Best Gas Furnace Repair in Seattle WA
Just like before, except this time was more serious, Treat's tech Billy was exceptional. Everyone I've been in contact with there has been wonderful. A major (to me anyway) part needed to be replaced on our heat pump. Of course it happened during one of our little heat waves, lol. But Treat's took care of us very quickly & everything is now working like a charm. I highly recommend these folks!

I am not easily impressed, but this company is outstanding! I requested bids to install an EV charger from 4 different companies, 1 of whom was a no-show. Brent from Washington Energy was by far the most thorough and professional and gave me complete confidence that they were the right company to hire. Daniel and Cornelius did the install and they were on time, polite, professional, efficient and finished earlier than estimated. They did a great job and the city inspector confirmed that they did an excellent job. I would absolutely hire this company again! The interactions I had with everyone in this company were above and beyond - I'm definitely impressed.

Wanted an electrician to come diagnose why my heater wasn't working and to fix an outlet.
After about an hour of working he determined the heater needed to be replaced and oh.. Since my condo is 4 stories instead of 3 he can't work on it. Why wouldn't they ask that on the phone or notice it as soon as he got here?
I ended up buying a new heater to replace my existing one to do it myself, but I realized the existing one WASN'T CONNECTED. How could you miss that as an electrician? I wired it up and in about 5 minutes had it working.
I will say I wasn't charged for the visit and he did give me a free light switch, but still felt like I wasted my time.

over priced. And the technician, even tho hard working, he hooked my garbage disposal up to a 220 wire. Shame on him. Almost set my house a fire. He did come back and fix the issue tho. Then I had to send inspector the updated version of the upgraded panel box. Just make sure the guy gets some rest before they over use him again.

Out of three AC companies, Allred was the only company who was able to get our air conditioner unclogged. Jesse took his time, got it figured out, and was professional and polite through the whole experience. They definitely have our business moving forward.

My whole experience with Allred has been an extreme nightmare, I wish I would have never went with this garage company. From the overpriced product, to the installation customer service, and billing Department, we were told it would only be a few months for the Ac to be installed to 6 months later and lots of bullshit phone calls trying to reschedule, had them do a partial install for the AC so it wouldn't take all day but the moment the AC came in that took all day and the inexperienced installers completely sucked they could not figure out why the heat wouldnt come on after installing AC and spent over two hours trying to figure out going into my crawlspace to find the wire thinking it was my perfectly fine thermostat and suggested that we replaced it with one of theirs which was way shittier and then it turned out it was never our thermostat and end up taking my nice good one and then two weeks after AC was put in we lose heat completely we try to call and get a technician to come out that night and were told it was going to be a two hour wait then all of a sudden decided that they're just gonna make us appointment first thing in the morning so we had to go without heat for 24 hours, there is nothing good about this company, all it's done is give me a complete migraine. Would not recommend this company to anybody between the inexperienced installers and the unknowledgeable team they have, that don't know nothing and sound like they don't talk to each other. Can't even show up when they say they will. Giving a 1 star is to much for this company... Try negative 100 stars!!!!!

We were on standby for a service call during their very busy week of hot weather, and they made our call a priority. The tech was professional, thorough, and efficient. He gave us helpful pointers so we can ensure proper functioning of our a/c unit.

I was searching for a good reliable air conditioner company. This is a PSE contractor company .
Most of the companies out aren't not PSE contractor . Be aware especially you want to get the PSE energy rebate and the city permits.
Consumers should check with their electricity company verify the company before sign any contract .

We called Hunt's Services after another plumber had left us high and dry. Hunt's came and installed our shower fixtures.. We did think their charges were a little on the steep side but they did a good job on the installation.

This company takes no responsibility for their work. They had a technician diagnose my not working hot water heater. They ordered a part and came and installed it a few days later to find that that part didn't fix it. They won't remove the new part and put the old one back in and they won't leave your property until you pay. Management claims they are not responsible because the diagnosis was done by the manufacturer since their technician called their help line, but they are happy to charge you a diagnosis fee although apparently their technician did nothing.

Southwest repaired and cleaned my shower drains and replaced a toilet as the old one had a tank beyond repair.
They also replaced my leaky outdoor faucets with new ones that don't freeze. The crew was very professional with their work and cleaned up after the job was done.

Trane heat pump stop working had Black Hills tech come out. For some reason heat pump started working again on its own. Black Hills tech made sure everything was in working order. Friendly and honest.

A WARNING for first-time home owners and new to the country:
Our water heater broke (July 2021) and we called Beacon plumbing. They showed up within an hour and replaced it for us (within 24 hours), but we ended up paying $1000 (overcharged DOUBLE) more than we would have paid at a Lowes or a Home Depot.
I checked with Lowes (last week, out of curiosity) and they would do the same job for a $1000+ less, if you are willing to wait for a couple of days.
Please stay away from this place if you want to save over a $1000! Go to Lowes or Home Depot instead.

You know, a four-hour time period at which WES is due to arrive is just not acceptable. I waited four hours for them, from 8:00 in the morning to noon. I made a few calls for updates, and all the responses were inaccurate. Could they not say, well, you're not first in line, so it's probably more like 9:00 to noon, or could they not call and say, okay, it's probably going to be an hour from now? I suppose the actual inspection was fine--who knows--but I'm not fond of their lack of concern for people's time.

This is by far the worst after sales experience I had with any contractor. After they cashed in the contract money, I got to see the other side. Ignoring calls, emails, suggesting bogus fixes. They lied to me about a number of things and don't want to fix the issues they left me with. I paid a total of $61,233 to get awoken every night to the noise of this stupid head unit in my bedroom. And they don't know how to fix it.
They were quick to come out, Jason Smith, sales person seemed cheerful but not knowledgeable. They didn't run heat/cool calculations, rule of thumb numbers one can find on the internet. I thought that's not an issue since I know the limiting factors for me is the number of rooms, I knew my ducting system was not adequate.
We had few iterations on the quote, I upgraded to ceiling mounted units, so I don't end up with wall mounted units in every room in the house. This seem to make most sense. They said it's super quite, you won't even hear it. I also asked for a controller in each room and an app to control all the units. Then I signed the contract and got on the schedule.
There were few hiccups during install. First warning signal; unlike every other contractor I've had who've been at my house for more than 2 days, then had no plan whatsoever. I expected a walkthrough on day one to tell me what will happen when, but got nothing. They sent me two guys and said they'll be here for 12 days. In the first few days they would come at 8, load and unload things from the car, and then start actual work by 10. At 2 they're cleaning up and getting ready to leave. Progress was slow, but I didn't want to intervene. Then came the first big failure; turns out the units they're going to install don't have controllers in the room, and just an app. Kumo cloud is 1.5 start on the appstore. We went into a loop of trying to figure out how to make it work and me being patient and asking for next step. This was a big mistake; I should've told them to stop right then and there, until they can install proper controllers as per our agreement. To date they don't know how to fix this flawed setup and are refusing to install controllers.
While the controllers were ongoing the install finished. They had to replace couple of pumps and fans for two units that refused to start. Exactly two days after the installation, and while I'm still waiting on follow up about the controllers, the units began to make noise. All of them especially the one in my bedroom. It's a noise ritual that starts in the middle of the night when the unit starts. The louvers make a loud noise to open up (unlike any wall mount unit I've seen), followed by noise of the fan, then the rush of the coolant into the coil, and lastly the drain pump when it starts. By this time my entire family is awake. then again once it shuts off; we hear the louvers, followed by a terrible humming noise for 10 minutes non-stop that drives me nuts. I have tinnitus already and this is like torture to me.
I called their office multiple time asking for follow up about the controllers and noise. Every time they say; we'll leave a message to Kyle (seems like the lead service tech) and he's call you back but he never did. After that they transferred me to the service department to get someone out. The person who came (Chris) was clueless. I mean like a fake tech, he doesn't understand anything about how this thing work. He didn't check anything, just heard the noise and told me I need to make a phone call. He called the Sales rep Jason, then came to relay his message: It's a mechanical system and call mechanical systems make noise. I wanted to smash something when I heard that statement. It was basically, we got the money take a hike, we don't care if you can't sleep with this noise.
I got furious and left a message to the owner Ben at the office. They told me he's travelling, I waited a week and nothing happened. I called again, Ben is still traveling. That's interesting, I asked for his email. I emailed him. He replied right away with his phone number. I call him, nice guy. We'll take care of everything. I'll get someone out and will call Mitsubishi to fix the controllers, this will work fine. Kyle comes again, and still can't figure out the problem of the various noise sources. Maybe it's the pump, we're order a replacement (that was two weeks ago). I send another email to Ben, this time I get an auto response that he's traveling. Then Jason comes to check, makes some suggestions. Kyle comes again to try them out. Issues as is, we're waiting on the pumps to arrive from Texas. When he left the unit in my son's room made huge noise. I emailed the owner again, no response. My calls to him now go straight to voice mail. Jason says he was going to call me the 18th or 19th (today) but nothing. I email and call and no response.
My simple need is for the 61K system to work. I will pursue them in every avenue till they fix it or give me my money back.

Do not even consider these scam artists! Needed 3 70's light fixtures replaced and they gave me a quote of $4,400 dollars!!! The company we ended up using, charging $360.00. I think Dear Services should be investigated and shut down. My concern is for elderly folks, who fall for their BS. I can't remember a time I have experienced such a sham operation.
