Best Septic Tank Repair in San Jose CA

My parents' water heater had a mini-explosion (they heard a BOOM). It was a RHEEM brand less than 7 years old. What a disaster. They used up the remaining hot water in the 40 Gallon tank and now were left with nothing but cold water.

I called up Khan as he was located not far from my parents place. He came out within 3 hours. He said that based on what my mom explained to him on what she heard, he didn't think it was fixable. He did, however, try. Khan went to his van and found a part, replaced it, the pilot light lit for a few minutes, and then the pilot light went out. So in essence, we needed a new water heater. He recommended two brands, Kenmore from Sears and Bradford White. I said I needed time to do some research and that I'd get back to him. I couldn't commit to dropping over a $1k without doing SOME research. He wasn't planning to charge me for this visit since he said that he didn't fix the problem. WHAT? Who does that these days? I thanked him for his time.

So I called up Home Depot. They are contracted with RHEEM water heaters. The local company was going to charge over $1100 for the water heater. Then there was another fee to move the washer/dryer out to make room to do the replacement. Then there was a push to upsell me a longer warranty. I heard them out and ultimately decided that I didn't want to use the same brand that didn't even last 7 years. Come on!

I did some research on the two brands that Khan recommended. I ended up taking a look at my own water heater. It is a Bradford White. Going on 10 years. No problems thus far. It was late in the night and I had decided to call up Khan the following morning for his service.

After dropping off my kid at school, Khan phoned me and asked if I had found a solution for my parents. If I hadn't, he said he had picked up a few water heaters from his distributor and that he wanted to make sure my parents were taken care of. WHO DOES THIS? He actually CARES about people!! I said that I'd like for him to do the replacement.

Khan and another man came out that very same day. He gave us a very decent rate. Rolled out fabric as to not damage or scuff the floor and hauled away the old tank. And his total price didn't charge anything extra with regard to having to move out the dryer to be able to do the work unlike Home Depot's contractors.

Khan has a one year warranty on his labor and the tank has a 6 year warranty. I highly recommended him. I hope I don't have to call him for at least another 10 years but just in case anything does go awry, I won't hesitate to give him a call.

I had a back up issue.  A plumber came out to clear the line and said I have a broken pipe.  I am not sure about that, so I hired Gomez to camera scope the line, and they found the line is in perfect condition.

Then I hired them to install a 2 way clean out.  On the day of the job, they found I already have a clean out.  They are so honest and can totally be trust!

Hai is great.  Have used him for several projects now and he has been nothing but conscientious, honest and professional!  My new plumber of choice.

Installed new sewer line. They did a great job and filled in the lawn well afterwards. They did permitted work and charged thousands less than the other company that bid the job.

I called trevin off of a different app, nextdoor, and scheduled him to come out today, he called me and said he was available early, wich happened to work out great for me. He arrived and was a very polite/nice guy. His partner xavier was also very nice. They cleared a drain that no other plumber could unclog! It's an outdoor drain in my patio that's been Clogged for years, it was full of sand like debris, trevin attempted woth a snake and lots of water at first but it would not clear, he ended up leaving and  coming back again within the hour with a big white truck with this machine called a hydrojetter that used high pressure water to blast everything out of the drain. The then showed me all of the other tools and specialized equipment he has to tackle any job you throw at him. Good guys and great plumbers.

Our kitchen sink was clogged and we tried to clear it ourselves with no luck.  I asked for a quote (here on Yelp) and Preferred Plumbing & Drain messaged me back within 10 minutes .. on a Sunday!  Vince was at our house within 1.5 hours (booties, mask etc).  He did an awesome job, cleared it all up and was both friendly and knowledgeable.

A shout out to the team of Jonathan Cena, Michael, and Anthony and their boss - Sal Sandoval. Amazing guys! Friendly and courteous, but thorough professionals. They did a marvelous job fixing the pipe/main water supply which had cracked due to the presence of a redwood tree. They not only fixed the problem which was buried in concrete, they also cleaned up the entire patio from all the waterlogging. Will continue to use Rooter Hero for any plumbing problems.

Evan of Able Underground went above and beyond to consider my indoor plumbing problem after addressing my outdoor drainage problem.  My shower wasn't working and two other plumbers told me I needed to order another cartridge and then call them.  They left without fixing it.  Within 3 minutes Evan had water flowing again, surprising us both, without changing out the cartridge.  He even got soaked by the shower and kept his good humor.  He also gave me guidance on reducing the plumbing problems throughout the house.  I really appreciated his persistence in resolving a problem others had passed over.

I just had Franco from Mario's Plumbing do a shower valve and faucet replacement. The entire project from start to finish was done with professionalism and courtesy. The work needing to be done was explained and the work was completed efficiently, with as little disruption to the household as possible. I will definitely call Mario's any time I need plumbing work done in my home.

Phil and his helper are the best plumbers I have ever used.  Not only professional, but on time when they say they'll be there, excellent work, care for your property while there, and beat everyone else's price.  If you need a plumber, I highly recommend Phil Garrison.  He also works on and installs septic systems and leech fields.  Call Phil, you won't be disappointed.

Several switches around our house went out at the same time, and we weren't sure what the issue was. Thankfully, Andrew and his partner were responsive and had very fair price compared to others on Yelp. AY EMP diagnosed the problem very quickly, went to get necessary parts, and fixed our electrical problem under two hours. They were efficient, and pleasant to work with. Called these guys to do some plumbing work for a water softener with a bypass. They were able to come the next day and start right away. There was a small leak but they were able to come the next day and re-solder the pipe! Great work guys!
