Todd and his assistant fixed a water leak in our hydronic heating system. The fix literally took 30 minutes, but the bill came up to just under $500. Good service, but way over priced.

Cahill's Plumbing is professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Russell was prompt when scheduling my appointment and Jason and Harry were both kind and informative as we worked through the issue at my home. Cahill's prices are more than fair; I will use Cahill's for all my future plumbing needs.

Aaron got everything working like clockwork. Mainly the hot water is back on! Good experience overall from start to finish with Good Services (aka Capitol Hill Plumbing). Called to get some information and was immediately passed on to the owner, Bruce, who was very helpful and said he would try as best as he could to find a technician to come out ASAP. No later than 5 minutes later did I get a call from Aaron, one of the techs, and scheduled an onsite fix for the following morning.
Aaron came around the appointed time and found the issue immediately with the Rinnai tankless water heater - apparently the issue was the gas line to the heater was not on! He flushed out the Rinnai system and inspected the furnace. Aaron was friendly, knowledgeable and did the job we asked him to with 2 thumbs up.
Overall time it took to do all this was around 3.5 hours (he had to run to the store for cleaning solution, and may have also taken a little lunch break ;P). Price seemed reasonable.
Overall a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend Good Services. Hot showers, here we come! Thanks again Bruce and Aaron.

Had a leak at the water line to my water heater. Could not get a plumber to reply to fix, and having no hot water for more than that night was not an option. Todd came out the next morning, replaced both incoming water line and outgoing water line (both copper lines were corroded and had been leaking).

We had a system installed last year. between 2 companies spent almost 4 grand. company that replaced our system failed to ensure several key items were checked, flow force, and level of refrigeration. AC repair guy came and gave us an estimate of 1200 dollars to pull refrigerant and check the system out. Emailed and called with no response back.
More to the story talked to a lady tonight, seemed like a song and dance, New AC should be under warranty with the company who installed it and manufacturer. She stated that American Home Shield owns the warranty for the unit and I would need to contact them. American Home Sheild has told me several times that I need to contact the company that installed the system for them to do warranty work. Of course, American Home Sheild will send someone out for $100, but when the system has to have Refrigerant removed and weighed and put back in American Home Sheild will only cover $10 per pound of Refrigerant.
This is the 2nd summer dealing with an issue that should have been fixed last year.

22 year old water heater broke. They did a good responsive job replacing it. Prompt and clear quotes and explanations. Reasonably priced.

I highly recommend Green House Plumbing and Heating in Bellevue. Our hot water heater went out. Green House Plumbing replaced it that afternoon. They were prompt, professional and pleasant. They explained everything clearly and left the area completely tidied up. Would definitely use them again.

Fail. After reading so many great reviews I called back in early November for an estimate to run a gas line to our BBQ. The first available time they were available to come was a month later - after Thanksgiving. Not the end of the world because it wasn't urgent. So our appointment time finally comes and Butterfield is a no-show. I call and the receptionist claims they have no record of the appointment because she's new here and this kind of thing seems to happen a lot. She promised to research the issue and get back to me but never called back. I understand that these kind of things happen, but the follow-up customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Maybe they only focus on emergency plumbing issues where they can deploy immediately and are guaranteed to get paid.

Had an issue with my toilets... oh what joy and had a warranty I was trying to use. The team was super responsive and smart up an appointment really quickly. They do communicate via text and keep you up to date. Naturally my warranty was crap and didn't cover anything but Tate and his bid completed the job.
They left the bathrooms clean which was great for me and did excellent work. They also managed to complete rather quickly so it wasn't a long process since I mean we know we all need to use the potty. They were really professional and I felt it was a good price for the job. No complaints and have to say I trust the work.
I'd definitely recommend them to anyone who wants someone dependable.

I just had the most amazing experience I have ever had with a plumber. Terry and Dale came to the house on Camano Island to help figure out why the water pressure was so low in the laundry room. After diagnosing the problem, we figured out the faucets were plugged really bad. Not only were the faucets plugged there was an issue with the piped in the crawl space. Because they were only coming out to diagnosis the problem, they didn't charge me for the amount of time it took to figure out that it was just the faucet screens that needed to be replaced. I found their work to be top notch, their professionalism to be unbeatable and their honest to be very refreshing. I will never use another plumber again. Thank you Terry and Dale for doing such an outstanding job.

Clogged toilet. Ick! But note not overflowing (important later).
They took the call and sent a twosome out in about 3 hours. They got lost on their way (and I'm literally about 10 blocks from their HQ). I was cool with that, but the driver has a nasty attitude toward ME about getting lost. o-kayyyy.
Driver guy goes into the bathroom and starts a minor facial drama over the disgusting clog, to the point that I asked him, Well, you unclog toilets, don't you? You've seen this before, haven't you? He didn't answer but then put the big heavy pneumatic(??) tool thing into the clog, operated it exactly twice, and the toilet's unclogged. During that 3ish minutes, the second guy is standing outside the bathroom door with me and says, You really need to get a new toilet. That one's at least 40, 50 years old. He waves some paper in my face. I'm shocked and amused, as I was here when this new toilet was installed 12 years ago. o-kayyyy.
I look back in the bathroom as the driver looks down at the toilet and says, Oh, sh*t. I'm like, What!? He says, You've got a leak. I say, Where? How do you know? He says, Look. There. There's water all over the floor! Twilight Zone time ... Dude, you just put some 30-ish-pound thing in the bowl! Of course, there's water on the floor! I didn't explain to him water displacement.
Five minute after they arrived, the driver goes outside and the second guy helps himself to sitting at my dining room table to write me a receipt, which takes about ... 5 minutes. $268!
Thanks, but no thanks!
Horrible business, trying twice to literally rip me off for bigger unnecessary repairs, and rude, to boot. The price is ridiculous.

We were freakin' so we called Beacon. Our basement toilet and tub/shower were backed up with sewage and we thought we were in for a major expense. We hadn't had any issues like this with any house before, so were pretty nervous. We were able to get an appointment right away and Will and Tom showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem and cleaned out our sewer pipe. They also told us the issue was with the city portion of the pipe, so not our expense. Phew. They did all that within an hour. And with the utmost kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Booked a week in advanced-called the day before to confirm since we were driving two hours to be at the house (selling dads house,) Left extra early so we could be there on time for the 10-12 window. Get a call at 11:30 saying they could not make it and we would have to reschedule. Again we kindly told them we drove two hours and time was of an essence with house closing and then Fred got an attitude with us! Totally unprofessional on every level. Should of headed all the other bad reviews.

Montory showed up promptly in a mask and PPE. He got right to work and even solved another issue in addition to the one he'd been called for-- our shower/bath faucet handle snapped off, so he came to repair it, but when he arrived, I remembered that the bathtub had also failed to hold water. Montory resolved both issues without blinking an eye.
