Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in San Francisco CA
The main water valve was leaking and they review the work need it and did an excellent job, they even did additional work at no charge and they were great to communicate with and responded fast to my request.
I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future for any issues that I will have. Stephen was my technician and he is great to work with :) More than happy with his service.

They are the best! Had a stopped up toilet. Someone came within the hour. Was very helpful and explained what I need to do to avoid it next time. I will always use them!

Shockingly good service. Timely, communicated well throughout and were just great guys to work with.
Came the next morning after I called. Had to order my parts and installed the same day they received them.
Recommended and installed necessary additional components to reduce the chance of failure in the future.
Very happy with their work and to have our heater back in order!

Five-star service throughout. Our kitchen sink started leaking on Saturday night at 7pm. Not only did they answer our call on a weekend evening, but set up an appointment for the next day.
Brian showed up, mask-on with shoe covers (which we really appreciated). He was super knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. He took the time to explain to us what was going on and even took a look at an unrelated shower problem we had. While working to replace the pipes below our kitchen sink, he laid down a blanket so the tools wouldn't scratch our floors. He even made sure our dog felt comfortable, which was above and beyond.
Amazing service and extremely reasonable rate -- an overall positive experience. We'll definitely be coming back in the future for whatever plumbing issues might come up.

We did business with this company for years with no problems. Then after not using them for some time, inadvertently sent them a check intended for another vendor. After several phone calls and letters, finally a portion of the amount due was returned to us. They kept $115.00 for no reason other than they did. This is stealing, and we would never do business with them again. I truly don't know what happened here or why they would keep money that was not intended for them, especially since they had not done any work for us for almost a year. Very bad business practices here, which makes you wonder about the honesty of this company.

Edgar is a meticulous craftsman. The tankless water heater installation he and his assistant did for me yesterday is a work of art. Of the six contractors I had bid on the job, he was the most reasonably priced while also understanding better than the others the particular challenges of my situation.

I needed to replace my 24-year-old furnace in 1000sq foot house. I got four bids for an 80% efficient unit and a 95% efficient unit. The optional brands were Bryant, Carrier, and York from 44,000BTU to 66,000BTU. All would likely enough or more than enough for the house. The bids ranged from Aarvaks Heating and Air Conditioning at $9,980 to $3,190 from Harry Clark Plumbing and Heating, and the same $3,200 from Apple Heating. Albert Nahman Plumbing came in at $5,500. Please note: These estimates cannot be directly compared because the amount of optional redoing of duct work, city permits, and furnace cost of different brands varied. I went with Harry Clark and a 95% efficient unit because Bobby at Apple did not get back to me as soon as he promised. (It was a very busy season, and his company is small.) Harry Clark Plumbing has been family-owned for decades, and Don was very knowledgeable and offered options. My installation was not complicated; he worked me into his schedule. I went with the York brand because Don said that the unit is dependable; the style is10 years old and has no bells and whistles. In general, York got a bad review Consumers' Reports presumably because the company comes out with innovative styles that are unreliable. All the heating companies liked Bryant presumably because there is a good distributor in the area. Bryant and Carrier were ranked very good by Consumers' Report. We'll see how long York lasts with it's 10 year warranty on parts and lifetime on heat exchanger.

Even after using Yelp to get in touch it took a few days to get in touch and make an appointment. In their defense, I used yelp to get in touch outside of normal business hours and that makes it tough for them -- and yelp didn't email or notify me about responses they made in the app. I called a few days later to make an appointment, that worked well.
Once I got in good communication with them, it went very smoothly -- they gave me an appointment pretty soon, the plumber came on time, they fixed my toilet for a reasonable price. Will use again, would recommend. 4/5.

I have now used A.T. Weber Plumbing twice, once for a toilet issue and most recently a leaky water heater that had to be replaced. Both times Todd was amazing and made sure both problems were taken care quickly and worked around our schedules to ensure we had hot water again ASAP. He is personable and timely and would recommend him to anyone

Was surprised and impressed that they answered in a Saturday morning and showed up within 1/2 an hour. Christian figured out our issue quickly, quoted a fair price and was back within 45 minutes to replace our sump pump and also patch some pipes that he's seen were leaking. Responsive, friendly and professional - will call these guys next time we need plumbers and will ask for Christian.

Totally worth every penny!
Our dishwasher was clogged and had no idea what to do. We asked our HOA manager for a recommendation and they referred us to VanGo Rooter since they know our condo complex.
I am so glad I went with them! It was easy to set an appointment. Paul was on time, and put on booties so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He inspected the sink and dishwasher before he gave us an estimate. It turned out the pipe that connected the dishwasher to the sink was clogged. The price was reasonable so we went with it.
He was done in about 10 minutes! He showed me how to troubleshoot the problem in case it happens again.
This was the first time something has broke at our place, and it was kind of nerve wracking because we're first time homeowners. It really helped that Paul was super friendly and helpful.
I would definitely recommend. This entire process was pretty painless. :)

Came within 24 hours of my inquiry. The tech Victor snaked a poorly draining bathroom sink. He did it fast, clean and successfully. Great price.
Not a single negative.
Thumbs up.

We needed a faucet installed in an existing sink. Also the garbage disposal, which the company advised us to replace. This was done efficiently. Also our new cooktop had to be connected to the existing gas line. all was done correctly.
Communication was excellent and the tech showed up on time.
My only concern is that the fee seemed high. We were charged $850 for these two projects which took under two hours. I didn't get competing quotes so I can't be sure. Maybe plumbers make $400 an hour now but I doubt it.

I have never taken the time to write a review but I must take the time to write this one. RIP OFF/DON'T USE....The rep came and within 5 min he said I needed a new hose for kitchen faucet which we were already aware of. He wrote out the estimate at it was going to be $590....for a 10 min job and the hose costs $90 (because my dad ended up purchasing the hose and put it in himself).
We also had to pay $89 which they were up front about and there was no issue there but when the rep said I'm not charging you the $89 I said oh is that deducted from the $590 and he said NO that is with the deduction. Totally feel taken advantage of as a consumer and lifetime resident of Marin. I want you to know they gave us the estimate before working on the job but we while I initially said yes. I thought hmmmm seems very high and went back to my husband and told him the details, and at that point my husband declined the job. The rep was annoyed and I can understand why. My father actually called day later to talk with owner who was just walking out the door, and could not take the time to talk so I decided to take the time and write this review. Ive used other plumbers before and have never felt so ROBBED glad I was able to share my story with you all.
In response to To your response!! Your response is laughable and insulting!! It's not about budget and not about affording the cost it's about ripping people off. I have no complaint about your $89 cost and no complaint about your rep which you carried on about. You are not being honest about what the gal said she said you were walking out the door but who cares that's not the point it's about price gauging look at all your complaints!! Your a rip off!! Hear what you want to hear!! Take some accountability but your response is insulting and makes no sense when a hose cost $90 and installation takes 15 min do the math!! Unsubscribe!!

Over the past several years, I've had Works Plumbing install a bathroom faucet, a kitchen faucet, a bidet toilet; replace a water heater, and replace aged/stuck shut-off valves in my home. Jorge and his crew delivered professional and quality work every time. Works Plumbing is fantastic, and I couldn't wish for a better experience with them.

Excellent service cleaning out my sewer line and VERY reasonable price. Polite, pleasant young guy. Quick response to my call. May use him to replace the whole pipe.
Thank you YELP! I couldn't have found him without this site.

Thank goodness these guys have linear shower drains in stock. I think the drains are from China - Dawn brand, but when you are in a bind and can't wait 2-4 weeks for custom orders or even wait for Lowes or Home Depot to ship it to you - this was the best option! The price on the linear shower drain was also super reasonable. I noticed they had a bunch of Toto toilets in stock - again, high-end plumbing stuff is not easy to find in-stock so it was great that they had a few options - for those of you crazy enough to try to tackle a bathroom remodel WITHOUT ordering 4 weeks in advance. They also immediately answered my question over the phone - didn't have to wait on hold for a quick answer.

Woke up to an ice cold house this morning. Found innovative Radiant Heating on Yelp and called them. Was fortunate to get a same day appointment. Ramnar arrived right within the anticipated time window, and proceeded to (1) test our radiant floor system (2) diagnose the problem (a broken pump from too much air in the system) (3) call the parts dealer (4) pick up the part (5) replace the broken pump and (6) show me what to do if the system starts gurgling too much and pressure drops. All of this accomplished in 2 hours and 15 minutes!
Ramnar was very professional and friendly, and we will definitely call them a gain for any future issues.
