We recently bought a home and noticed that the bath water in the upstairs master bath was slightly discolored, so we reached out to Otter Plumbing to see if they could pinpoint the issue. Working with Shane, he was able to diagnosis the problem pretty much over the phone with the help of some pictures of the water. His knowledge of the issue was spot on, the water heater, which was confirmed when Otter was able to come over the next day for a service call. They were very professional and arrived right on time for our agreed appointment. They confirmed the water heater was the issue and were able to quote us a very reasonable rate for a replacement compared to other companies we had looked at. The installation process was quick and the company did a fantastic job in verifying that the new water heater fixed the issue, and that we were satisfied with the quality of work. They cleaned up the area, better than when they started the job, and made sure all the old equipment was removed. All in all, we would defiantly use Shane and his team at Otter Plumbing again, and would recommend them to others.

I am a total DIY gal but electrical is beyond me as is installing a wall hood vent. In addition to the electrical and vent installation, we needed to have the ventilation to the roof re-installed properly (this time!). Time to call in the experts!  All in One Maintenance did an amazing job!  Very professional, reasonable and customer centric. Now I can continue my work renovating the kitchen. I contacted Brandon to clear a blockage in an underground downspout drain line.  My communication with him leading up to the job was very professional and prompt.  He contacted me and asked if he could come a day early which was much appreciated.  He worked hard in pouring rain and tried everything possible to clear the drain line.  Unfortunately, it looks like the line is collapsed and will need to be dug up and replaced.   Brandon has referred me to another trusted company to do the work.   The most amazing part is that Brandon refused to take any money saying that he was unable to complete the job and it wouldn't be right.   Brandon is as hardworking and fair as they come... I trust him and will definitely contact him again with any plumbing issues.

Called in and got a quote and install same day. While not the lowest quote, they were close and were very responsive in setting up the new water heater. No fee for checking the issue unlike some others I called

When the water pressure in my house dropped dramatically, I began looking for a plumber. I found a BV. Their dispatcher was courteous and responsive. Hristo came out and quickly diagnosed the pressure. Reducer valve had failed. He replaced the outdated water isolation valve as well. His work looks fantastic and far better than what was existing. Before I found Professional Plumbing, I hired several plumbing companies who were all rotten. I finally found a reliable company I can count on...Professional Plumbing fixed our plumbing problems...imagine that! We have decided to keep them as our permanent plumber. The owner/plumber explained everything he was doing and got to it and got it done in a very professional manner. I will definitely call Professional Plumbing if I ever have another plumbing need. Shane did an amazing job, he showed up on time. He is very clean, professional, communicative & hardworking. I had clogged sewer on Thanksgiving Day & Shane showed up on time and rescue the day.

I had a backed up sewer and my plumber could not unclog it.  I found some companies to do the estimate and it was very expensive.  My agent referred Brewer's Sewer repair to me.   I called Travis to make appointment to meet me the next day.  He came to my house even earlier than our appointment time.  He started working on his job and explained to me what he was doing.  After he found the problem area, he told me how he was going to solve the problem.  At that time, I felt I found a right guy already.  The best part was after he told me his estimate, I asked him when he could start working.
I am happy that I find Brewer.  I will refer him to all my friends if they need the help.

I don't write many reviews on Yelp, but I wanted to recommend Mad Piper's Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. The owner Zack was very polite and professional over the phone. The plumber Curtis was also very polite and efficient getting our toilet removed and replaced. Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Thanks guys!

Terribly RUDE and irresponsible company. try to avoid. wish there were 0 stars option.
so back in April, it was time to annual back flow test, we scheduled one with them, asked them what they need from us. they told us they will take care of everything, we don't even have to be at home for the test. that's great right?
then in may, we got a notice from the city saying we did not finish our back flow test, so I contacted them again, didn't answer the phone. then I contact the city, and was told I had two irrigation and fire sprinkler back flow tests, and the fire sprinklers were not tested.
I was confused and called the company again, without giving out any of my info, I asked if they'd take care of everything, the operator said yes, they will take care of everything for $45. then I specifically asked, if they would take care of the irrigation and the fire sprinkler test as well, she assured me again, they will take care of everything for $45. it was Thursday and the deadline from the city was 4pm next Tuesday, so I told her the situation and ask for a test before that, she said she couldn't. well, then I told her to get a supervisor and finally we had an appointment down on Tuesday 10AM. at this point, I was OK because everyone makes mistake right?
then it comes to 10AM Tuesday, the technician came to knock my door, I opened the door and he said he's testing the back flow, I said ok and went back to grab my glasses, when I came back out (within 2 minutes), he's gone, without asking what I have and without entering my garage (where the fire sprinkler thing is). hey, I scheduled this test just to test fire sprinklers, and you left without even asking or looking at it? seriously? then I called the company third time, and thankfully the technician came back later in the day. ok I had to stay home for this long, but at least our water won't be shut off.
the above is irresponsible part and here comes the rude part.
I received a second invoice asking for another $45 for annual testing of back flow assemble. I thought it must be a mistake because we have paid for the first invoice $45 before they even came back. so I called them, again. and they still asked me to pay for this $45, well, what about $45 dollars we take care of everything? guess what, operator defined 'everything' for me, she said, 'everything' means 'everything from trip fee, filing fee, paperwork fee, etc', and irrigation is not in 'everything' for fire sprinkler, and fire sprinkler is not 'everything' to irrigation, and we do this for 'everyone', so I guess we might have a different understanding on 'everyone' right? because I asked couple of my neighbors (same development, same builder,  all built within last 12 month), they all finished the test for $45. at this point, the women on the phone was being rude already, won't even let me speak, won't let me finish my sentences. I didn't want to argue on the phone, so I just said, if we come down to business next year, I'll pay $90, but this year, I asked for a quote, you give me $45 without asking how many devices I have, just plain said $45 for everything, it's you mistake, I'll not pay $45. guess what, she said, if you don't want to pay $45, fine, I'll write it off. but I'll note on your account, bad customer, we will never do business with you again, and she hangs up immediately.
yeah, I guess finally we can be on the same page, I will never do business with you too.

Came out to snake my bathroom drain. Very professional and fixed the problem in less time than they thought it would take. Great service at a good price. Can't ask for me than that.

Long story short, our water heater went out and we needed help asap. We called around and found this company,  they came out for free and within the hour. After diagnosing our issue, they gave us a fair bid and education on options. They were not pushy or rushed, and gave us payment options to meet our needs. We had a new water heater within hours, and they even installed it in the evening with no extra charge. This company knows how to make a lifetime customer. We were so impressed with the entire transaction.  Thank you!!!!

The service was fast and well done, however the plumber was not clear about how much additional service or charges would be. I don't know how other plumbing services do it, but I would imagine they'd be clear about how much a job costs before confirming an additional appointment. The plumber didn't mention any additional charges, and gave the impression that any additional cleaning of the main drain would be covered by the initial $550 charge. I ended up paying roughly an additional $500 for the second cleaning (which lasted about half an hour) and the price was told to me after the work was done. There should be solid clarity about how much any additional charges would cost before it is scheduled. Wanted to leave a balanced review in that the service was fast and responsive and I'm grateful for Dan's rapid availability - but it's unfortunate that there wasn't more clarity upfront about the cost. As long as there is more solid confirmation about how much any additional services/appointments would cost, this business would be perfect.

These guys are the best. They'll always do their best to fit you in and give a fair price. Their work has been very reliable. They've had to come for different issues and do an excellent job with repairs. Considering hiring them for a bigger job because they are so great!

I'll start with the summary: Luke is an absolute pleasure to work with. His craftsmanship is exceptional, his demeanor is friendly, pricing is good, and he went out of his way to help us with several jobs, one of them at the last minute. We will not hesitate to recommend him to family and friends!

Farid was extremely responsive and helpful. He took care of our immediate issues and was able to address everything permanently right after. The work required digging under the yard and a piece of the driveway, and figuring out how to adjust the lines to make it maintainable. Farid and crew did their best to address the required adjustments in addition to the actual fix. Everything was done to make things better and I did not need be concerned with any upcharge. The work was done in a transparent manner.

I was thinking the price was a bit high, but I may have been thrown off by how high things are costing these days. Ultimately, it was totally worth it for a job well done.
