Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

We personally don't have a  septic tank but my son and daughter both do. On two coasts.
So I wanted to be more informed and send them both the check list.

So Claudia at Fearless sent me a follow up link on the use or not of adding bakers yeast to the mix to add friendly bacteria.

Always do a great job at a fair price. I've used Plumber of Tucson for a variety of jobs in our townhome. Don is always responsive and helpful. The plumbers who arrive are punctual, courteous and have all the tools & materials to perform the task at hand. No job is too big or too small. I'd recommend Plumber of Tucson for anyone who needs work done by a competent company.

Called because an outside spigot failed, causing water to gush out - we had no water as we had to turn off at main cutoff valve. The tech came within a couple of hours. He was professional and competent, explained that he had to do some welding to install new spigot. We thought the charges were on the high side but per neighbors they were average and reasonable. Would probably use Tucson Plumbing again.

I called them because I thought I had a clogged sink , but my washer had also stopped working three months before - because of the plumbing which they found out was not properly installed 10 years ago.  I had no P traps , so I was breathing sewer gases. Adam and Jason properly installed all the plumbing with in the kitchen and laundry rooms ; put  2 P traps in  so  I'm breathing fresh air  now.   I Also had to get the underground clay tile replaced with the 4 inch black pipe  thanks to Giovanni for that also, which wasn't cheap but I know it's right and it'll last for  my lifetime with a 25 years warranty. I have to thank Adam and Jason they are such hard workers, they worked on my house as if it was their own they wanted it to be right.However beware they have you sign on a phone , they are charging me $2500 for work they assessed, but it has not been completed because I said no, I can't afford anymore. I have repeatedly asked for this bill to be removed, and they have  NOT done it yet

Pros:  

1. I appreciate the friendly help I got from Orlando and his associates. I had root problems that blocked the sewer line.  
2. They removed the tree, replaced the sewer pipe section, and make everything look great again.  
3. They explained everything as they were progressing and charged a reasonable price.  
4. After the repair, the water pressure in the house increased which probably caused a drip in one of the showers.  Rooter Ranger replaced the cartridge, which stopped the leak, at no additional charge.

Cons:  

1. Due to other job demands, they were not there on the days and times promised.  But, they kept in contact.  
2. When digging the trench, they cut the Comcast internet line, so we were without service for almost a day.  But, they offered to pay for any Comcast charges.  Fortunately, Comcast didn't charge us.

Called on Monday. Responded that their servicemen would be there the following day between 12-4 p.m. Call at 11:30 Tuesday from servicemen that they would be here at noon. Showed up, completed job professionally, and left in timely manner. What more could you ask for? Highly recommend.

This company kept promising to come fix a problem that was scheduled the day before, for an 8 am appointment.  I called around 10am to remind them that this was an empty house and I had 3 sick family members at home.  I suggested cancelling  for a day or two so I could go home and be with them.  They INSISTED  that I was next.  I called back every hour or 2 all day long and it was always the same story.  My husband came home from work and the two of us kept changing houses.  We were about six streets from each other.  At 7 pm, Roto Rooter called to say they would need to reschedule for the next morning.  I said NO.  Then they called me by my Mother's name.  My Mother had been dead for about 5 years.  I guess what I have learned from this is Roto Rooter Hates Children?

We called their service for fixing a leaking pool pump pipe around Jan of 2011.  Good phone answering service and the plumber arrived on time and quickly completed the job to our satisfaction.  

After completion of our primary request, the young plumber provided a free check on all of our water valves, taught us how to use the water softener, and advised us on how to drain the hot water heater.

List prices were very high, but they were negotiable.  Also check for the large coupons.  I had a good experience, but the high list prices would keep me from recommending to my family.

Had a leak in the hot water recirculation line.  Called Al Coronado plumbing and Marty came out to review the situation.  Turns out the company that installed our hot water heater two years ago didn't do it to housing specs.  
Marty did a complete analysis of the installation and recommended redoing the installation as it had many shortcuts and not robust.  Gabe came out to do the actual reinstallation and did an outstanding job.  It's like artwork.  It took a while to complete but Gabe stuck with it until it was done right.  The job wasn't inexpensive but final results are worth it and should last a long time!

We had a water main bust and Kenny and his crew came out and fixed everything in our 65 year old house!  Very professional and very reasonable.  Came in at the low end of the quote.

We called our home warranty company when our showers, tubs, and toilets started backing up sewage into our house on a Sunday evening.  They referred us to Taz Plumbing who responded quickly and got the issue fixed.  It was a little suspicious, so the technician arranged for the drain to be snaked with a camera the next morning at no charge.  They discovered that our backwater valve needed to be replaced, the completed the repair that day.  You'd never know there was a 4ft x 4ft hole in the ground in the front yard, all the dirt and rocks were put back nicely and washed and cleaned.  Thanks to the technicians and manager at Taz for making this unexpected problem and expense a great experience!

With Suzanne in control, it was the Best Service that I have had here in Green Valley in the last year. We had ceiling fans changed out for three fans that were wobbling. Technicians Alex and Ricky were Honest and Respectful for our property in changing out the 3 fans. I would NOT hesitate to call them or refer them to others in need of similar work. 5 stars on this experience.

Well, I hate to have to do this because I'm not a Negative Nelly, but I've just had the worst experience since the Cox cable guy spent 8 hours in my house, didn't fix the cable and broke my Tivo box. So, our kitchen sink backed up, I call Cummings because we've been dealing with them for years and always had great service. They actually replaced our old swamp cooler with brand new central AC & heating and did an amazing job. I put the call in and was told someone would be here between noon and 4 pm. I received a call from them about 12:30pm to say the plumber is on his way. An hour and a half later, he still is not here. I call them to inquire and they say he'll be there shortly. He got here a little after 2 pm. He was here until 3:30 and said he needed to get on the roof, but since it was raining it was too dangerous to be up there and will come back tomorrow between 10am-2pm. The next day, I received a call about 1:30 pm that he was running late. Then I received a call at 3 pm saying he'll be there shortly. He arrived at 4:30 pm. An hour and a half later (6 pm) he informs me he'll have to come back tomorrow because another guy has a piece of equipment that he does not have. Two entire work days wasted and my sink is still backed up.

Customers BEWARE Our Office Park called them out for an Emergency Repair last Friday to a leaking water pipe in out parking area. Before they arrived we We had the asphalt removed the dirt out of the hole it pumped so they only had to remove a small section of pipe and install two compression couplings.  They were there less than an hour and a half. We received an enormous bill of more than $1,700 more than twice the previous projects in past years. I called to get an explanation and a reduction...we have not heard back.

Let's talk Wildcat Plumbing.... and why NOT to use this company!
2 1/2 years ago (fall of 2018) we purchased a 50 gal hot water heater as well as a circulation pump from Wildcat Plumbing and had them install them .... it was NOT cheap. (After further review with plumber and contractor friends we were told that we were (ripped off) for what we received for what we paid.)
Of late the circulating pump has not been working. We called Wildcat on a Thursday (2/18/21,) they came the following Tuesday (2/23/21.)The technician Angel was very polite. He looked at the unit for several minutes and said that it was all hooked up correctly and didn't see anything out of the ordinary. Angel then spoke to the boss, (out of our hearing) took pictures of the front/back of the unit and told us the boss said it was not their problem as it's a mfg warranty item and besides they no longer sell/service the unit. The boss did however suggest that we purchased a $650 upgrade unit.
We requested to have the  boss call us so we could work together in getting the mfg involved to enact the 10 year warranty on this 2 1/2 year old circulating pump.  Angel wrote our request in the paperwork
As of this review we have NOT heard from the boss (or anyone from the company.) We have called, spoken to Ashley, left msgs., all to no avail.
Wildcat Plumbing has no intention of assisting us in any manner.  They have simply washed their hands of it.
They offered no suggestions as to what might be causing the pump's malfunction, they have not suggested any ...well let's try this or let's try that ... efforts.
We're thinking the pump has simply seized up and wanted a plumber to un-seize it but they didn't even offer to do that.
This Wildcat Plumbing company is a TERRIBLE customer service company. We feel that all they wanted was to push a new water heater and circulating pump onto us, get our money and then leave us as customers.
TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE,  TERRIBLE customer service because there HAS BEEN NONE and CONTINUES TO BE NONE.
The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself for not trying to assist prior customers in resolving their issues ESPECIALLY when it deals with something THEY  SOLD us!!!!
What would a phone call to us to render assistance with the manufacturer cost him?
We are Dissatisfied & Disappointed customers to say the least and STRONGLY suggest this company be avoided.
