The kitchen sink was clogged on Friday night. I called and left a message on a Saturday morning. Khan responded in less than an hour and made the appointment for Sunday. He came in a couple of minutes early, took a look at the sink, then got his tool and started the work. He was friendly and professional through out and fixed our sink in just about half an hour.

What impressed me was that he came in with his shoe-covers to leave our carpets clean. He also cleaned up the sink and under the counter after he was done. So the kitchen just needed to air dry for a couple of hours then it was ready to use. The whole process was quite effortless for my part.

I now have Khan in my contact and he will be my go-to if I have plumbing problems again.

We are beyond satisfied with the service we received today by the folks over at Gomez Plumbing! Santa was the receptionist that took my initial call.  She was very nice and attentive. She quoted a very reasonable estimate over the phone and when I advised her that I was going to be calling around for quotes, she even made sure to let me know exactly what service work I needed to ask for, mainline flush. After calling several places, Gomez had one of the most competitive prices.  I found one company that beat them, but their reviews and our initial engagement over the phone left me feeling very uneasy. I decided to spend the extra money and feel confident the job would get done right! I called this morning to confirm a service call. Ivan arrived right on time and was super professional. He was here for a super long time due to a really bad back up that consumed much more time than your average mainline drain.  Ivan refused to give up on it and had several alternatives in the event the drain was not clearing up. After over two hours of working our issue, the drain finally unclogged.  Ivan ensured the issue was resolved and cleaned up the area very well.  I was beyond satisfied with the price I paid, and while it ended up being more than the estimate, it was to be expected given the time Ivan had to spend working out the issue.  I will no longer use any other plumbing company and highly recommend Gomez Plumbing! They are not out to make a quick buck and they really take care of their customers! Determined to keep us in service and very professional! Thank you Ivan!

Just a big yes all around.

We had a bathtub that I needed to get hooked up. We didn't have access to the plumbing from below so it was a little tricky.  Tino was really patient as I described my random thoughts to him by text. He said he would need to look at it. During our diagnostic, he showed up on time, definitely spent his time noodling on the problem, and figured it out. When it came time to do the work, showed up on time again and finished the work as promised.

Honest work! I would definitely call him again.

He showed up on time and ready to work. He was able to tell me what the problem was with the kitchen sink and fixed it rather quickly. A well-deserved 5 Stars for Jose and Pipe-Thru Trenchless Plumbing for the estimate, the actual work, the clean up, and the cost. Trenchless was definitely the way to go. My job was done to perfection, and the cost was lower than other estimates.

Jose was super responsive when scheduling the estimate. The estimate was thorough and detailed and included pulling permits. The crew showed up on time, was friendly (I kept coming out to take pictures of the progress) and finished ahead of the estimated time (my wife liked having the sewer back). After the city inspection, they thoroughly compacted when refilling the hole. They e5ven carefully uncovered some irises they had to cover with dirt. The irises look no worse for the wear. There's no way to tell they were even here.

I had a plumbing emergency this morning. Literally water pouring from my upstairs bathroom to the lower level bathroom.
I called Bullet Plumbing this morning at about 9:15 (I had used them before for a clog and they were great). They were at my house by 9:40, found where the problem was coming from, and stopped any further damage. He rushed here between jobs to take care of it.  
They returned after finishing their scheduled job, finished the work and cleaned up afterwards (the work was all done by 1:30pm same day!).

We had a leaky water heater. I was surprised that I got a service person the same day, and the customer service was bar none. They contact you if the tech is running late - primo. VINCE was the best. Even though he was working well after 6pm, he was patient and very thorough with his explanation and answering our questions. This is the 2nd time I called Preferred because I'd used them last year was really impressed.  Will be staying with Preferred!

Angel Vasquez did a great job! My neighbor's pressure regulator failed several of months ago and his house was flooded as a result of a midnight flush. Lots of damage and they moved out for several months. I had an old pressure valve and had wanted to switch it out for some time.  I contacted several plumbers via Yelp.  Most would not give me an estimate over the phone but for one.  It was $500.00 with the regulator. Rooter Hero, via Yelp, said they would dispatch a plumber to give me a free estimate.  I called, confirmed it was a free estimate and set a time. An estimate was my real intent since I thought it was best to hire from a smaller operation.  That was until I met Angel Vasquez.  From the moment we met he sensed that I was skeptical about anything and everything.  As an older woman and new to hiring professionals, this was a big deal to me. He immediately put me at ease by explaining the job to me and answering all of my questions. He did not rush me to make a decision which I found refreshing.  Then when he quoted me $335.08 for the work including the valve (Watts LFN45B-M1), I felt very comfortable about hiring him for the job.  He finished in about an hour.  But instead of leaving when the work was done, he asked me to turn on all the faucets to get all of the air bubbles out so he can be sure that everything was alright.  It was. In general, not only am I a skeptical consumer, I am also very demanding.  Angel Vasquez met all of my expectations and I would not hesitate to contact him for any future plumbing needs.  I will definitely refer him to friends and family

When I started, I had a sink that leaked in two places and wouldn't drain. In no time at all, Evan had my sink doing everything it should do: drain and not leak. That clogged drain had me in fits and couldn't possibly be sanitary. And I never would have gotten that clog, it was 25 feet down the line!
Evan had all the parts, was in and out in a jiffy, and also was a good conversationalist, even as he worked, and had a great attitude. Wouldn't call anyone else, Able has my business for life!

Victor and his crew are awesome. I had a leaking faucet and I needed it replaced before a party I was having. I had him replace it. I also told him I had a leaking toilet. Mario's Plumbing And Drains came to fix our clogged main sewer line last Sunday evening. It was an emergency call. The service was superb. They not only unclogged the sewer line but also found the root cause by running a camera through the drain pipe. It gives us an idea to solve the problem completely.
They had to remove a toilet to get access to the clogged pipe. After placing the toilet back, they even cut off the excessive length of the bolt so that the bolt cap can be properly installed. This was an extra work.
We are so grateful for their service. I hope we will not have the same problem in the future. If we do, I will definitely call them again.

We had a major leak when our water connection between the house and the street water meter cracked and leaked underground. The pipes were old galvanized pipes from the 60s that were very corroded with probably 50% restriction.
Due the PGE gas lines location, we decided to use TrenchFree to tunnel underground (like the oil industry, they have a controlled way to tunnel under our trees, retaining wall and driveway).
We were DELIGHTED with the experience we had with TrenchFree.
We highly recommend them. They came in at ¼ to  1/2 of the 2 open trenches bids we got!
They left with no destructive trace in the landscape... very clean, on time, professional.
More importantly, they responded within a few hours of calling them, installed a temporary water line above ground (which I would recommend to anybody else) to stop the leaking and made sure we did not get water contamination.
