Best Hot Water Recirculation Pump Repair in Seattle WA
Great company. One of the most responsive for my project. I needed a bathroom faucet /p-trap pipe replacement for a pipe clog issue. They scheduled quickly, the team was on time, respectful and performed the work to utmost satisfaction. I would highly recommend.

Zach and his team were fantastic. They were able to get out to solve my sewer problems the morning after I called them. Wyatt ad Rudy the technicians were super friendly, clean, and professional, left the site as they found it (it was a messy job for sure) I would highly recommend PriceBusters plumbing service.

We called them for leaky kitchen sink faucet, leaky bathroom sink faucet, and frozen bathtub shower diverter.
They came on time ~8.30 in their 8-12 window. Our technician, John was quite good - listened to all our concerns.
He suggested the changes that should be made immediately. And he was open about which changes are not urgent.
When I asked him about how competitive the prices were, he was upfront that they were right down the middle - not the cheapest we can get but not the most inflated either.
He had to visit a couple stores to get us the stainless steel faucet - so that was nice that he did that.

Called today to see about getting a wax seal replaced. Al showed up and at first trudd to say it wasn't the wax seal causing the leak and that the males in the house were not aiming properly. (I found this a little difficult to believe and can only think he was trying to get his hour rate just for showing up. Also the leak was coming up on the opposite side of the room, so unless the males REALLY can't aim, this reinforced my assumption)
After prodding them, they eventually did pull the toilet off, replace the ring and as they were reinstalling the toilet, they noticed a crack in the toilet and instead of offering to replace it (at this point I could not determine who was at fault for the crack), or waiting for me to go to home depot down the street, the proceeded to remount the toilet and then left. Now I will have to pay another fee to get them to pull the toilet off AGAIN, so they can replace it.
These guys were recommended by Forest Ridge plumbing and will definitely be letting them know about this piss poor service (no pun intended)

Mike and Tyler showed up on time, reviewed the project with me, and got to work immediately. I have my water shut off valve in a basement closet and it is an old twist knob that was about 7ft high. I asked them to replace the shut off and install a quarter turn valve. I also asked them to lower it a couple feet so my wife can access the shut off without a stool. All work completed in under an hour, including removing drywall and cleaning up the area. Definitely will use Otter Plumbing again.

We discovered a leaking drainage pipe in our walls that had been leaking water into our basement office. I called Done Right and Steve was at our house within 30 minutes, and fixed the leak within an hour. He checked to see if we needed the pipes snaked, and felt that this was not necessary (something any dishonest contractor could have told us we did need, and charged us extra for). Great work, great service, fair prices, and a super nice guy to boot. I would highly recommend this company!

Had a great experience with this company today. We had a pipe break and was leaking 2gallons of water per minute costing us hundreds of dollars on our water bill. Everyone we called could not get us in for weeks. Ace Works found a way to help us out in our time of need! They sent Tom out to our house that day and within a few hours a new valve was installed and water could be restored to our house. The work was done professionally and when they left there was no sign that they were ever here. I highly recommend this business.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Fast, did more than asked, bid was %50 lower than competion. Put in on demand Gas hotwater heater, and I would highly recommend this company.

We hired Schmitty's Plumbing for the plumbing part of a basement remodel and we could not be happier with the work they did. Brian was great at guiding us through the process, patient and attentive to our needs and his price was very fair! His team was great as well, very nice, considerate and did everything to ensure the work was as little disruptive as possible, my wife works from home and we have a 9 month old baby so finding a contractor that is able to adapt to our needs was really important. I could not recommend Brian and his crew more!
There was extensive work that needed to be done, including cutting concrete floors, decommissioning an old gas furnace, radiators and 2 water heaters, removing all the gas pipes, installing a tankless water heater, doing all the rough in for a new bathroom, reconfiguring the existing bathroom and moving water pipes out of the way to create more room... this was an extensive 2 weeks plumbing project as they were awesome through the entire process. Unfortunately the pictures I took do not do service to show the extent of the work that was done but I am attaching some of them anyway. Thank you Brian and team for doing such a great job.

When the water pressure in my house dropped dramatically, I began looking for a plumber. I found a BV. Their dispatcher was courteous and responsive. Hristo came out and quickly diagnosed the pressure. Reducer valve had failed. He replaced the outdated water isolation valve as well. His work looks fantastic and far better than what was existing. Thank you ABV Plumbing.

We used Eric for a bathroom addition in our basement at our home in Sammamish. He was extremely reliable, professional and reasonably priced. He coordinated with our other vendors and our new bathroom turned out great! He even provided a recommendation for a saw cutter and framer to keep our project moving. Alpha plumbing was great to work with!

As brand new homeowners, this was the first maintenance issue we encountered and had to brace ourselves for the unexpected expense we didn't know if we were financially prepared for. Joe was professional, reliable, and affordable, and fixing our problem was pretty painless. We will definitely be hiring him again for our bathroom tear-out later this year!

A+ literally the only company that operates well in the construction boom. Showed up on time, easily scheduling, did the job in one day, checked there was not leaks. There was a leak they came early the next day before I die ruin. Easiest company I have worked with. Hire them!

We had an issue with our bathtub not draining properly. We kept fixing the issue ourselves but it kept coming back. Green house plumbing and heating helped us solve the issue permanently. Very good service and nice people.

They did a great job and were very clear in their explanation of what was needed to be done and what was actually performed. I would definitely recommend them and, should I need another plumbing job done, give them a call. Thanks!

The toilet was leaking. The first tech Carlos was very friendly but needed another part to stop the leak. He was very friendly and professional. He said he would be here on Monday, but the company was able to send a tech on Sunday. Andrew fixed the leak and made sure it was not leaking again. He is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed chatting with him as he did the repair. My toilet is finally fixed, YEA. Very happy with this company.

Kaizen came out and solved our problem with the temperature regulator. They are very communicative and knowledgeable and fixed it right the first time. My only complaint would be a lack of an itemized invoice. I really didn't know the breakdown for what I was paying for.

We had a blocked landscape drain at our commercial property in Kirkland that caused some minor surface water flooding last winter. Finally got around to searching for a outdoor plumber. Chose Mr. Rooter for an estimate based on a few reviews and a walk through their website. Sent in a request and was called back within the hour.
Got a fast schedule for an on-site estimate, and had a great meeting with David. He listened well and inspected the offending drain and others it is connected to. He said we can do this, and Jim is the technician to do it with the Hydrojet drain clearing system. Got a fair estimste and a schedule for weekend work when the parking lot would be clear.
Jim Yorba arrived within the scheduled window and got down to business. He has a great attitude, focus on safety (masks, boots, eye protection), he explained what to expect an got to work. A couple of hours later these tools in the hands of this experienced pro got it all cleared out. Cleaned up the site and thanked me for the business. Very satisfied customer here.

My wife had Robison out a year ago to install a toilet that I didn't have time to install. There was nothing unusual about the install, however the cost was quite high. While they were there they convinced her to buy a $150 lifetime contract to do annual inspections of our plumbing. This is supposed to give us some kind of discount of future services as well.
Back in late January they came out to do their annual inspection of the plumbing. At that time I pointed out that one of the toilets had leaky fill valve that would need to be repaired. The serviceman didn't have the part and told me that they would call me the following day with a quote. A week passed and I hadn't heard anything so I called to find out what was going on. I was told I would hear back the following day. Three calls and a month later and I still haven't gotten a quote from these jokers. The last time we called was on a Friday and we spoke to Tom the service manager. He assured us that we would hear from them the following Monday. It is now Tuesday and still no quote. I decided to order the part and just install it myself. In the end it's a $30 part and will take about 15 minutes to install. In the time I spent trying to contact these guys I could have completed the job. If I ever get a quote from them for this work, I'll post their price for comparison.
I'm irritated that we were sold a service contract that is worthless. It is clear that unless they can drum up a large repair job while they are doing the inspection, they have no interest in providing service. I plan to still have them do their annual visit because I paid for the service, but you can bet they won't be hired to ever do any work on my house.
Call someone else. These guys are not worth the time.
