BeastBay gave us a very competitive quote for our water heater replacement, were very polite and highly efficient.  Highly recommend them.

They came over to fix our sump pump and we're super quick about it. They gave us a great quote, some good recommendations, and were super kind and polite along the way.

I had a plumbing emergency 10 AM on a Sunday. Upstairs sewage line blocked and sewage water coming through the ceiling of the lower bathroom. I was somewhat freaking out...understandably so :)

Called a larger 24 hour plumbing company. They told me they could possibly come to my house between 9-10 PM. No way!

Found Advanced on Yelp. They came out within 2 hours and provided great service. The plumber was super nice. They had to pull my entire toilet off to get into the main line after unsuccessfully trying to unclog it. They charged around $360, which seemed fair.

The plumber took great care to work clean. I just had new light-color carpet installed in my house and he took great care. Put shoe covers on without even having to ask.

I really appreciated the extra mile. Unfortunately it's not easy these days  to find crafts people not only do a good job but are also willing to be nice. Advanced did both! Thank you

I have so many good things to say about this company.First of all, I have to state that I have already hired many people to fix my clogged toilet but so far this is the only one company that successfully did the job. My toilet got clogged on and off very frequently and no one that I contacted was able to fix it....
Finally I found this company  ... I am very pleased to say that the technician was very professional and very highly skilled. He was very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend calling this company if you ever need any help. I guarantee it is worth every penny.

Joyous day- our household no longer leaks!

We first asked Zayah over to replace a pair of showerheads that were installed forty years ago and completely stuck on. He took care of us rapidly and efficiently, then took a look at the seven sinks we had that all were leaking. Based on his advice, we ordered appropriate faucets for all of them and asked him back.

That's where his work began. Our plumbing was a DISASTER. We had drains that fell apart when touched and handles that broke when turned. Significant time spent cutting out old drains, replacing angle stops, and having to go out to the local hardware store for necessary parts. (Such as the unexpectedly new drain. We'd already planned to replace four of the others and were prepared for those. Sigh.)

Zayah was amazing and worked us into his schedule as he could, especially given the expected and unexpected needs of our project. His rates are phenomenal and his work ethic top notch. We can't recommend his work enough!

Our garbage disposal was broken. I posted a quote on Yelp and got quick response from United Plumb. In addition to quick response and good communication, they did great and clean job on installing a new one.  And they charged a fair market value. I am very happy with their service.

Loved working with Ben. He was very professional and offered great advice / help. He completed the tasks doing quality work in a short time. We have a small baby and he was very respectful in staying quiet while working. I highly recommend Ben and will hire him again in the future for any task my home needs!

Someone came to give me a free estimate of 1.5 hours max 2 hours @ $132 an hour to do the work (=$188 to 264), after really taking his time to take everything into account.  That Thursday I called to schedule the work and the owner Dave talked to me 2 minutes and said he would call me back.  He only called me back Friday at 5 PM when it was too late to do it, i.e. 24 hours later (!!!) AND shockingly did NOT respect the estimate of his own employee!!! He quoted $400 instead, justifying it with saying I got a free estimate (that doesn't sound free if you charge more later!), he had to drive to my place (in the center of SF), etc.  He didn't care that I already had an estimate, he disregarded it.  A classic bait and switch.  Be very worried. I found someone else more reasonable and trustworthy.

Frank was awesome to work with.  He parachuted in during the middle of a move-in and Contractor-palooza and was on-time, fast, efficient, friendly, and easy to work with (especially important since we had multiple Contractors in at once).  Highly recommended!

They did not show up on time, which would have been a problem if I didn't work from home, but they do appear to have competently done what was asked of them.

I put out a request for a plumbing repair and received a reply and reasonably price quote within 5 minutes. I accepted the quote and asked to schedule the job. It turns out that they had two person plumber crew who was 30 minutes away.  They came, finished the job, cleaned up and were prompt, courteous and friendly. I would hire Joel C and his company again.

Why did I ever go anywhere else? Thank goodness I checked my phone for former handy people and found this company again. Roberto did a number of things around the house, from simple repairs to the more complicated. He was very professional, friendly and kind, and finished everything quicker than I'd imagined. This company saved me money by repairing a leaky faucet during the initial walk (of items on my to-do list) through AT NO CHARGE...and did it in about 1 minute! In the past I had 3 plumbers who told me faucet was too fancy and not worth repairing the leak, even if they could do it. Ha!

Israel and his team were great! They just finished moving a gas line for our new range, and capping our old gas line. I highly recommend them! They showed up on time, completed the job on time (a little early actually!), did exactly what they were hired to do, and made sure to clean up afterward. Everything went very smoothly.

This company is plainly amazing.  We had to clean a sewer line in a very old building.  We called roto rooter - they cleaned it. Charged us a lot of money and three days later same problem. We called them and they said it will be a new service and will be charged accordingly.  
A friend of a friend told us to call these guys.  They came out, cleaned it and now month and a half later we are totally happy.  First of all it took them just two hours to do the job. There were no hidden fees or costs. There was no travel time. Just the work !!!! They cleaned everything and were very friendly and nice.
I am very happy with their service.

Our boiler was making a groaning noise and vibrating the wall of our home.  Flow Masters made sure to get us scheduled quickly and serviced the unit.  I appreciated the detailed photos of the before and after showing what they  had done to resolve the issue and Alberto who did the work super professional and patient with all the questions we asked.  Highly recommend for any needs.

I'm honestly appalled by the behavior of the logistics person Louise. If you end up speaking with her, just expect a lot of back and forth, a lot of dates changing, and possible yelling on the phone. We were scheduled to have doors installed in our building in July. She changed the date on us twice, switched our contractor, and then when I asked her to fill out some paperwork for insurance for our building, she started yelling at me on the phone. I do not recommend people go with this team unless you need some low level, scrappy work.

I've worked with other contractors who are much more professional. They have no problem providing their insurance and description of work and they do a good job. I was really excited to work with them but the process was revealing.

If you want someone that can reliably schedule, that won't go back and forth on you, please try someone else.

Marco Polo is one of the best Plumber's I have ever encountered.   I called him and within hours he came out and took care of the job!!!!  I have used him for various projects and was never disappointed!!!!

Would most certainly not recommend. Used them twice: First time went fine. Not great, but got the job done at what seemed a fair price. Second time was a complete disaster. Did not get the job done, left the shower unusable (I'm assuming by design so as to require further work by them), and charged at least 150% above market rate. Not populated by the sharpest tools in the shed... but definitely populated by tools. Your milage may vary, but I wouldn't risk it.

Update: Hi Patrick. Thank you for responding. I would have preferred to have a more solution-oriented response when I spoke to you and your plumber on the phone, but I guess you feel a Yelp response is better suited to your needs rather than actually addressing the issue. Also, it seems unusual that as part of a diagnosis you would actually remove parts from a shower so that it no longer works.
