The booking process was easy and they were at my house within hours to help with a leaking water main. Repair was done in an excellent manner, and Brooks, the plumber, was outstanding in customer service. Also, they don't charge to show up, so if you have an issue, you can have them take a look without paying a fee unless service is rendered. Excellent!

They are friendly reliable and responsive!  They came out quickly and took care of our clogged sink.  When it clogged again the next week came out a second time and took care of it free of charge.

We also had them drain the crawlspace under the house when the sump pump failed during a huge rainstorm.  They replaced the sump pump and did a great job.

We had water coming out from carpet who help on finding root cause going down crawling space and up attic then open the wall. thanks Luis help on stop leaking 1/13/2021.

Very Attentive! It's not easy in this crazy SF market to find trades people who listen to what you need and give you a fair price. David and Saul did just that.

Because of this we've been able to, with permits, use half of our garage space of our 110 year old house to make a bathroom, an office, and a laundry room. It wasn't easy.  David and Saul and were helpful throughout the whole process and made sure the plumbing was done right. They were always a phone call away if we had any questions.

We came home from a 5 day camping trip to nothing but ice cold water.

I called PG&E after the water heater's pilot light refused to start.  They were able to get it lit & I thought everything was ok.  Fast forward to 3:30 pm, and everything is NOT ok - we're right back to all cold water.

Figuring something more serious was wrong, I called Wizard Plumbing.  They took pity on us & were able to get someone out to fix the water heater by 5.  Freddy (& didnt get the other guy's name) showed up and quickly identified the problem as a bad thermocouple - mercifully replaceable & inexpensive.  They explained what needed replacing, and had everything fixed (for reals this time!) so we could get back to civilization - finally!

Needed help for two problems -- tricky hose placement for new washing machine and leak behind very old toilet - all in a very old house with lots of complications.

I don't know if I got this name correctly - Colin or Khalid - but he was just outstanding. So helpful - explained everything so well and gave me options and big picture understanding of short-term and long-term. He fixed everything and was just great!!

We have used Oakland Rooter and Plumbing several times. They do excellent high quality work. They are reliable, honest, and punctual.

Frank was very honest and straight forward.  He told me the cost of the labor and advise me there's some mark on the parts.  He didn't have anyone that can come out on a Sunday night but they can arrange someone for Monday afternoon.  I texted him next Monday morning if he has anyone earlier.  He sent someone to come over in the next 2 hours.  They gave me a reasonable quote and they completed the work with in a hours.  They technician was very friendly and straight forward. I already ask for quote for other works that I am planning to do.  Great service and straight forward.

My family had a bad carbon monoxide scare one morning due to a poorly venting hot water heater.  I called AT Weber and they shuffled things around to arrive about 6 hours later.  Vince was the consummate professional as he systematically investigated our house with a CO detector to find the problem.  He located the bad vent, figured out the problem, designed a better venting solution and booked another serviceman to come out the next morning.  It took 2 hours of work to fix.  24 hours after my first call the problem was solved.  I've had no further problems - and I've got CO detectors all over the house now just in case.  I'd use these guys again any day.

Our garbage disposal was broken. I posted a quote on Yelp and got quick response from United Plumb. In addition to quick response and good communication, they did great and clean job on installing a new one.  And they charged a fair market value. I am very happy with their service.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

I used them for dishwasher removal and installation, sink disposal removal and installation and very basic faucet washer replacement. Jorge and his crew are professional, friendly, respectful and informative. Jorge a.k.a. George is very efficient and thorough, and always leaves the workspace clean. He had to do a work around on my dishwasher job because the area required it for the upgrade and he took care of it without any complications. I would hire him for more complex work as well. We needed a faucet replaced. Ferdinand was prompt, friendly and professional.

A few days later when we tried to install a water purifier and had difficulty, he came during his lunchtime. And although it turned out he didn't have the appropriate part (a proprietary part), he tried to help us with the purifier free of charge.

Hands down, The best of the bay. Great price and excellent customer service. Jorge is the man. I dialed the number and in under 5-10 minutes he is right by my door ready to fix the problem. His parts and tools plus the van is top of the line. He silenced the noise in my bathroom and made the plumbing work again. I highly recommend this guy. 5 stars for Plumbing works because it really works!

Found Erwyn's here on Yelp through their request a quote function for a leak with my toilet's inlet valve and hose Sunday evening. I received a response from Israel within 30 minutes, probably a lot less. Gave him my number and he called in the morning as requested. He stated he can be here by 2 or 3 but was able to arrive earlier around 10:30 or so from a nearby job. He assessed the problem and suggested a solution and completed the job in less than an hour. It's Wednesday now and the repair is holding. I'm very satisfied with the promptness of his responses and the repair work. I asked some friends about his fees and they all responded it was quite reasonable. Highly recommended. Already provided his card to a friend.

The service provided was great. My kitchen sink was clogged completely where no water was passing through. Andrew, my technician, was courteous and professional. He was clear with each step in the process and answered any question I had. Everything is now clear and I am confident that it will stay so.

It was late on a Saturday night around 8 pm and I had called in an emergency repair due to a clogged sewer line. The sewage was coming up in the downstairs bathtub and we could not use the toilet. Gross! AHS had failed to respond by getting me a 24 hr plumbing service to come out and unblock my line. I started to call around looking for someone to come to the rescue. After I made a few calls I reached Jimmy from Smart Rooter. He and his partner Oliver had knocked off for the day, but with a little pleading explaining my dire situation, Jimmy agreed to come out and even took $100 off his standard rate for a late night weekend emergency repair. Since we did not have a working cleanout outside the house, they had to remove the toilet and use their industrial snake to clear the line of tree root blockage etc. They had my line clear in less than an hour, took great care in wheeling the snake through my house, using little booties on the wheels and mopped up and cleaned all the water and dirt after the job was done. I couldn't have asked for more. They did an outstanding job in all aspects of the job. I would refer them to anyone and use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you for your compassion in my moment of need. Well done Jimmy and Oliver!!!

We needed a wall-mount faucet installed to replace an original fixture.  Two other plumbers had walked away and said wait to you renovate kitchen.   But we aren't going to renovate the kitchen for a while and we needed it replaced now.  Carlos did it!!  They also replaced our gas meter shut-off valve with an earthquake-sensitive unit.  

I would definitely use Arch Plumbing again. Quick to respond, well-priced, nice guys, good work.  A Plus!

They came to the house quickly, service tech was great, work got done. Not sure what else to write but it requires more words to make this a review so I'll keep on typing.
