Best Water Heater Installation in San Francisco CA

Called and got a tech here same day even though it wasn't an emergency! Mitchell was super friendly, he went through everything with me before starting job and provided a very fair quote. The job was done quick and he even went back and showed me pics of when toilets were apart to explain what he fixed and why! Very happy with their work and customer service, I highly recommendation them and would definitely use them again!

Spencer was smart, quick to the scene, and super efficient. He got exactly what the problem was and within two hours our plumbing problem was solved. That was amazing service quality - Thanks a lot Spencer!!!

My water heater's pilot light won't stay on. I described the problem and asked for a quote to multiple businesses. Nick replied with a possible solution and told me that he can come fix it on the same day, accommodating to my work schedule. Nick is very professional and great at explaining the work that he did. During the whole process, Nick was very responsive via text and phone!

When you buy a ~$2M house in SF you go to folks who you trust and dependable.
We moved into our new house three days ago and the worst storm arrived on the fourth day. Our lower floor space flooded.
Called in On-Call Plumbing to help with the situation and they did that.
Joven is professional, a wealth of experience/knowledge and a great problem solver.
Will use again.
Would recommend.

The water heater ball valve was leaking so I called Chung Wah Plumbing.  The guy who answered the phone asked me if I wanted a morning or afternoon service call.  I opted for afternoon so the guy said they would be out after 1PM.  

At 2:20PM the two plumbers showed up.  There was an older plumber and a young plumber.  The young guy had good communication skills and the older plumber was hard to understand.  I showed them the leaking ball valve at the water heater and they went back to their truck to get their tools and supplies.  I told them they had to shut off the water in front of the house so that was the first thing they did.

It wasn't a difficult job so it didn't take long for the two of them to remove the old ball valve and install the new one.  I have copper pipes in my seventy four year old house so the plumbers had to unsolder the leaking valve and sweat (solder) the new one in.  After installing the new ball valve, they turned the water back on and I checked the pipes and ball valve for leaks.  I saw no leaks.  I told them I was satisfied and they packed up their tools and supplies and left.  

The two guys did a beautiful, professional job.  I was charged $100 for the job which I gladly paid.

If I have any more plumbing problems, I will definitely call Chung Wah again.

So far, so good. I'm looking for a reliable plumber. Five Star's reception person is friendly and proud of her business. Great first impression. Let's see how the service is. They are coming over tomorrow....

Edgar is top notch in every way. He has been over here for at least three jobs, and though busy always tries to help when there is an urgent matter. It's Sunday night and Edgar is here replacing my old, broken water heater. His work is stellar and he is always so professional. Thank you Edgar, you are a treasure!

Luis has performed several services for our home over the past few years. He has installed a new trench-free sewer line with 2 new clean-outs, replaced a water heater, and rootered-out our clogged drains. This past week he came out to do a drain cleanout and replace the seal on one of our toilets. As usual, he was professional and gave great service at a fair price. Harry Clark Heating and Cooling were amazing! They were very responsive and handled things quickly. I have 2 young kids at home and really appreciated the covid-19 precautions they took. I wanted to remove the utility sink, this project might be overkill to call a professional plumber, but Miguel still does it quickly and cleanly, 100% satisfied with his service and the price is also fair compared with other quote I got.

Needed help for two problems -- tricky hose placement for new washing machine and leak behind very old toilet - all in a very old house with lots of complications.

These guys are the best. We've had several Heise plumbers come to our house over the years, and we've always been so impressed with their professionalism, skill, and general good-guy-ness. A few weeks ago, we had a  unpleasant sewage backup in our basement, which I discovered late in the day. I made a distressed call to Heise's, and Dave, the owner, called me back, immediately. He reassured me, and sent out two great plumbers who came to our house on overtime, just to deal with the yuckiness, and to deal with it cheerfully, quickly, efficiently. We are so happy to rely on Dave and his crew. Highest recommendation.

Frank came out and quickly took care of a clog behind our washer and dryer. Great service and extremely professional.

Had a sink, faucet and garbage disposal replaced. Was somewhat complicated with granite cutting and a different sink type. Kenny handled the job like a pro. Was pretty impressed on how easy he made it look. Can't go wrong with a licensed plumber. Kenny said if I find any leaks he will come back and fix, which gave me piece of mind. Don't expect it to have any leaks though since he does such quality work.

Fast turnaround - open, honest, hardworking crew. Our furnace went out one cold night this winter [dropped to 39 degrees] and within 48 hours we were back up and running. I was able to make an apptment the next morning for less than 2 days later, and they showed up in the 2 hour window they said. The employee - Josh - did a great job answering our questions and he was in and out in 30 minutes. No hidden fees, the estimate labor was included in the part replacement, so no additional unexpected unanticipated labor costs added. Gave great recommendation and honest feedback for unit in general as well. Good guys, highly recommend.
