was advised that their company would not be able to service us any longer. No concerns on my part as I will not be calling them again.

My bill for having my water heater replaced was way more than the quote I was given.  No one seemed to care about the price difference in labor and wouldn't do anything when I called to complain. The tech also replaced two flex lines and when I asked why, he said they could possibly leak.  He said they weren't expensive but I was charged an additional $51.  
I feel like it was a bait and switch experience and unnecessary parts were added on to up the bill. This company obviously doesn't care about customer service.  
 I will not use this company again.  Beware.

Don't recommend using them again. They charge for materials not used.
They don't put their estimate in writing. Then they have all kinds to excuses to overbill you.

Customer service was amazing! Everyone was very helpful! I am very happy I found the perfect plumbing company I know I can trust . The plumber was very knowable about my situation he was able to fix my problem right way !! I highly recommend taz plumbing to everyone !!! FIVE STARS

Mario was the guy who did my plumbing repair work.  Wildcat Plumbing was assigned to my job by the Home Warranty company so I wasn't sure who I would be getting.  Mario was on time and did excellent work.  He explained to me the problems that lead to the need for repair, and showed me in a very straightforward manner how he was going to fix the issue.  It was a very small concern and did not take him long, but he was personable and professional throughout the appointment.  Additionally, I appreciated that he took the time to clean up afterward and did not leave a mess or any garbage for me scattered around the work site.  I enjoyed meeting him and will call Wildcat Plumbing again if I have any future plumbing needs.
