Best Water Heater Installation in San Francisco CA

Had a plugged up kitchen sink and requested quotes via Yelp (love that service!) from several plumbers but only Beastbay was immediately available so booked them. They were supposed to come 9-11am but no show so called office and Dee said they were running late so expect them 1-3pm. Late again so called Dee again and she said to expect within the hour. AJ arrived before 4pm and quickly resolved the situation. AJ was so friendly and helpful that I quite enjoyed his visit. He also cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated because other plumbers have left yucky messes behind.

So five stars for AJ himself but have to deduct one star for not keeping me informed of the time changes. In their defense it was a rainy Monday, but that's still not an excuse when it should be easy to text or call me.

My feelings are complicated. It feels a little like the plumber came over and then charged me $199 just for advice. He didn't have the materials needed to fix my toilet. I know that he snaked it and then he said you need to go to Ace Hardware and pick up a  tube this size. I am just feeling kind of like a sucker, let's be honest. I teach public school so $200 just for an opinion about the problem, which doesn't actually fix the problem, is a problem for me. Plus I picked up said tube and the toilet still smells funny and doesn't flush correctly. Sad face.

Tromborg Royal replaced our 43 year old furnace with a new one. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. Bryant, the technician, clearly knows his work. He put in a full day and returned to finish up as promised the next day. We are delighted with our new, energy efficient furnace!  It feels really good to have found a local, family owned business we can rely on for any future plumbing or heating needs. We will recommend them again and again!

I needed a garbage disposal fixed ASAP. I sent a request form on YELP and heard back very quickly from Nick. We texted back and forth and he quoted me $300. It turned out I had a unique situation with my set up not being exactly right and requiring some extra parts. Emilio took care of the extra labor, and Nick the extra parts and I was relieved to end up paying what was quoted.

A backyard drain backed up during a pouring rain and it looked as though sewer water would seep into a downstairs room.  Called this plumber.  He came within half an hour.  Within 20 minutes the drain was unclogged and the damage avoided.  What more can I say.  I appreciate the quick service done in a serious downpour.  The price was reasonable.

Work was good and pricing was excellent but.......took them a long time to get started. They missed their projected start date by one week.

Called 1am with a clogged main line. Saul and team arrived at 8am. Fixed by 8:30am. Instead of snaking it, I did the jet flush 3000psi for $595.

Fixed. Fast. Super courteous. I have added them to my plumbing book for future fixes.

Looking for an outstanding plumber? Edgar Amaya who owns and operates Pipe Arts Plumbing is just such a plumber. He recently completed installing an extended gas line from the meter to my kitchen. It  was not an easy job as he had to crawl through very tight spots in the attic in order to run the line. His attention to details is reflected in the quality job he did and in the way he cleaned up after he completed the job. I noticed my pilot light went out late in the evening and I was unable to re-light it. I called several plumbing companies and they were not able to come until two days after or they never returned my call after leaving voicemails. I called Luis he answered promptly and he was able to come out to my home the next day at 7:00AM. Unfortunately the water heater was near the end of its service life and even if parts were replaced the water heater would likely fail again within a couple of months.

Luis was informative and gave us two options that we could go down and let us make the decision. No pressure at all from Luis and we decided to replace the water heater.

The installation of the new water heater and removal of the old water heater was smooth, fast and clean. I really appreciate the swift and professional work they performed.

Zayah was on time, knowledgeable, asked enough questions to make sure we were on the same page, but was unobtrusive and efficient. He diagnosed Missi ng parts we needed, took a quick trip to the store in my behalf, and replaced our disposal/repaired some broken sink plumbing quickly and cleanly. Strong recommend!

I had a great experience with Harry Clark. I got to request the same person several times and for different plumbing problems.

The fellow was respectful, kept things clean, and was very cool with showing me what he was doing.

Later on, I had a plumbing question and they answered it even though it ment they had to do a little online leg work with me and they didn't have to come out -- definately recommend them.

We needed help with a hot water tank leak we called Wizard Plumbing for help they sent out a service person John in less than 1 hour after calling for service. John was very pleasant and informative had the problem identified in just a few minutes and gave us a price quote before staring any work we agreed to the price for the repair and John went right to work he did all repairs fast and all was done correctly with no more leak issues. We would definitely recommend Wizard Plumbing to anyone with plumbing problems they are ( FAST HONEST AND RELIABLE )

Noe was awesome! Not only did he make it out the morning after our hot water heater broke, he was also able to install a new one that day. Sadly that heater was defective but he took the time to nag the manufacturer until they allowed him to exchange it for us. I'd highly recommend them and will definitely use them for plumbing issues in the future.

i randomly found your company on yelp and called to get a consult.  Odi called me back to fix a leaking sink pipe as well as to replace the faucet.  He was also very helpful to give us some suggestions on which faucets might go best.  Odi was very professional, prompt and did a great job and everything was clean.  It was such a relief to get this problem resolved in a safe manner (masks).  I would definitely call again to fix any issues that arise in the future.  Thank you!

I have never given any service a 5 star rating, ever.

But this company deserves it.

I had my sewer line back up twice in two weeks. Rescue Rooter came out both times.
First time they used traditional snake and could not clear it. They came back a second time
with a Jetter high power water hose.(1,100.00)They said it cleared the line. Well guess what?

Two days before Thanksgiving it stopped up again. I demanded warranty repair. They came out the day before Thanksgiving, with the Jetter. They could not clear the line. They put a camera down the line and at 130ft said they saw the terra cotta pipe had collapsed. They wrote up an estimate for digging it up and installing plastic pipe. $18,600.00. Wow!
Contacted Advanced Trenchless aka sewerinspection.com via email. Ryan company president replied immediately and called me. He said he would send tech out with 150ft snake and camera.

Cameron the tech came out promptly on time. (unlike RR who were always late or couldn't come till next day) He ran out 130 ft of snake and hit blockage. He put camera down the line, saw what he thoungt was a root ball. He ran snake again very skillfully backing it up and trying again and again until he cleared all 150ft of line. Ran camera down a second time all the way to the main CCSD line. Total bill $310.00

Ryan is going to get me an estimate to pull plastic pipe through the whole line. Cameron said I don't need to do this immediately but can budget for it and do it anytime next year.
Definitely going to go for the plastic pipe since as it seems we clean this line out every couple of years.

We had a great experience with Heise's Plumbing. We had multiple bids for a small job (gas line and heating vent for dryer) and their price was not only competitive but they were hands down the most knowledgeable and reliable choice.

I heartily recommend F & A Plumbing.  Had garbage disposal and toilet issues, they answered my call immediately and sent a courteous and professional team out the next day.  They did great work and at a very reasonable price.

What an awkward experience! Kenny, the owner, arrived 15 minutes late, came in, and completed the work in less than 15 minutes when he had estimated 3hours for the job. There was no conversation or explanation of the work. He's not a native English speaker which may be why, but it was awkward and a bit unsettling. I was surprised that the quoted price still stood given how much less time the job actually took.

These guys are great.  I have called them out a number of times to help with things around the house and they always come at the drop of a hat, are on time, teach me about what they are doing and also are reasonable priced.  All nice guys too.
