Best Gas Furnace Repair in Seattle WA

2 Sons Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
We had Tony come out and give us a quote on some work. He was on time and super friendly. He talked us through our various options and gave us candid feedback on the possible ideas. He was honest about what ideas he thought were not worth the cost and gave what seemed like reasonable prices for the area.

Done Right Plumbing Plumbing Service
Called Done Right Plumbing about a leaking valve and they were able to come out in the shortest date/time available.  Everyone from Tracy to plumbers, Steve and Ben were professional, honest, and knowledgeable, and took time to explain my options.  They were not at all pushy or tried to upsell me services I didn't need.  They were there to help me in a pinch and to fix my problem.  I sincerely appreciate that kind of integrity and commitment to service.  I would highly recommend Done Right Plumbing!

Seattle Plumbing Sewer & Heating Plumbing Service
The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable.  He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day.  Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly.  Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish.  I definitely recommend them!

Ally Heating and Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
I always check Yelp reviews but rarely write one.  I found Ally on Yelp bc of the great reviews.  I called yesterday and had fantastic customer service scheduling a technician visit today from 12-4. Devin and Gino arrived at 1pm and were AMAZING! Very clear, informative and patient as I explained and had to call my husband for my details on cutting off and replacing a valve under our dishwasher and kitchen sink. They went above and beyond to ensure we could use our water until our new dishwasher is installed by adding a new angle stop to our water supply. Devin and Gino super efficient and explained everything. Thanks so much!

Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating Air Plumbing Service
Had some issues at my rental house, the landlord called Seatown Electric. They arrived promptly on a Monday and did a quick safety check and explained fully what work needed to be done along with estimates. They were very booked for the next few weeks, but still took the time to help as much as they could. Brandon and Mitchell were very polite, kind and understanding.

Also, just wanted to note, to the person who had this company install their theater system, these are electricians, NOT an Audio or Visual specialist. If you want someone to setup your home theater system you hire a home theater expert, NOT an electrician.

Joe the Pro Plumbing, Heating & Air Plumbing Service
Joe and his crew were AMAZING! They installed the piping/faucet/drainage required for a utility sink, which runs off of the same lines we originally used for our laundry hookup; and they replaced a leaking hose spigot that runs off of the same main water line that our water comes into the house from the city--it was rusty and beyond it's years. They completed the projects we discussed and came in right at his estimate.

He and his crew were courteous, easy to talk to/ask clarifying questions, and clearly knew their way around all-things-plumbing. They even cleaned up my drywall removing hack job (That was fun for me, but THANK YOU for making it look so much better!), and they fixed a drainage issue with our washing machine that was beyond the scope of the work we had discussed.

After they completed the work, Joe gave me a run-down on future pipe/plumbing work that would need to be completed in a couple of years related to our main water line (Our house is over 100 years old, so this was no surprise for us!), and gave us a broad estimate so we can start planning and saving for it.

We'll definitely be contacting him for all our future plumbing needs. Thank you, to Joe and your crew!

Washington Water Heaters, Heating & Air Conditioning Plumbing Service
Update: not sure who to believe, them or Sears agents....?

I bought my water tank through sears since it's a much better deal that way. Paid for all necessary installation and permit fees.

Washington water heaters calls and says they won't come in and install anything if I don't pay them extra fees.

Called Sears, they said that is incorrect and I  paid for all fees necessary and said next time I should tell them to call Sears (since I'm not the client of Washington water heaters directly).

Anyways I was told there was an appointment set up for me today but washington water heaters canceled it.

Called back sears and they said Washington water heaters had an appointment with me on Friday...but then call washington water heaters since no one shows up and they say i still have to pay...who do I believe?

Then I call sears and another agent says sometimes contractors have extra charges but since I did not want to pay my order was canceled.

At the end I just hired another company myself (without help if sears) with a much better price. Sears said washington water heaters wanted about $300 extra on top of what I paid of $319 for installation. That's $619 just for installation only (I already had water tank).

Anyways since they canceled my order I'm waiting for a refund from sears but glad I was able to call contractors on my own for a much better price.

Here's what I really don't understand: how could they NOT come in and assess my old water tank but over the phone assume I just owe extra money for parts they're assuming I don't have...,???

Btw my old water tank is totally fine, I just know they should be switched out before getting too old and thought to do it now than later.

Anyways hope no one ever has to experience the craziness I went through calling sears so many times and then calling washington water heaters to try and figure out who to trust on the extra fees.

Plumbing & Heating Specialist Plumbing Service
I chose Plumbing and Heating Specialist after getting 4 other bids for a boiler replacement. They were the lowest bid which I usually don't take, but I did my due diligence and checked licensing (current) and online reviews. WOW! Let me save you some time. First, I used to work in the plumbing industry, it is very difficult to maintain good reviews in this industry. To say I was shocked and impressed is an understatement. These ratings are VERY impressive:
--A+ Rating at the BBB, 1 (resolved) complaint in 3 years.
--Yelp-4.5/5 (6 reviews, now 7 with mine).
--Porch-4.73/5 (78 reviews).
--Google-4.9/5 (43 reviews).
--Facebook-5/5 (5 reviews).
I hired them with full confidence in their work. In every interaction I found this company to be very courteous and professional! They communicate very well--very responsive, even answering within an hour when I sent emails after business hours. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They were very mindful about not letting my dog out of the backyard. For the work itself, there were 4 guys (2 licensed plumbers and 2 techs) and my boiler was replaced in 6-7 hours. They cleaned up after their work, and took away the old boiler.
I do not hesitate to recommend Thomas, Kyle, Darrell (and the new guy!) at Plumbing and Heating Specialist. If you need plumbing or heating work, look no further! They have a huge service area so if you are in Snohomish, King or Pierce County they can help you.
Be sure to tell them you read my review!

Brian's Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
Gas hot water heater decided to quit Friday, looked for Plumbers near me. Brian's came up with a bunch of 5 star ratings. Called the number and he was out 3 weeks, but took pity on me. Doesn't usually work weekends but with 3 teenagers and this damnt corona virus, he came the next day, Saturday and installed a new one. Thank God, just washing hands in the ice cold tap water was merciless. He deserves all the 5 star ratings. Even reprogrammed my thermostat for furnace while he was here. Business is based on service, rare these days.

Beacon Plumbing Plumbing Service
Do not use Beacon to fix an outdoor E-One grinder pump. They are not qualified to do it. I had them come out on a Sunday for an emergency call. The two guys that showed up did not know anything. I explained on the phone what my system was and what it was doing. When they got there, they ran no tests or any type of diagnosis. The guy looked in the hole where the pump is and said it had to be replaced and that they would have to order the pump and could do it in a couple days. They quoted me $11,500 to do the job. I said I needed to shop around and that I would let them know. But I had to pay $100 for them to come out and do absolutely nothing. Such a rip off.  I later found the company Correct Equipment which I later found out is the only certified dealer and servicer of the E-one grinder pump system. They came out on a Monday and repaired the pump (not replace) for a total of $1038. They told me that if they had to do the whole system (new power box and pump) that it would be under $5000. I have lost all trust in Beacon Plumbing and will never use them.

Resicon Heating and Air, Plumbing & Electrical Plumbing Service
I emailed Craig for a quote for a ductless heat pump and he quickly got back to me and came out to our house (in Shoreline) to provide a quote. He was incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgable. On the day of installation, his workers were clean, considerate, and thorough. He even called to check and see how they everything was doing. I would definitely recommend Craig and his company for your heating and cooling needs.

Beacon Plumbing - Seattle Plumbing Service
Kitchen sink wouldn't drain and clog was somewhere deep in the pipes. Called Beacon and they scheduled me for later that day, 10mins later the plumber Gato called me and said he was on his way with eta. Gato quickly diagnosed the issue, was up front with pricing and finished the job quickly and professionally. Great service! Will definitely use Beacon again in the future.

Gene Johnson Plumbing & Heating Plumbing Service
4 Stars is as good as it gets for plumbers as far as I'm concerned.  The only way to get a five is for the price to come down and I don't think that's reality, just based on market conditions.  When you need a plumber, you need a plumber, let's face it.  I do recommend Gene Johnson and we would use them again.  I have a point of comparison as well, because our story starts 3 months ago when we had a water main from the street start leaking. We got 3 bids, GJ was one.  We liked the professionalism, straight forward and detailed proposal, the promptness of coming out, but went with another plumber, because he claimed a trenchless process (um beware of these claims), he had great online reviews, and he was cheaper. Well, you get what you pay for as it turned out. I should do a different review on the other plumber someplace else, because it was quite negative, and the basis for our choosing him was the online reviews mainly, so I am trying to be very responsible in my review here. Back to Gene Johnson.  Because we remembered so clearly the good impression (on a gut level too) from Dennis who came out from GJ, we called this time when the repair didn't hold from the last guy. They responded to email and phone calls promptly.  Sent Darryl out first thing, got the work scheduled, gave us detailed information on what the situation was, and kept us updated as the work progressed and they found the illegal work done by the other guy.  I can't remember the other GJ employee who came out and did all the ditch digging, but he was a young fellow and I was impressed at his professionalism.  They remind me a bit of the Les Schwab experience.  Clean, professional, not bargain basement, but solid work and product. Our job ended up more work than they anticipated (I'm pretty sure), but they were pleasant, communicative, and did the job and showed us and explainted the work as it progressed.  In the end we would have saved about $1k if we had just gone with them in the beginning.  I would definitely call them again.  Plumbing isn't cheap, it's just the way it is, like it or not, and if you are getting someone quoting you a discount price, I would think twice.  If you want discount plumbing, I suppose the best thing to do is learn to do it yourself, as professionals in the industry who are working are going to charge the going rate.

8004 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275
South West Plumbing Service
This company rips off senior citizens.  My MIL was charged  $1800 for a water heater,  $725 for a garbage disposal and $900 for a toilet.  Average prices for these items are generously $578, $250, & $200 respectively.  Do not call this company unless you would like to be screwed too.
