Best Septic Tank Cleaning in Tucson AZ

Great expirence with Economy Plumbing. Second time in needing their services, could not be more satisfied with this company. Each employee, Kayla, Brandon, and Buddy are such professionals and a breeze to work with. Their scheduling is easy, their service work and overall attitude more than met my expectations. This review is long overdue. Excellent company run by the Huff family. Several neighbors and I have known Huff Plumbing to be efficient, punctual, and professional all the time. Thank you all for the work you've done on our historic home since 2011.

This was my first experience having a septic clean out and inspection. Unfortunately, two companies were unable to locate the septic tank on my property.  I remembered having previously contacting Fearless Contracting and speaking with Claudia. She was informative and very accommodating. We were able to get them to come out the same day! These guys are great! They explained their processes and reassured me they have never left a job unable to locate a septic tank. They utilized all of their resources and did not disappoint. The septic tank was located, cleaned out and inspected. I highly recommend this business! They have everything from a back hoe to transmitter, and other nifty devices to help them get the job completed. I wouldn't waste my time with any other septic company. The quality of their work is not at issue here. They get two stars for exorbitant prices. We had them come out to replace a leaking seal in the toilet. Popped in a new seal, fixed. Then we asked them to swap out an old shower head for a new one that I provided. A couple twists, done. The bill came to $30 for the plastic ring (under $5 at stores), and $229 for labor.  I found that charge outrageous and told them so, but they insisted the charge was correct. If you call Tucson plumbing for any simple repair, be forewarned. Their pricing is inexcusable.

This review is overdue.  I used Elite Rooter in May of this year.  Both Brians arrived, and both were very friendly, but a bit confused as to what work was to be done, and how much everything would cost.  At any rate, the friendlier Brian, who lives outside of Tucson and comes into town only on certain days, was the plumber who stayed to do the bulk of the work.  I gave Elite one star because the plumber did not bother to reconnect the pipes when he changed the faucet.  I had water immediately run on to the floor as soon as I turned on the water.  With a bucket under my sink, I called Elite for the plumber to return.  I was informed they did not have anyone to dispatch back out!  An essential take away from this review is that Elite has horrible customer service, and is short-staffed.  I consequently had a cable appointment the next day.  The cable guy saw the water on my floor (the bucket overfilled), and he happily cleaned up the water and repaired the shady job on my faucets and pipes!  Elite Rooter received payment without any care or concern regarding the quality of work or whether the job was even completed.

Our sewer was plugged up and Rooter Ranger came out an hour after we called. They did a great job!!! They were quick and efficient.  I would highly recommend them!!!

New AC installed near end of May. Not two months later, AC is not working properly, blowing hot air in several rooms.

Was able to schedule service technician to come out, however, unable to solve the issue and stated that new equipment would need to be ordered and someone would be in contact with me to set up that repair date.

3 days later, no contact has been made and I had to reach out. Customer service had no idea what was going on with the status of our repair and stated they'd get back to us.

For the cost of the unit, I'd expect a certain level of quality. This is not the case. It is almost as if they only care about making a sale vs retaining customers for the long term. They certainly were extremely responsive during the sales process let me tell you.

Currently have not received a call back on when my further service to repair the issue will occur.

Currently, would not recommend this company to anyone. Low quality equipment and poor installation when the salesperson made a high point on how those were some of the best things about Parker & Sons. Also, AC unit is leaking onto my roof, which was a problem of the previous unit as well. Laughable!!!

Level Up helped us with some recent projects at home, and they were nothing short of stellar! All in a single day, they helped us remove some very extensive security bars, demo an old storage unit and concrete slab, fix some wooden floor boards, and patch stucco! Their prices were fantastic, and they were punctual, friendly, communicative, and really went the extra mile to ensure the job was done right. I will continue to use them for all of my handyman/renovation projects!

You should be given a piece of poo for a rating. Your plumbing staff, Allen that's you, is rude. I called for help with a plumbing issue and what I got was some dude with an attitude and a over priced estimate.  Read your yelp reviews, do some quality control, and good luck.  I hope people think twice about using your service.

We had a drainage issue with our bath tub. Twice it was taken care of by snaking the drain. This happened about twice in an 18 month period. We called them again and they snaked it again. The next day it was plugged a gain. We called them back. They didn't show up. We called them back again two different times to see if they could just put a camera down the pipe and give us an estimate to repair it. No call backs at all now for over two weeks. We are still draining the tub using a bucket now for about a month. Apparently they make so much money that they don't need ours. We will be calling someone else to help us out.

Had a garbage disposal that broke on Thursday. Called and asked to get it fixed. Filled me in on a slot for Friday. All was taken care. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you.

I have used them over and over for a good reason.  Their knowledge is exceptional.  Their communication is superb.  I would not trust any other company with plumbing repairs.

Well, I wish I could rate them based on their work. Unfortunately, I can only rate them on their (lack of) professionalism when it comes to making a commitment to do an estimate. Initial call went well, I thought (after I got through their call-blocking process -- my job blocks outgoing caller ID, so my call didn't go through till I jumped through some automated phone system hoops, left a number and then they called back). Explained what needed to be done, chatted a bit more about it and then was told that they could come out between 1-4 pm that day to do a free estimate. Gave them the location info, my number, and instructions on how to get into the back yard where the work was to be done (just through a gate). And that was it. Heard nothing else. No call to say they couldn't make it or that an emergency cropped up. Nothing.

They may do great work IF they get to your place. But I wouldn't know since they didn't show.

NOTE: This review is extremely similar to another review of mine for another plumbing service. That's intentional. I had the same experience with both. Set up appointments for estimates with both. Neither showed or called.

These guys are the best! I first worked with them when my home warranty had to fix a leaking AC condenser line. They repaired the leak, and I also took that opportunity to replace my water heater. They were so wonderful, that when I called them back two years later to do a full house replumb (I got rid of all of my galvanized plumbing), I didn't hesitate to call them again. They always give me fair prices. I've been remodeling my home for about two years now. I have worked with awesome and crappy contractors--some who tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. The guys at Wildcat always treated me fairly and with respect. These guys are really hard workers and will out in the hours to get your job done when they said it was going to be done. Jose came out to give me a quote and is my go to for any plumbing problems, including repairing another general contractor's shoddy work. These guys should be the first ones you call with any plumbing needs.

I would definitely use Tony's services again in the future. He is very professional, clean and honest. I had a family emergency so I left the door unlocked for Tony without being there at all. I was scared at first but when I came back, I found that all the faucets were installed beautifully with no issues whatsoever, and Tony even locked the door for me when he left. Tony did what he promised and he earned my trust. He showed up on time and the price is right. Highly recommended!!

We've had many plumbers over many years fix or install many things.  When an underground pipe to our water main supply left a pool of water outside one morning, we called Cummings.  They had done a few small indoor jobs for us. They brushed out her on a Saturday,  turned off the water where the leak was and found a way to keep household water available.
It was a 5 day job. Tucson Water was involved, installing new meter to new hookup. Every person in the job was courteous and a supervisor stopped by twice to make sure the job was done right.
No arm-twisting needed. They completed the job, cleaned up and all is well.  We've had a couple of repairs on other things and they do a professional job. It may be costly to have plumbing repairs.  We have learned we get what we pay for.
