Best Electric Repair in Seattle WA
Very professional, showed up and got the job done, and was very patient on answering all the concerns I had. Highly recommend.

I don't usually trust very many contractors. Everybody's out to make a buck and upsell you on everything. I'm one who likes to save money. I emailed them the night before, they called me in the morning. And showed up within an hour after they called me. I did not feel like they were there to swindle me or sell me on a bunch of stuff I didn't need, I felt like they were there because they cared and they wanted to help me solve any issues I thought I might be having, they explained everything to me so that I completely understood what was going on with the issues I was having. They gave me all the options and did not pressure me into making a decision. I have to say I was blown away on how much they explained to me and how transparent they were on everything, I'm definitely going to recommend this business to my anyone who needs plumbing work. Small company, world class business skills.

Look no further, Westminster is the one you want. Professional, but down to earth. Communicative, dependable, timely, and very high quality work. We asked Julie to help us remodel our 1920's basement and install a heat pump. Everything was on-time, on-budget, and on-point.

We needed our disposal replaced, and Ryan from Joe's 2 Sons Plumbing was great! He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend!

Jafco sent Travis out today to work on a kitchen drain that was completely blocked. I was really happy with Travis level of service, and he wore a mask at my request which was nice. He went beyond just fixing taking a look at the pipes and water heater and suggesting maintenance and possibly replacement/repairs that might be needed in the future. Very knowledgeable, up-front pricing, and prompt service (came out in less than 24 hours). Their prices were also better than one of the other quotes I had gotten and they work on flat-rate instead of billing 15 min increments. All in all basically exactly what you want from a plumber when you're in a bit of a bind.

Great. Al quickly scheduled an appointment, arrive on time, efficiently performed the job of installing a min tank hot water heater we provided into existing pipes, and explained everything he did and our complex plumbing system. Price was competitive or lower than the other estimates (4) we received.

Good work, excellent efficiency, and great communication from Otter plumbing! We had to get all of our pipes replaced and we are really glad we went with this company. Mike and his guys did some great work!

Done Right Plumbing's internal system seems to be set up pretty well. Communication was great, service was professional, and they were very responsive to our questions during the project.
I loved the feature of auto text with the servicing provider's name, so I was able to actually remember who we were working with.
Would use them again in the future :) Thank you!

I needed my whole house repiped and contacted Ace Works. Tom was easy to get ahold of, and we made contact on the appointed day. He came out and provided a thorough inspection and recommendation. His bid was competitive compared to the two other companies that provided estimates. Due to my unique scheduling needs connected to traveling, I ended up going with a different company, but was very happy with my interactions with Tom and would certainly contact him again for a plumbing or gas service need.

I had my water heater go out Friday morning. I took to Yelp to find a well rated plumber that would be able to come out and replace my tank over the weekend. I called Einstein plumbing at 6:30pm Friday night. I was greeted by a very friendly person on the phone that assured me that they were up to the task. I answered a few questions about my hot water tank and I was asked to take a picture of my tank and send it to their hot water tank guy. Within a few minutes of sending the picture Chris replied and gave me a fair quote stating that he could be out around 8-9am Saturday morning if I wanted to go with them. Of course I did.
Chris showed up right around 9am after texting me Saturday morning to tell me that he was in his way and when to expect him. When Chris arrived he was very friendly and very professional. He took a look around and assured me that he would make quick work of my replacement. I sat down to finish my coffee and there was a knock on my door 20 minutes later. Chris was done. He showed me what he did and everything looked great. I had a brand new hot water tank by 9:30am. I paid and off Chris went.
I am a very satisfied customer of Einstein Plumbing and I will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Thank you Einstein Plumbing!

We discovered our water heater was leaking on Thursday and going in to the house. Ugh! I called a couple of water heater companies to no avail and then go in touch with Brady at We Do Water Heaters, it was 7:30 on Thursday night. We texted him our water heater specs and he called back and said they could be here Saturday morning between 10:00am-12:00pm. Gave us a good price and a couple of recommendations. He called me on Saturday to let me know his guys were on their way and would be there in about 20 minutes. They were awesome. Got everything installed and cleaned everything up. Brady and his team know customer service.

The tech that came out was very skillful and knowledgeable. He was able to locate our problem in our sewer line, it was dug up and fixed in the same day. Everything was cleaned up and working perfectly. Great company with a very professional staff from start to finish. I definitely recommend them!

Luke clearly communicates, offers reasonable prices and did a great job for us on two repairs.

We hired Schmitty's Plumbing for the plumbing part of a basement remodel and we could not be happier with the work they did. Brian was great at guiding us through the process, patient and attentive to our needs and his price was very fair! His team was great as well, very nice, considerate and did everything to ensure the work was as little disruptive as possible, my wife works from home and we have a 9 month old baby so finding a contractor that is able to adapt to our needs was really important. I could not recommend Brian and his crew more!
There was extensive work that needed to be done, including cutting concrete floors, decommissioning an old gas furnace, radiators and 2 water heaters, removing all the gas pipes, installing a tankless water heater, doing all the rough in for a new bathroom, reconfiguring the existing bathroom and moving water pipes out of the way to create more room... this was an extensive 2 weeks plumbing project as they were awesome through the entire process. Unfortunately the pictures I took do not do service to show the extent of the work that was done but I am attaching some of them anyway. Thank you Brian and team for doing such a great job.

I am really impressed by Hristo and his crew. They did a very complex job - several separate jobs actually - repairing a poorly done irrigation pipeline install, digging a new hole and then installing a water flow meter. It was not something usually done, and ABV plumbing came for 3 separate appointments and got it all working. What I am really impressed by is the attention to detail and the passion for their work. Well done!

Professional level service from scheduling to job completion. I had a small leak in my natural gas line that Eric was able to repair quickly. Very easy process with friendly service, I won't hesitate to call for future plumbing needs.

Wouldn't call them again.
I called them on a Monday morning because my regular plumber couldn't come until Tuesday and our kitchen sink had been backed up since Saturday. They gave me a time of 1-4:00 when I asked for an appointment that day. I waited around all afternoon and called them back at 3:30. After some time on hold, they told me my appointment was for Tuesday. I would not have contacted them for a time that The Plumbing Joint could come. I told them to cancel the appointment. On Tuesday, after my drain was fixed, there is Mr. Rooter on my security camera in my driveway at about 3:40. I think they have a big problem with communication. Did not appreciate the messages on my answering machine either about waiting for me to come home. I was out shopping and called them after my camera sent me an alert about their presence to remind them that we no longer HAD an appointment. I am used to more professional people.

This company rips off senior citizens. My MIL was charged $1800 for a water heater, $725 for a garbage disposal and $900 for a toilet. Average prices for these items are generously $578, $250, & $200 respectively. Do not call this company unless you would like to be screwed too.

None of the drains in our home were draining, so we had contacted the property manager to get it fixed. Hunt is who they sent out.
We had expressed interest in the proceedings, asking what the problem was, what they were doing to fix it. All they'd say was It's hard to tell. That was the last we heard. Not impressed with the poor communication.
UPDATE - I've upped it a star because a second team came out from Hunts that finished the job. The first truck didn't have the camera and 50 foot snake to clear the main house line all the way to the city main. They were a bit more forthcoming with communication. They did much to improve my impression of the company, but the first team not saying anything is a tough customer service gaff to overcome.

Going rate seems to be about $400/hr, regardless of the job's complexity or lack thereof. Never again.
