John was quick in responding to my request for service, timely on arrival, courteous and professional. I needed to find out why my lights were not working, and John quickly solved the problem. I would certainly use him again.

Eric has done several projects for us, we've been happy with the results, and we'll keep calling him for electrical needs.  He's rewired our bathroom, put in lights in our basement hall and garden, installed a level 2 EV charger for our new electric car in our garage, and done all the work for a garden office room we built (on a tight budget).  Our tenants also had some problems with their hall light and he repaired it right away.  We've got an old building.  He's very future-oriented, so I trust him to do work that doesn't get in the way of future projects we have to do on our house

Handyman Heroes did a great job repairing the framing of our garage door.  It was a small 1 day job, so it was difficult to find a contractor who was interested and qualified.  Handyman Heroes did a great job at a reasonable price.  I did have some trouble scheduling a date for the repair, but that was partly my fault because I didn't see one of their emails.

We were very happy with this company. Chris Aylard, the service tech, came out to give our central heating system a tune up. He was very helpful, communicative, thorough, offered and checked our water heater and taped the exhaust pipe, which is important because of leaking fumes. Friendly, punctual, took his time and was very polite. We'll be calling them again -

They got someone here quickly to fix our electrical problem with the garbage disposal. It is not fun when your sink doesn't drain.

Our water heater broke 2 weeks ago, only after 4 years plus!  Frantically looking for a plumber, I came across General SF.  He was so kind.  He called back to ask if everything was ok.  He helped me to turn off the water and gas.  He walked me through making sure we were ok.  And he was not pushy at all either, he was just genuinely concerned.  He even offered to come late at night.  He came the next day and diligently and completely put in a new one.  He was very informative and knew what he was doing. We are very grateful to have found General SF.  Don't hesitate to call them for your plumbing needs!

I had given him one star because he never showed up, but he finally sent a text telling me that he had been sick. I found someone else to do the job, so I never worked with him. I'll upgrade my review to three stars for getting back to me.

The furnace in my house is a really old model and it stopped working. I called Pacific Coast Electric, heating and air and got an appointment within 2 hours.
