Best Tankless Water Heater Inst… in San Francisco CA

I would not recommend this company if you need something taken care of quickly. I purchased a new unit from them 2.5 years ago. This is still under warranty so I am forced to deal with them. The very cold weather came and my heater stopped working, along with everyone else! They want me to wait a week to have a tech come out to look at it. I have a child with health problems and told them so and their time frame is unacceptable. They truly do not care about their clients. I purchased a new heater to not have to deal with these sort of issues. They needed to order a part, have it shipped to my house and then I had to call for another appoiintment with a 24 hour guarantee. Now they're telling me 26 hours is the best they can do. This company is horrible and I would never use them again. Unfortunately I signed up to be a club member so that I could pay for that 24 hour guarantee to not even get it!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Anthony Ball from Service Champions.
I had scheduled an appointment to service my air conditioning and was given an 8am-10am window for today. Over the past few days I had already received at least two appointment reminders and this morning was grateful to receive an email and text informing me that a technician was on his way (name and picture of technician was included: )
I was also provided with a link to track his timely progress. He was right on time. Once he arrived, he confirmed why he was here and explained the work he would be doing for me today. He was respectful, professional and even took the time to cover his shoes every time he walked in and out of my home.
At the completion of job, Anthony provided me with a worksheet which included a breakdown of the air conditioning tune up and the testing he had performed on my system today. He informed me of his recommendations, preventative measures to take, what to look out and/or listen for, the possibilities of future minor and major issues, as well as the reasons why certain issues may exist.
Not only was I extremely impressed with his personal vast knowledge of air conditioning and heating, he was also well versed on water heaters, water softeners, etc. He informed me that Service Champions not only services heating and air conditioning, they are also somewhat of a one stop shop for various other services, such as electrical, water heaters, water softener services, etc.
Anthony Ball's courteous and impeccable customer service most definitely outshines the various companies I've recently done business with. 
I am extremely impressed and greatly satisfied with the outstanding customer service I received from Anthony Ball and Service Champions.
You can definitely count on me to be a long term, loyal customer. It's been a pleasure doing business with you.

I selected KLM Utilities from a pool of 5 qualified contractors to complete electrical work associated with condo conversion requirements. Kevin Main was by far the most professional and knowledgeable contractor.  He was familiar with the city's code requirements, completed the work in a timely manner, had competitive prices, did great work, and was courteous, friendly and respectful. We hired him to complete additional electrical work recently and were just as happy with the process and outcome.  I would not hesitate to use KLM again in the future.
