David worked quickly to resolve my plumbing issue. I'm in a building with old tap drums and parts that you can't find easily anymore. Considering my schedule David and his helper got the parts same day and left when the job was done. Happy with their work.

My toilet was running, I sent Otter an email and they responded right away and had an opening the next day , they showed up in the window time frame , we're polite and courteous, and professional. Evaluated my issue and gave me a reasonable quote. Had my toilet repaired within the hour. I highly recommend them. They are also a local company to maple valley which is important to me.

I never give this high of a rating but in this case I don't have a choice.  My pocket book dictates that i write this review for this company.  Leon and his company was actually recommended by a real estate firm out of Tacoma, Keller Williams so I didn't have to go to home advisory or any other maintenance service provider to the fix the issues in my house.  The company did not charge for the extra things like most other maintenance companies so i was pleasantly surprised when i received my bill under my anticipated estimate and half the time to fix everything. You name it, they can do it because on many occasions I changed the scope of our agreement and they worked with me instead of getting frustrated with my indecision.  it's rare that you obtain such good working relationships but working with Leon and his team was a pleasure.

I did not go with Limitless, mainly because they do not do tankless water heaters.  However, the person I spoke with on the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful.  He referred me to someone who can help me.  It was a productive conversation and helped me think about my issue more.

During the February 2019 snowstorm, our water main picked this time to break. It sprung a leak next to our foundation. Hey, the iron pipe was only 70 years old so I guess that's pretty good, right?

Done Right Plumbing gave us an estimate the same day and began repairs the next day. Most of the work was cutting thick driveway concrete and trenching from the water meter to my house. These guys are hard workers.

They did the job right: new PEX pipes larger than original, deeper burial than previous iron pipe, improved shut-off valve, generous silicon sealant through foundation, and a fine job pouring new concrete. I'm pretty sure it will last another 70 years.

They fixed the issue efficiently and left everything spotless. I highly recommend them!

When the water pressure in my house dropped dramatically, I began looking for a plumber. I found a BV. Their dispatcher was courteous and responsive. Hristo came out and quickly diagnosed the pressure. Reducer valve had failed. He replaced the outdated water isolation valve as well. His work looks fantastic and far better than what was existing. Great job! I had an urgent request for plumbing inspection on weekend and had little hope that I could find anyone. But, Professional Plumbing came to my rescue within 2 hours of contact and performed very professional inspection and found a section of broken pipe that could cost me quite some money to fix after I take over the property. Thanks to his valuable information and suggestion, i was able to negotiate with the seller to cover some of the repair cost. Highly recommended!

The reason I hired Travis over the other two estimates I got for some recent repair work wasn't the cost (though he was cheaper than at least one of the other guys). No, it was his thoroughness: he spent over an hour with his camera in and out of my (admittedly complex) shared sewer line, and then proposed several different options. What really sold it was a call I got that evening, Hey man, I've been thinking about your sewer... I hadn't been thinking about my sewer. But he had. On a Friday evening!
The actual work he did was great too. Again, thorough, great communication throughout, and even re-cemented a chunk of sidewalk such that it looks better than it did before.
I'd hire him again.

Called on a Thursday they yelp - got back to me immediately.  Team of two were at my house by about noon the next day - let me know in advance they were on the way.  Replaced one of my toilets VERY quickly.  In and out. They were masked, and they were tidy workers, too.  I hope I don't need to, but I would call them again.

This company makes people life easier. The back flow test request once set, I don't need to worry as they will take care of everything including sending test result to the City Water District yearly. Needless to say, their service charge is also compatible with others. Highly recommended!

Mike's team completely re-piped the lower two levels of our house since we had old galvanized pipes there. The company did a quality job and was easy to communicate with. Their workers are pleasant, approachable and transparent about what's going on. We are very glad that Mike's Plumbing was recommended to us!

They were lifesavers today when we realized that our home warranty was going to have us without hot water for an additional 5 days after already being without it for 5 days. I called around to a few places and I Need A Plumber Now had someone out to give me a quote in 30-45 minutes, the quote was lower than some of the others I received, AND they got our water heater installed on the same day. They were friendly, professional, and I am beyond impressed with their level of service! We are going to keep them in mind whenever we have other projects around our house.

We had a major leak that needed to be repaired and reached out to a number of plumbers to get bids.  Steady Flow Sewer and Drain was not only a fraction of the price of the local major chain, but did better work, gave great advice as we ran into issues with our leak detection service, and had some of the best technicians we've worked with.  It's been a relief to find an honest, skilled, and reasonably priced plumber who we will absolutely be using for future projects.

Ridgid just cleared our sewer line from the house out to the street.  He did an really conscientious job--sent a fiberoptic camera through the pipe several times to check progress and show me where the roots had come through a joint.  He also used a couple different-sized blades to do a thorough clean up.  The price was very fair--I had checked online and asked a few friends what to expect.   Couldn't be happier with this company.

I highly recommend Washington rooter. My kitchen sink was backed up...called Washington rooter and they provided a reasonable quote. I texted them my address, and within 15 min they were at my house. In another 10 min they were able to unblock food clogging the drain 50 feet away.

A fitting in our master bath stand alone tub installed by a different company a few years ago, split.  I called to see if someone could come out soon to have a look.  Nick came right out, found the problem and fixed it in no time.  I couldn't be more pleased with the knowledge he showed and the quality of repair.  I'll call Pristine again the next time I need work done, great people to work with....from the first phone call to the repair.
