Rarely , as a retired contractor, would I have another person do the work that I could. I have gotten to old to crawl under the house so I call Beast Plumbing to fix a leak I found from my waste line in kitchen & bathroom. I had over the years replaced to the line to almost the toilet stack as I remodeled the house. I could see the leak but could not do the work at 70 years old. The lead man, Montecello, took a look and offer two ways to attack the problem. I made the choice to replace the whole line which I knew was the right thing to do. It was a difficult job from my experience working as a plumber for 6 months and was highly pleased that he could give me a good price for the work. It was more than he or I knew but he dug in and got it done, even bring in extra crew as needed. I would never have one of my crew do anything I would not do , so I was very impressed that he could succeed where I could not. Mr. Rooter replaced leaking PVC pipes/fittings with copper at an affordable price. Sal clearly explained what needed to be done and he and his helper efficiently and respectfully (i.e., they didn't make a mess and informed us when and how long the water would have to be turned off) completed the project in less than four hours. The only reason I'm not giving Mr. Rooter five stars is that it took them five hours to come to our house on Sunday, Sept. 22, to diagnose the problem and stop the leak.

I've used Luis several years back for draining issues. He told me the issues and got straight to the point of what I needed to do now and what can be delayed for later. Fast forward to 2020 and the issues i delayed came back and Luis was able to fix it within hours. I highly recommend Luis, he has two decades of experience, his prices are very competitive and he explains everything to you. Most plumbers will tell you everything cannot be delayed and give an outrageous price for the repair and you'll need to waste time negotiating or looking for another plumber.

We had main sewer pipe breaks in multiple spots. Javier and his team from Five Star plumbing excavated 34 feet of sidewalk and soil and garage, removed the old rusted broken pipes, installed new cast iron pipes with vents and caps, had the site inspected and approved by the city inspector, filled in the soil, and poured new concrete over the trench in sidewalk and garage. The work was done over 2.5 days, neatly and efficiently. The workers were very pleasant and polite, cleaned up the site beautifully, kept us informed at every step, replaced our outdoor faucet valve at no cost, provided an improved downhill sewer grade, and installed very nice drains, caps, and concrete. The total cost was very reasonable, and the office and team communicated promptly. It was stellar work, and I will be calling this team for any plumbing needs.

We had a water heater that needed to be replaced.  Lot to like about Wizard except for the aggressive pricing.  They were responsive and courteous but charged us $2000 for a simple water heater replacement in the garage with easy access to the water heater.  No stairs, no attic.  Open the garage door and there was the water heater.  Unfortunately it was 3 in the afternoon and no chance to get another price unless I was willing to wait 24 hrs for water heater.  Cost of heater at Lowe's was $650.  Took less than an hour to replace.  Paid them $1350/hour. That is more than an attorney.  Suggest you check around for another firm if you do not want to get taken advantage of

Had a great experience with Alansi's Plumbing. Yehia scheduled me an appointment right away to fix a toilet and Dante did the repair quickly and efficiently. Very good communication and easy to work with. I loved that they emailed the invoice right away--usually you have to bug people for it. Will definitely call them again.

Where to start? I had 1 plumbing issue after another. I gave these guys such a big list it was scary. To me anyway. Ygnacio reviewed my punch list and he assured me it would be ok.
I had leaks at different faucets. Toilet that needed to be replaced. New water heater. Low pressure at rear restroom. Corroded drain line at kitchen sink and they installed a back flow preventer at my sewer. They knocked the punch list out. Thank you Oakland Rooter. My first choice.

Thank you Yelp reviewers for helping me find a real professional. I was a little hesitant because there were not hundreds of reviews - but this company has nothing but five star reviews - so I gave him a try. Now I wish there were six stars. Not only did Frank repair my drainage problem, he went out of the way to offer advice on what to do next. Not a sales pitch; just an easy to understand explanation of the reasons for my problem in the first place. All of those positive adjectives used in the other reviews are spot on, and if there were more I would add them on here. I will definitely refer Frank at F&A to anyone with plumbing issues.

When I started the project I worked with the owner, Todd Weber, for over 5 months of back & forth to create a document that was presented to our HOA in Alameda.  We covered all of the HOA's concerns and strict rules & regulations.  I now have a new furnace, Air Conditioner and a professional air purifier.  I am very satisfied with the work of A.T. Both our bathrooms got clogged on Sunday afternoon. I contacted United Plumbing and they accommodated me on a Sunday. Then their technician Alexander came and fixed that issue. We knew about a leak in the crawl space and he fixed that too. During his diagnosis he noticed one more leak and recommended repairs. He came again on Monday and fixed those too. For me, Alexander owned the whole thing and gained my trust in a short span of time. Kudos to Alexander and United Plumbing for providing comprehensive and thorough service.

It's never fun to come home to a clogged kitchen drain, especially on the Sunday of a holiday weekend.  We reached out to a b drain and spoke with an extremely professional representative that scheduled Raffi to come to our house the same day.  Not only did Moses arrive earlier than expected but he was professional, straightforward, and great to work with.  He also walked us through each step he took, making us feel very confident in the work performed.  I highly recommend him!

I hired these guys to replace my garbage disposal unit in October 2010 and just had a massive leak a few days ago (July 6th) because the main pipe basically came completely undone!  When I called them back in to fix it, the owner said he needed to charge me for the labor again because the work was outside their 30-day warranty period (either pay it or I can leave...)!  After I agreed to this he proceeded to explain how some of his plumbers haven't been doing a quality job in the recent past and he had let them go.

We awoke to the sewage backed up and coming up through the pipes. Not the way to start our morning. We called Israel and left a message at 7:30. He had called back within 10 minutes and was at our house to help within the hour. Great service. Solved quickly.

Same day service -- great attitude; found it important to educate me on the issue too.

I had an emergency situation with my exterior drainage underground from the downspouts. Water wasn't flowing out to the street. I called Jim and he right away made time to come by and offer assistance. He was able to snake and rooter any roots and use a camera which was awesome. He took time to find the issue and offer solutions. I even forgot to take a look at another area and Jim was kind enough to swing by the next morning without hesitation. Support locals! Reliable, responsive and professional.
