Had our heater go out at night on a Friday. Gave Allred a call and they picked up immediately. They found a time that worked for our schedule to send someone out. Chris Castro was an amazing technician! He explained everything well and helped us feel we had made the right choice in calling Allred. I highly recommend Allred Heating & Cooling.

Allred Heating and Air Conditioning came out today to service/clean my gas fireplace. I'm very happy that I contacted them. They were helpful over the phone and easy to schedule with. Allen came at the very beginning of my service window and was extremely professional and friendly. We hadn't had the fireplace serviced since we built the home--years ago. The control area was very dusty and I could hardly see the logs/embers through the glass (it was cloudy on the inside and dirty on the outside from my kids). Allen was quick and efficient, and now the fireplace looks clean and gorgeous. Wish I had this done earlier. Planning to continue to have Allred come out yearly for regular cleaning/maintenance of the unit.

I had standing water in my basement, called an emergency plumbing company (that will not be named), they couldn't send someone until next day.  I remember the marshawn lynch commercial and called beacon (I also quit freaking).  Long story short I had sewage water coming up from my pipes, also known as poop water, it was awful.  Ryan Rollings called me within 10 minutes and within 30 he was at my house assessing the situation.  Another 10 minutes and he had a solution and 3 additional options.  He took time to walk me through what was happening (a stupid tree root broke my pipe) and showed me the actual issue.  He also helped with a toilet problem I was having.  Thank you Ryan, I will absolutely call beacon again if I have any issues.

Our tankless hot water heater started leaking. I called the company who services our Heating and Air, who charged $350 to give me a quote of $2,500 - $3,500 to repair the system, and recommended replacing the unit with a quote of $9,300 and there would be a lead time for either. The labor was expensive and the time to repair was up to 2 days with the pipe work needed.

I called another smaller company, we had an appointment for 10am this morning and at 9:30 the plumber called to say he can't make it until later in the day because he got put on another job. I did a quick search and found that South West Plumbing has all the expertise in house and work with the top brands.

So I called South West Plumbing at 10am, and a plumber was at my house by Noon. He said repair would be relatively easy and inexpensive, but also agreed that replacing the unit would be good since the installed unit wasn't a great quality brand, and there are more effective and efficient units available now. The quote to replace and make adjustments and improvements to the pipes was thousands of dollars less than the other quote, and the price was guaranteed for the job, using the same high end energy efficient unit. He then surprised me and said, if the quote looks good, I can have a new unit and all the pipe improvements done by dinner time and he kept that commitment. The work was complete, and the pipes were replaced with new copper pipes and fittings that are more appropriate for our house.

The plumber is very knowledgeable about the tankless brands, and was confident that he knew how to improve the plumbing to fix problems we've he with taking a long time for water to heat up on the upper floors.
The plumber was very customer service oriented, he took time to explain everything he was going to do, and was very professional. He cleaned up after himself and left the space way clean and tidy. The new unit takes up half the space as the old unit and doesn't need a separate circulation pump or auxiliary heated storage. It takes no time for the water to get hot even on the top floor, so I wish I had replaced that unit way before now.

And because South West Plumbing has electricians, and HVAC experts as well, I will be using them to do maintenance on our HVAC. I have already got an order in for an electrician and plumber to come install three new bidet smart toilets. I could not be happier with this experience from the first call asking for help, until the work was done - and I am still in awe of the fact that the work was done so spectacularly in just over 5 hours.

Sonny L. showed up on time this am to do semi-annual follow up check up on furnace and heat pump.Sonny was polite and courtious..very knowledgeable and answered all my questions as well as explained the process! Very happy I went with Dear Services!
