Best Gas Furnace Repair in Seattle WA

We now contact Treat's for all of our HVAC system. We have an older furnace that needs TLC. Treat's always comes through. We appreciate their promptness, courtesy and full and clear explanation of all work.

Fast, polite and well done! The office responded promptly to my on-line inquiry and had me scheduled in 2 days for a non-urgent repair. Bronson and Josh called exactly 30 minutes before arrival right on time. Explained what my options were re: the repair. And also upgraded the bathroom and kitchen circuits to gfi. They were done in a little over an hour. I appreciated their transparency on pricing.

Highly recommend and will use again if needed.

Our furnace was acting up the night before. It would work fine for a couple minutes and then suddenly it would stop heating. We called around to see if anyone could come the same day to help us out. Seatown was the company that could fit us in and we are certainly glad they did. Tyler came by to help us out. He immediately thought the filter could be clogging things up so that's the first thing we looked at. After 30 mintues of running, it looked like he found the problem. So we started doing the paperwork, etc when the furnace died once again. So he took it apart piece by piece, cleaned out the fan, redid some of the wiring. He also took pictures and walked me through potential future issues (our furnace is pushing 20+ years). So after putting everything back together he waited another 30 minutes to make sure everything worked. I can't really explain how it all works, but so far so good. Seatown and Tyler did a great job for us. Very professional and friendly. Walked me through every step they took along the process.

I just moved in to my new house and found 3 outlets in the family room don't have power. Andy Mcdonald came, checked the trip breaker and start troubleshooting the issue. He quickly narrow down the problem and resolved it. There's no need to make a new hole in wall, etc.

We love our new AC and I have been wanting one due to the heat wave. I worked with Cameron and Cameron was really nice and answered all our questions. It was easy to communicate with him and get everything figured out. Our installers and electricians were friendly and helped us to install everything quickly. They are experienced and professional. I highly recommend Allred and it has been great working with them. I plan on getting others around me to install AC with them as well. Thank you, I can finally stop dying in the summer heat.

We worked with Allred through Lowes and although I don't really like Lowes, Allred has been fantastic!

Not expecting to much on a special but in for a big surprise .
The pro that did my work was totally professional , highly knowledgeable ,and so very personable . Way out did my expectations  .

Mercurio's installed a complete new 5 ton gas furnace and AC unit in our house. It was a replacement as we needed a new, efficient and quiet system. The whole job went super well. From the sales person, to install, to follow up. It is a top of the line American Standard product. It has been in for one year now and Mercurio's provides a complementary one-year thorough follow-up. That went well too. I even bought an annual Maintenance Contract from them as well. This new system is efficient and most of all -- very quiet. I am really pleased and would recommend Mercurio's to anyone and everyone. They are the best. Their personnel are thorough, courteous, and professional; especially the sales person, Chris who saw the project through completion.

Awesome guy named Miguel that came to bid my basement bathroom...his bid was half the price of five other electrical bids that came previous with much more services suggested.  He gave me awesome ideas and suggestions on switches, vents, lights, etc. and was willing to work to make the customer happy.

Promised to knock it out in 3-4 hours, but did it in just over 2 hours...very happy and pleased with his work!  Love my new lighting and bath!  Would highly recommend this company and will use them for a new panel and wiring in the near future!

Good work and materials but expensive. Be sure to haggle on price. They gave me a 10% break but they'll only do it once.

Rip off people! These told me I needed numerous new parts for my heating system when I actually only needed one new part, I'm really glad I got a second opinion and avoided giving these thieves my money. I saved a fortune by avoiding this company!

My hot water heater is down, and I called South West Plumbing at noon to schedule a service call.  The nice lady on the phone told me that they would happily be out between 5 and 7 and that their dispatcher would call closer to the time to advise me of their arrival time.  At 5:21 p.m. I received a call from their dispatcher to tell me that their plumber was now booked solid and that they wouldn't be able to come out at all.  I'm now stuck with no water heater and wasted my entire day not seeking out other service because of these clowns.  What a disaster!

They charged $400 for a new furnace thermostat. That is an outrages price, especially since I found the same thermostat after they installed it for $125 installed $200 with warranty elsewhere. The only reason they provided for such a ridiculous price for the thermostat was it under warrant for 5 years and they installed it. I will never use this company I feel they charges are extremely high and poor quality work. Still don't have a working furnace, something new is wrong, need a different tech for new problem.

Have a leak from shower and needed it diagnosed and repaired. Was charged a $100 fee + taxes for technician to show up. He looked at the shower system, said no markings so not sure of brand for my shower hardware. Then as he couldnt take the handle off the water selector/cartridge he said thats all he could do unless he breaks the handle off. I offered to show him the basement to see if he can spot the leak and he declined saying it was unnecessary.

After he left, I spent 5 minutes trying to remove the handle for the water selector with an allen wrench and it came off without damage.

Beacon is a joke and a waste of time and money. Would not recommend.

I contacted Washington Energy this week to request maintenance on the ductless heat pump they installed in 2016.  They were out this afternoon, thoroughly inspected and cleaned the unit, patiently answered all my questions and best of all, quickly and efficiently got everything working normally again.  I remain delighted with Washington Energy, with the durability and cost effectiveness of my heat pump, and with both Cheryl, the Customer Care Coordinator who assisted me and Cris, my HVAC Service Technician.  Excellent service!

Very timely and professional service.  The owner Ben is always available to take your call and his support tech and staff are very professional and patient to answer all of your questions regarding Heating & Cooling systems.  I had an issue in a Sunday and they came and took a look and job was scheduled and done by Tuesday.  I would highly recommend Black Lion no problem.

I would like to give a shout out to Bradley and co for their commitment to service.  We had a problem with our heat pump and they sent Bradley a great distance on the weekend to troubleshoot.  He stayed long after dark to make sure it was working before he left.  Great customer service - they always pick up the phone and have very pleasant people interacting with customers.  I always feel heard and respected and they go out of their way to get to everyone who needs service.
