Igor did a lot of work for us over a period of about a week. He was an excellent communicator, very reasonable in terms of price, and effectively handled all the issues we needed addressed. I strongly recommend him and Redline for your projects.

Showed up right on time.  Diagnosed problem in 5 minutes.   Didn't have the right part on his truck so he went to get one.  He was back 10 minutes later and had it fixed and tested in 5 minutes more.  Will definitely hire them again.

This is the second time I used their service. Pasha came in time and helped me to rewrite one of the outlet quickly. It took about 20 min and it is done. Now I have patio light on my balcony. The rate is lower than some others I quoted. I could not ask for more!

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Derek was so awesome to work with. I saved up a bunch of small jobs for an electrician to do, that might have been more handyman work but he was more than willing to complete the work but did it in a quick and efficient manner. I got the wrong supplies, he helped me find replacements and gave me a budget for options, along with pros and cons of each choice. I am so appreciative of how easy he is to contact, how quick he responds and how professional but kind he is. I would give Alive Electric 10./10 if I could. Will definitely use this company again.

Paul is fantastic.  I had him come out to do some work in my 100 year old house and I could not be more impressed.  He's incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and fast.  I have a toddler and a couple dogs and he made sure to keep the gates shut behind him whenever he went up/down stairs or outside.  When the city inspector showed up the following week, the first thing she told me was that he is hands down the best electrician in Tacoma.

Dave did a fantastic job with our electrical work last year. He updated our electrical service from 100 AMPs to 200 AMPs, and put in tons of new outlets into our basement as well as a new electric car charging outlet. Great communication, a hard worker, and flexible. I'm so glad we found Dave.

I hired Honesty to replace a chandelier. They are easy to communicate with, show up on time, and quickly do the work. I would definitely recommend Honesty!

Poor service, Andrew didn't get the permits and we had to apply it ourselves and there was no help with that either. I wouldn't hire them again

I know one thing about this business:  when I got a flat tire in front of their establishment trying to rush home with my 3 year old in the car and a hungry baby at home waiting to nurse, they didn't hesitate to help.   A really nice guy checked with his boss and headed right out to save the day and get us safely on our way.

Parker Bros is an outstanding organization! I had bought a doublewide in which the electrical work can be fairly tricky. In fact I had called other places previously, no one answered, and they never returned my call.

The previous owners had done all sorts of funky stuff, a crazy looking breaker box, outlets with masses of wires hanging out of them, no way to access the junction boxes without cutting a hole in the ceiling. It wasn't a problem for Parker Bros at all. They came out quick, handled it all within two hours, and the fee was extremely reasonable. When there was a follow up issue they came right back out and fixed it in no time.

In a world filled to the brim with swindlers and scammers it was really nice to work with people as professional, reasonable, and effective as the Parker Bros. I recommend them without reservation for any electrical issue you have.

Aaron was friendly and professional.  He finished the job in the time he said and no hidden fees which was great!  What he quoted is what they charged me. I would highly recommend them and would definitely call on them again should the need arise!!!  Thank you!!!!

We had a tree fall on our house and the whole act of god makes us prime candy for any kinda building contractors...honestly we could easily be told we needed updates or work done, and our insurance probably would have covered it no problem. Actually surprisingly a lot of the people we have been trying to work with have been more than happy to give us an over estimated bill on work we don't actually need simply to take advantage of the insurance of insurance money. Steele, their field manager, came out for free and was super nice, helpful and honest. Told me we actually didn't need the work done after all (again, he easily could have made up a job like others have been doing, the house is old) and that kinda integrity deserves recognition. I appreciate it and we will call them for all our electricity needs in the future.

I did not hire Best Built inc., but I received excellent service from them. There was a leak at my condo unit from the upper unit. The water was coming through my ceiling light fixtures, my tenant was worried about electric shocks and fire hazards. I needed someone to check it for me. I called Best Built Inc. and left a voice message. They called me back in one hour and, after I explained the situation, he kindly gave out advice based on his 40 plus year experience. He also patiently answered a few more further questions. I would definitely give them a try if I need any help in the future, and I would recommend others to do so as well.

(I did not hire or pay for their service, but I was impressed by their kindness and professionalism)

Used Reign City Electric to do some repairs/install at my home on 5/27, one of which a vanity light was not working. They fixed it at the time. But now not 3 wks later the light is again not working. I called this morning only to get voicemail which said to get a faster response send them a text which I did and later when there was no response I called the number and left a voicemail and still unable to speak to someone. I guess they don't stand behind their work. DON'T WASTE YOU TIME WITH THEM. EUGENE IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. WONT ANSWER YOU CALLS OR TEXT THEN WHEN HE FINALLY DOES HAS EXCUSES AFTER EXCUSES AND THEN TOLD ME NEVER TO CALL OR TEXT AGAIN. Then starts texting me that he WONT come out because I was angry to him on the phone because I was unable to get hold of him yesterday and the he just continues to lie about everything

It was never recommended to replace the light !! He just put it back up and said it was fixed.  MORE OF YOUR LIES !! You are unprofessional and THE CUSTOMER IS NEVER RIGHT ACCORDING TO YOU AND YOUR TIME IS FAR MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR CUSTOMER   I Need to check my email not deal with an unhappy customer. And instead of referring to me by my name you kept calling me
J. Again unprofessional !!

Then after telling me not to contact him he keeps texting me. Told me to let it go harassing me more.

Finally had to block his number on my phone to stop his harassing texts

Very happy with ESS in terms of their responsiveness, timeliness and service. The proprietor, Rich, took the time on the phone to review the problem I was having prior to scheduling service, which I really appreciate. And when I couldn't fix the problem myself, two of his people were able to work through some wonky wiring in our home and make it work, and work safely. Very happy with the service I received, but also with the professionalism of the two electricians that provided the service. I'm happy to recommend ESS to others with similar problems or needs.

An electrician came by this afternoon to diagnose an electrical problem we have with our driveway lights. He was unable to solve the problem and in addition screed up my garage door opener that now doesn't work and I have to operate it manually. When I called in and described the problem they said there was nothing they can do. They charged me over $400.00 and couldn't solve the problem and left me in an unworkable situation. On a scale from 1-5 I give them minus zero. At the very least they should have fixed the problem they caused.
